Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Radisson Blu Çankaya’da konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel genel olarak oldukça temiz, konforlu ve sakin. Odalar ferah ve bakımlıydı. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle hizmet kalitesi ve misafirperverlik gerçekten çok iyiydi. Konumu da oldukça avantajlı. Ankara’ya tekrar geldiğimde gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edeceğim bir otel. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

3 kişilik odalarda 2 kişilik yatak ve rahatsız bir çekyat oluşu rahatsız ediciydi ..neyse ki resepsiyona şikayetimizi dile getirdiğimizde çekyata ekstradan battaniye vs ile dolgunlaştırarak biraz daha rahat etmemizi sapladılar

Mert Bey, Enes Bey, Onur Bey ve ismini hatırlayamadığım bir çok nazik çalışan.. hizmet yalnızca profesyonel değil, aynı zamanda son derece samimi ve içtendi..

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We loved our stay here. We used to go to another hotel always when visiting Ankara and this was our first time staying at Radison. Now this will become our regular stay. Everything was very clean, they gave us a free room upgrade which was very kind. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is valvet parking which was very easy. It’s a very calm place to stay and the location is great too. We loved it and will definitely come back often

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Man muss jedesmal ewig hinterher schreiben um die Hotel Rechnung zu erhalten, ich bin beruflich häufig in Ankara und schlafe jedesmal in diesem Hotel weil es einfach top ausgestattet ist, aber ich muss jedesmal auf die Rechnung warten was inakzeptabel ist. Ich benötige diese für meine Abrechnung der Firmenkosten.

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende ausgezeichnet – alle Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit, professionell und immer freundlich. Der Service war einfach top! Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

- للأسف البار في صالة الفندق يجعل المكان غير مناسب للجلوس وطلب الشاي والقهوة.

Any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made my stay completely stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and located in the perfect area — very close to everywhere we needed to go in Ankara. We stayed as a family and truly felt welcomed throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge buffet selection offering something for everyone. Everything was fresh, delicious, and very well presented. What made our experience even more special was the staff. Every single member of staff was incredibly kind, polite, professional, and always smiling. They genuinely made us feel at home. A very special thank you to Mr Emre at reception for his outstanding hospitality and kindness, and also to Mr Ali, the waiter, who was extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We would also like to thank all the other staff members whose names we unfortunately did not get — they were all fantastic. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Ankara Çankaya to anyone planning a trip to Ankara. We will definitely stay here again.
Honestly, there was nothing we did not like. Everything exceeded our expectations.
