The resort was older than thw photos made it out to be and the bed in our room was very squeaky!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit einem angenehmen Pool in welchem auch Drinks geschlürft werden können. Die Zimmer haben eine grosszügige grösse und auch das Bad hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück hat verbesserungspotential. War aber okey

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Strandanschnitt nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Pool near beach. Nice spa but expensive. Staff was caring and sweet. The balcony and gardens were nice. Manager got me in for a massage right before they closed.

Floor in lobby very slippery when wet. I fell when raining there- the manager was going to recommend her chiropractor to me. Rooms could use a paint job and some updating. Bed was just ok. Breakfast was not very tasty. Beach there wasn’t very nice and was a bit far from town.

The buffet breakfast had a wide selection. I liked the Bali style buildings. Staff were very friendly. The WiFi was stable.

The separate villas are feeling 'tired' and construction in the hotel grounds was noisy, but stopped at 5:30pm. However, the location by the beach with a clear view of the Bali Sea, was lovely.

Hotel and gardens very nice. Spa and massage area disappointing, felt grubby, curtains very old and the 2 young girls did their best but equipment was almost non existent and old. Had to lean over a low table and very hard chair for manicure which was very uncomfortable. Only criticism of the hotel.

The friendliness and kindness of the staff was wonderful. Very nice restaurant with wide variety of dishes on the menu. Pool area delightful. Spacious room with security safe is advantageous . No sellers on beach! Shops, ATM, within easy walking distance

Some areas need refurbishing, for example the wooden area around the pool has loose boards. Water pressure for showering is too low.

Sarebbe un po tutto da rinfrescare, il mare davanti e terribile, la mattina diventa un parcheggio per le escursioni per vedere i delfini.

L'albergo era molto carino, con fiori e piante ovunque ed architettura balinese. Il ristorante e la piscina sul mare e il personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Come in molte altre strutture balinesi la porta non si chiudeva completamente lasciando spifferi da cui entravano le zanzare (unico problema, perché per il resto si riusciva a chiudere a chiave cmq). La vasca della doccia era intasata quindi dopo un solo utilizzo si è accumulata acqua che non scorreva via. Essendo stati solo una notte è stato un problema relativo ma dovendo soggiornare più notti sarebbe stato un problema.

L’hôtel est vieillot, les salles de bain sont très archaïques, l’odeur infecte, on se croirait dans des égouts, la chambres sentait le vieux bois moisi. Pas de bar ouvert le soir, quand vous arrivez après 22h prévoyez de ramener avec vous à manger et à boire. Pas de room service.

Locaux vétustes, en cours de rénovation. Petit déjeuner type buffet très moyen. Salles de bain sans fenêtres, hébergements globalement sombres.

L’hygiène et la vétusté des chambres étaient déplorables.

Er werd gebouwd rondom de kamer. Veel muggen. Het complex is toe aan een flinke onderhoudsbeurt. Het strand/zee op de locatie was niet echt geschikt voor zwemmen. Daarvoor moet je echt een paar kilometer verder zijn.

We didn’t like the shower. Poor water. We didn’t like the breakfast. It was poor and the bread wasn’t feeling fresh.

Okay hotel. Lidt træt og slidt i udtrykket men fint for en enkelt overnatning. Der var meget lydt og at naboen stod op kl 5 kunne meget tydeligt høres gennem dør og væg.

The room was lovely, everyone was so nice and the food was really good and well priced.

The massage facilities could use a major upgrade.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und haben 2 Zimmer nebeneinander bekommen. Leider ohne Durchgangstür. Ich blieb bei meiner Tochter, mein Mann schlief alleine. Unser Zimmer war das erste an der Poolbar bzw. Restaurant. Die Angestellten haben sich mit nachts 00:40 Uhr bzw. morgens ab 06:15 Uhr so laut unterhalten bzw. gelacht, dass die Nacht vorbei war. Im Zimmer meines Mannes waren noch die Barthaare des Vorgängers. Die Sauberkeit war sehr grenzwertig.

