Lovina Beach Club & Resort

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour au Lovina Beach Club & Resort. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, qui nous a aidés à transporter nos bagages et nous a renseignés sur l’ensemble des services proposés par l’hôtel. L’un des points forts de l’établissement est sans aucun doute sa localisation. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces, des départs pour les excursions afin d’aller nager avec les dauphins, ainsi que de la plage, à laquelle vous avez un accès direct. L’hôtel dispose également d’un espace aménagé sur la plage où vous pouvez vous installer confortablement pour admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil. Un véritable moment de détente ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et l’accueil de toute l’équipe. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

The staff doesn’t know whats hospitality is and they were very rude at the check out. I dont recommend this resort to anyone. They charge you for complimentary water that was given in the room The food is terrible at the restaurant

Tolle Anlage, direkt am Meer gelegen. Es gibt ja nichts schöneres, als das Frühstück am Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer genießen zu können :) Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, überall gibt's was zu entdecken. Ein schöner Teich, eine kleine Grünanlage, die Sunset Bar die jeden Abend aufgebaut wird, oder auch die Schaukel direkt am Pool. Die Zimmer waren groß und schön eingerichtet, die Möbel aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Das Housekeeping hat sich viel Mühe mit dem Drapieren der Handtücher gegeben, ich hab mich jedes Mal darüber gefreut. Überhaupt waren die Mitarbeitenden überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Von kleinen Überraschungen bei der Ankunft, wie persönlichen Nachrichten, über das Erfüllen von Extrawünschen (vegane Ernährung, ich habe sogar jeden Tag vegane Kuchen und auch vegane Gerichte zum Frühstück bekommen!), bis dahin, dass sie einen beim Namen kannten. Insbesondere Dank der Mitarbeitenden hatten wir einen rundherum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, hier gab es eine große Sitzmöglichkeit, die aus einer Liegefläche mit einer Matte darauf bestand. Mir haben hier Stühle und ein Tisch gefehlt, oder zumindest ein Beistelltisch. So hab ich doch wenig Zeit dort verbracht, denn für Gesellschaftsspiele oder einfach gemütlich zu zweit noch etwas trinken, fand ich es nicht bequem genug. An einem Abend hatten wir das BBQ in der Sunset Bar gebucht, das hatte uns ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht. Bei BBQ denkt man an ein Grillbuffet und Beilagen, doch die Auswahl war sehr klein und das Buffet meistens leer und wurde nur schleppend aufgefüllt. Irgendwann hab ich aufgegeben, etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Unsere Getränke, die wir vorher bestellt hatten, kamen erst nach dem Essen. Diese Erfahrung hat uns dann tatsächlich auch davon abgehalten, das Restaurant einmal abends auszuprobieren.

the shower head could use a clean but other than that, nothing.

Heel mooi! Aan de kust , waar de dolfijnen trips start. Kamers zijn heel fijn! Je loopt zo zwembad en restaurant in. Heerlijke overdekte bedjes waar ze je kunnen masseren. Aanbod voor watersport activiteit. Helaas is de waterscooter kapot, meerdere dagen. Prachtige tuin met vijver. Mooie zonne ligbedjes met parasols , prachtig uitzicht . Je kan wandelen langs de kust, bijzondere ervaring van verschil met lokale bevolking daar in Lovina.

We boekten met dolfijnen toer. Op de Booking foto’s staat dat dolfijnen toer bij ALLE KAMERS, is inbegrepen. Ook taxi naar airport zou inbegrepen zijn. Helaas kregen we de dolfijnentoer NIET! We wilden privetoer die idr 300k duurder zou zijn. Dan verwacht je dat je dat moet bijbetalen. In plaats daarvan een eindeloos lange discussie. Toen hebben we de complete tour maar geboekt. We wilden ipv naar airport, een klein stukje naar volgend adres,(aling watervallen 10 min). Nee we konden dat niet ipv doen. Ook bij eten wilden we friet ipv rijst. Dat kon niet. Voedsel verspilling, helaas. Er wordt zeker iedere dag 5 keer naar kamer nummer gevraagd. Ennde bar van het hotel, ga hier alleen een biertje drinken. Er is daar geen wijn of cocktail, we wachten een half uur op snack en bij navraag zou het nog 1 uur duren. Het slot van kamer kregen we niet open. Gevraagd om op te lossen, ze hebben niets opgelost. Eten in hotel is okay, maar laatste bestelling is 21:45 uur, dan gaat muziek uit en gaan ze opruimen terwijl er nog 5 tafels met gasten zitten. Ontbijt is overvloedig en goed! De gym is niks bijzonders, en ziet er viezig uit. Schaam je, biedt het niet aan.

Prachtige tuin en een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. De locatie is perfect voor de dolfijnentour; je wordt direct vanaf het strand bij het hotel opgehaald. Voor het centrum heb je wel een taxi of eigen vervoer nodig.

De kamers zijn verouderd en de lakens hadden vlekken, ook na vervanging. De eerste kamer op de begane grond had een semi-open badkamer, waardoor we veel last hadden van gekko’s en insecten. Gelukkig kregen we dankzij het begripvolle personeel een andere kamer op een hogere verdieping. Deze was beter, maar had slecht sluitende deuren met kieren en veel mieren. De kamers zijn echt toe aan een upgrade. Voor een kort verblijf, bijvoorbeeld voor de dolfijnentour, is dit een prima hotel. Voor een langere vakantie zouden wij het niet aanraden.

