The pool was great, and the restaurant was good.

It said it was beachfront and it is not beach front. You cannot swim opposite as it is too rocky. The bar in the pool was not operating which was disappointing. Pool closed early as did most of the facilities such as the massage. It was disappointing.

Opposite the sea. Beautiful view, friendly stuff, swimming pool awesome, stiluff are always friendly and helpful.its our 5th time there and we love it. Will go back every year. Free shuttles to the mall, bsngla road and back l

No complaints. Lovely customer service all around, easy check in. Easy transport options at the front. Washing/drying facilities within 3min walk.

Personally no complaints. It’s recommended new user friendly key systems for rooms. I’ve noticed the complaints on the reviews are like whether you’re easy going or prudish and entitled.

Great location, close to everything, although private and quiet. Staff simply great! Pool is exeptional!

Some improvement could be done to breakfast menu. As well as room card was not working few times.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was uitstekend. We hebben onszelf super vermaakt. Onze kamer was uitstekend en ruim met een mooi uitzicht en werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. De staff was bovendien proactief en heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben het naar ons zin gehad, bedankt!

Relaxing and quiet

Staff friendly, nice rooms and pool area. Close to shopping etc.

Long wait to check into rooms, with no reason as to why. Was just told take a seat will let you know when room is ready. Waited over an hour before shown to rooms.

Beautiful most helpful staff you could ask for. Food was amazing. Rooms are great & breakfast ends at 11am which is awesome. One staff member in particular went above and beyond to help us feel very welcome & he knew exactly what we wanted before we asked, so polite & friendly & his name is Golf. We met him 10yrs ago & were so happy he was there still he even remembered us 10 yrs later that's amazing. Everyone was great loved our stay once again no complaints we will be heading back again real soon. Thanks Sunset miss you all already i only left 26hrs ago see you real soon 😘😘😘

We had a wonderful stay at the sunset beach hotel. The hotel is very central and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful among the team, I would like to thank Aimon in particular for helping us with a personal issue. She took care of everything and made sure to lead the whole process from the beginning to the very end. Thanks again to everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were surprised there was nowhere to seat on the beach on the beautiful beach that was across the street!

Some odd smell in the room

Pool and breakfast were good. Good selection of different style food, coffee and cold drinks.

Room had dirty sheets from the previous guests before us. Bathroom was not clean. the control panel for the lighting seemed to be faulty causing the lights to go on and off for an hour during the night. When it was reported, they stopped flashing and nothing was done. We were compensated with a food and beverage voucher on our last night before our flight which resulted in Thai belly on the way to the airport and throughout the flight. Overall, not a great experience.

Staff was non cooperative. I booked the 2 rooms for three days, breakfast was not included for one room. It was very pathatic for me. How i manged i know it only.

Really enjoyed the resort. It is a bit on the older side but everything still worked well enough. The pool was clean and the breakfast was pretty decent. Room service was great too. Staff was great. Very affordable I’d definitely recommend and we would definitely visit again.

Location isn’t the best as beach isn’t close nor is it the best. The resort transport was not the best, no organised system for guests.

Leider befindet sich eine stark befahrene Straße zwischen Hotel und Strand. Das macht natürlich den Zugang zum Strand sehr beschwerlich.

Colazione varia più incentrata su prodotti tipici asiatici, ma comunque anche continentale; piscina molto bella per nulla scontata, con cascata e idromassaggio, la nostra stanza era al piano terra con accesso diretto alla piscina e ti davano i teli puliti ogni giorno. Meraviglioso svegliarti e fare subito un tuffo in piscina. La spiaggia di fronte alla struttura non era delle migliori per fare il bagno ma superlativa per il windsurf, ma a brevissima distanza ci sono spiagge favolose e c'è un servizio navetta gratuito del resort.

Ideally located, quiet, friendly staff, generous breakfast, comfy beds, clean, large pool with bar. Room was cleaned daily, we had room service for late dessert on occasion and it was tasty and quick to be delivered

Wifi was patchy, and shower water pressure was a little weak and took a while to warm up

Everything else was not really good. Really dirty… aircondition didn’t work properly. Some of the rooms smelled moldy… not a healthy place for kids.

Die Beschreibung direkt am Strand ist umstritten wenn man den nicht benutzen kann und ne Klippe runter zu springen zentrale Lage ist auch umstritten. Ich weiß nicht bei dem wo bei denen die Zentrale Lage liegt bestimmt nicht 2,1 km weiter.

Me encantó el trato del personal cuando sabían que íbamos de luna de miel. Nos dieron una habitación estupenda.

Отличный отель, не далеко от пляжа Патонг. Каждые полчаса от отеля ездит бесплатный тук-тук. Сама территория отеля, чистая, ухоженная, много зелени, бассейн с чистой водой. Персонал очень приветливый. Отдельно хочу отметить работу Chris, очень обходительный, профессиональный, подберёт вам лучший вариант экскурсий.

Вечерняя программа, это конечно полный провал. Парень мучает гитару несколько часов.

The buffet breakfast seemed like it’s made for only Indian guests . I guess it’s good for Indian nationals only .. for any other international guest the buffet complimentary breakfast is not so interesting..