The resort is old and my room needed some attention. There was construction work going on near the reception at the time of my stay. Generally the resort needs some serious maintenance.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were so lovely - helpful and kind. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Pool was great - we had it to ourselves a lot in the morning. The whole place had a relaxed happy vibe.

Shower was not easy to change the temperature and sometimes had to have a cold shower or risk being burnt with scalding water. Food in the restaurant wasn’t so good. As a vegetarian, I had little choice. After having the worst margarita pizza I’ve ever had the first night - we ate out after that. Location is on a busy road so not a pleasant walk. Also the beach outside - looked nice but saw no-one swimming. There was a lot of litter on the beach. None of this spoilt our stay.

The simple layout of the hotel was different, and made a change from the confusion of some. The bed was comfortable, aircon efficient, and wife reliable and fast. The included breakfast had a good selection, and an egg bar.

The location is quite a way from 'the action' of Jalan Mawar, about 3 kms, but absolute beachfront.

Loved the look of the place. Staff as always make for a great stay. Grounds were very pretty and well maintained.

Beds were awful. In saying that they did give us another mattress which made the bed a little more comfortable. Beach is an absolute disgrace. So much litter you wouldn’t dare swim in it. It was disgusting. Breakfast was lacking and hot food cold most mornings.

When booking a snorkelling tour to Deer island the receptionist organised through another operator and they charged us each 750000Rp. Everywhere else the cost was 450000rp for exactly the same tour with inclusions.When questioned regarding the increased cost , the receptionist said through the hotel was a lot more . We felt ripped off and cheated as an extra 300000 rp per person ( almost double the actual cost ) was way too much

Fantastic staff and comfortable surroundings

The property was situated on the beach close to the guide boats to see the dolphins. The villas are spread out so there is privacy. The property is well maintained and clean. There is staff always on hand to assist with any needs.

Wifi didn’t work in our rooms, had to go to the lobby. The bathroom was hot - like an oven, which added ambient heat to our room. It made it challenging for our air conditioner to keep our room cool in the evening. Even though our villa was set back from the main road, we could still hear the motor cycles at night.

The spa facility and treatment was not great, which is one of the driving factors for our stay.

The staff were very welcoming and nice with us. The resort outside is very nice however inside the rooms need refurbishments. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms with AC.

Furniture is very old , walls has a-lot of cracks and needs to be painted. Some items like the fridge needs to be changed it’s very old.

Excellent service, terrific rooms, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, really pleasant atmosphere. Very affordable.

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of cupboard space etc. The outdoor shower was lovely. The Balinese decor of the room and overall of the hotel looked beautiful and well maintained. It was just a step onto the beach from the pool. We had a buffet breakfast first morning and A La Carte second morning, both very nice and dinner at the restaurant first night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay at the Bali Taman again

There actually wasn't anything we didn't like..

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location, room ( I do upgrade the room) The room that I upgraded is very spacious and has back lounge space.

The food wise, food quality, taste and selections has space for improvement esp breakfast. It's affordable but I prefer to pay bit more with a nice selection of breakfast and menu list. The first room I stayed in had a very strong odour I think because it hasn't been used so I paid more for other rooms.

Shower....water has no pressure... very bad. Restaurant. A bunch of kids working there with no knowledge of restaurant work. Food overpriced for what they give you. Asked for a black rice pudding, and 80% was liquid with 20 bits of rice. The restaurant needs a new setup. Including kitchen stuff.

Very nice large bungalow. Professional and good staff The Ibu at the restaurant could speak a bit Dutch. Food at the restaurant was very tasty. Bungalow was cleaned everyday. Free shuttle to the beach

Construction at the private beach in front of the hotel. You can’t lay at the beach or swim there. Though the hotel offered a free shuttle incl pickup to the beach of Lovina, around 15 min drive.

We enjoyed our stay at Bali Taman very much. The grounds and rooms were lovely, the staff was attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately, beach access was not available due to construction which was not their fault. Pool was a nice alternative but we were disappointed that there was no beach access.

Staff really nice and good cocktails !! Thanks to the barmaids for the great time😉