This has a beautiful beachfront pool and restaurant

If it changes a few things the place could be amazing , staff and service quite slow . Very strict rules in regards to pool towels and restaurant . If they relaxed this would make the place more enjoyable. Some staff told us one rule other staff told us other rules very confusing. The sunset bar was a let down . The menu was tiny and only offered bintang as an alcohol option . The push bikes were a let down the path to cycle on took us all of 6 mins . Not very exciting . We did enjoy it here however needs improvement

The most amazing views and swimming pool.

The cleaning staff are extremely noisy pulling the yellow plastic floor mopping cleaning trolleys and the normal room trolleys over the cobble stones up and down from room to room. Did complain but nothing has improved. Very noisy.

Room, friendly service, lovely staff, food etc

Would have loved pancakes made everyday for my fussy eater as they're only available some days. Be nice if they had a money changer on site too.

Resort is great, amazing view, clean and comfortable room but most of all the very friendly and helpful staff makes you feel really special during your stay

Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre standard, mais nous avons été très déçus par sa qualité. Elle était particulièrement vieillotte et la salle de bain faisait vraiment bas de gamme. Heureusement, le personnel — qui était très professionnel et agréable — nous a proposé de changer pour une chambre avec vue, nettement plus agréable. Nous avons accepté en payant un supplément, et cela nous a permis de nous sentir moins comme dans un simple appartement impersonnel. En revanche, le restaurant a été une véritable déception. Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises, et à chaque fois, ce fut une mauvaise expérience. Les plats étaient médiocres, et lors de notre deuxième visite, celui de ma femme était même brûlé

De kamers waren niet proper genoeg volgens ons. Hygiëne in badkamer en toilet konden zeker beter.

Goed onderhouden hotel. Tuin kamers zwembad allemaal heel netjes. Restaurant is heel goed met goede kaart met verschillende soorten gerechten. Ontbijt uitgebreid en vers gebakken omelet. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuk detail, badkamer is buiten

Le service laisse à désirer, pas rapide, pas de tables dressées, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et la cuisine du restaurant ferme à 21hoo. Pas de mangues ni yaourts au petit déjeuner. Chambres vétustes : pas de barres ni crochets pour sécher les serviettes salle de bains. Chambre pas faite à 14h30 et serviettes peu propres et déchirées air conditionné pas entretenu ! Activités : pas de jet skis alors que proposés, vélos pour faire 100 mètres inutiles !

Dobra snidane, skvela poloha pokud chcete vyrazit rano na delfíny. Hotel uz ale neco zazil, v pokoji bylo lehce vlhko. Hezké prostředí, hotel v zeleni, udržovaná zahrada. Byli jsme jen na jednu noc, takze na přespání velmi dostačující. Moc hezké přivítání na pokoji, na zrcadlo napsali moje jméno. Úžasný personál, splnil by co vám na očích vidí. Líbilo se mi, že před vjezdem do hotelu byla závora a policista, cítila jsem se bezpečně.

Fén na pokoji už neco zažil, doporučovala bych výměnu.

We were greeted by beautiful friendly staff. There was a welcome message on our mirror in the room which was well presented and the bathroom was lovely and a good shower. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant was lovely with a good selection of food which was delicious. The staff were beautiful. The pool was amazing and set out the front where you could see the ocean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of food.

Nothing it was a fantastic experience.

The property location is great, they have great amenities, their dolphin tour is nice, the restaurant is one of the best things they have.

The shuttle service, the communication from their front desk team, they never shared the shuttle details due to confusion I missed the shuttle, they said they give wake up call at 5:30 am for dolphin tour but none of the rooms got any call. The cleanliness is very bad there were hairs in washroom and on bed also stains were not even cleaned from the table. Unfortunately very bad experience

Smell of a water in a shower after opening.

The staff in the hotel were so very kind to us and made us feel very special. The swimming pool was beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had extremely well presented and cooked breakfast every morning. We took the hotel trip to watch the dolphins in the morning and were blessed to see a pod.

The service on the first night was a little slow in the restaurant but it did not affect us or our meal.

Excellent FREE SHUTTLE BUS to and from near airport. We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful beachfront hotel with well maintained gardens. A lovely atmosphere with friendly kind staff. The pool was stunning overlooking the ocean. Lots of reasonably priced food options- restaurant, sunset bar and room service- all tasty and cooked fresh. Breakfast buffet was huge and changed everyday. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Staff organised a scoter for us which was delivered to the hotel. Was just perfect!

The resort is well designed, beautiful, great staffs. My kids attended the painting activity on recycled materials. They enjoyed it so much. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is great.

Bit far from the centre , the water is sting (when you turn on the water for the first time ) soooo bad smell But after 5 minutes back to normal not stings

This is the perfect place to stay if you want calm, relaxation, the ocean and a true local experience. The staff were amazing, and went out of their way to help us in the hotel and to get around.

Beautiful pool and surroundings. Amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. I loke the security of it, with gate staff on 24/7 and its down a drive on its own. They even packed me a breakfast because I was leaving at 6am! Great massage too.

Can be more fruits. Like mango, dragon fruit durian. Ot os local fruits why do not offer and not support locals. Not related to hotel but difficult to find where to eat. In hotel bad restorant as we read in comments, for this reason we didn't even try. Pizza in photo is not looking good.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je welkom te voelen. Een drankje in hun openluchtbar, zittend op een gekleurde zitzak kijkend naar de zee is ons meest waardevolle herinnering van dit verblijf.

De kamer moet echt een renovatie hebben. Vooral de badkamer.
