Wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Beim Frühstück das Brot war durchweg zu hart. Egal welches. Der Rest war super.

İlk olarak otele vardığımda kapalı garajı benim kullanamayacağım söylendi. Sadece valeler girip çıkabiliyormuş kapalı garaja ve bu bana abes geldi. Arka sokağa aracı park ettiğimde ise arkadaki kapıdan girip çıkamayacağım söylendi ve gereksiz yürümek zorunda kaldım. Odada ise bazen tuvalet giderlerinden ağır bir koku geliyor ve beni rahatsız ediyordu. Kaldığım odanın penceresi bozuktu ve tam kapanmıyordu. TV ise açtığımda uyarı veriyor ve izlenmiyordu.

The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade and the manager informed me that it had been sold and will be refurbished in the near future. We asked to move from our first floor room as it smelt of damp and overlooked parked cars.were moved by the excellent lady receptionist ot a much nicer room with a view. The breakfast is quirky but I guess the Turks eat soup and potatoes for breakfast, so when in Rome.... Never, ever use the miny bar or the "free items" on the side. These are definitely NOT free and extremely expensive, as we found out at checkout. On the plus side the spa is fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us. You need a swimming cap, however, that they provide for arond 6eu, so bring one. The reception, security staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. When I left my phone in a cab they traced it via cctv, rang the authorities, discovered the owner and it was returned to me within a couple of hours. A fantastic result. They have my sincere thanks.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. He deliberately made us wait for 3 hours for no reason, probably just because we are Syrian. The fitness center is good but AC was off and the humidity is too high due to the pool

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind schön. Die Architektur ist ungewöhnlich.

Technische Probleme: man musste 2 mal täglich die Schlüsselkarten neu programmieren lassen, der Safe funktionierte nicht. Zimmerservice war mangelhaft: einmal wurde kein Wasser dort gelassen, das andere Mal klappte es zwar mit dem Wasser, aber da wurde am Sonntag das Bett gar nicht gemacht.

Wer in Balgat zu tun hat ist die Lage gut

Die Arroganz des Sales Management insgesamt das ganze Management ist schlecht. Das Inventar ist veraltet. Irgendwas ist immer defekt. Omelett wird am Frühstücksbuffet vorbereitet und die ganze Kleidung richt danach sodass man sich wieder umziehen musst.

Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem Herr Hasan war sehr nett. Unterkunft und Ausstattung war sehr schön. Im allgemeinen war alles Perfekt.

Close to the highway, sound of the mosque, no ac, Spa pool wasn’t working,

Alt var bra, hadde klima lekkasje siste natten. Dette ble tatt hånd om ganske fort. Servicen var ganske bra ble tatt imot og tatt vare på. Fasilitetene de hadde på hotellet var bedre enn forventet

Det jeg ikke likte var at fasilitetene som basseng og treningsrom ikke kunne brukes etter kl 22:00

It’s just so disappointing when you book a five star hotel & it is poor in several areas. I stayed one night this week. I arrived very tired after midnight & was given a smelly smoking room when I’d reserved a non-smoking room. Took 40 minutes to find an alternative, what I didn’t know was that it was a room they couldn’t sell due to faults. A light that wouldn’t turn off so I had to call front desk who ended up taking plug out of faulty socket. All night I was cold & it was very noisy. I discovered around 4am the window was broken & didn’t close, it’s January! Breakfast is poor- surly staff. Eggs, lots of olives & stale cake. Coffee only on demand & takes ages to arrive. No fruit juice. Mr Tolga the manager dismissed my complaints. He came to look at room & said ‘see we found you a non smoking room. Window is closed now.’ That’s because maintenance closed it at 9.30am when I saw them - the guy yanked it shut, though still broken. Honestly management (Mr Tolga) attitude was awful & he took no responsibility - we ended up having a heated discussion and I felt uncomfortable afterwards. Some advice Metropolitan-be accountable and apologise. Try to make amends as guests pay a lot of money to stay with you. To the reader - much better hotels with a lower star rating in Ankara

Frühstückspersonal kam mir vor als würden die Zwangsarbeiten. Schwimmen im Spabereich war nur mit Badekappe möglich, diese Information hat uns vor Anreise gefehlt. Wir mussten Badekappen kostenpflichtig erwerben.

Energy hospitality very clean

The only truly good thing about this hotel is the location. However, even the location wasn’t ideal for my business travel—but that is not the hotel’s fault, as it was my own mistake when choosing the area before making the booking.

Room and Facilities: “The rooms are very dark in the evening, and many of the sockets are loose or falling apart, which gives the impression that the hotel is not maintained to a high standard. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, meaning I had no ability to adjust the temperature in my own room. Everyone has different tolerance levels for heat and cold, yet because the system was set to winter mode, I could not lower the temperature. On the first day, the room was at 26°C. I initially thought the air conditioning was faulty, but the handyman explained that it was simply due to centralized control. The only option he suggested was to open the window—which would bring in all the noise from outside. I found this quite unreasonable. Communication Issues: “Upon arrival, I informed the receptionist that my schedule might change and that there was a possibility I would need to check out earlier. I asked whether I would receive a refund for the unused nights. She didn’t have an answer and told me someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, despite asking three times, nobody followed up. Eventually, I was told that because I had booked through a third party without a cancellation option, no refund would be possible. I had no issue with the policy itself—the problem was the lack of communication.” Ironing and Laundry Service: “As someone who travels frequently for work and has visited 82 countries, staying mostly in 5-star hotels, this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that did not have an iron and ironing board in the room. Some hotels do not keep them permanently in the room, but they always provide them upon request free of charge. This hotel instead relied on a laundry service that charged extremely high prices and only opened after 10 a.m. This is very frustrating—how is a business traveller supposed to wait until 10 a.m. to have a shirt ironed before a morning meeting? Next day 2 phone calls and total of 40 minutes waited for my clothing to be collected.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location is convenient and the staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety.

Güzel bir otel.

Spacious clean room, Love the design of the building both interior and exterior. Building immaculately clean. Staff were brilliant, enjoyed breakfast good selection could possibly have had a couple of additional items. Mescit (prayer room) next to restaurant, large room beautifully decorated with multiple prayer mats, superb not seen in any other hotel.

This hotel is a Islamic religious property. There was no bar located in the hotel and alcoholic beverages was forbidden.

Çarşaflar yırtık yataklar rahat değil ses çokıyor. Resepsiyon müşteri memnuniyeti tutmuyor. Lüks sınıfta olamaz.

Everything was amazing from the friendly staff, the room to the location to the spa, gym and pool! Exceptional
