Location was great & staff were super friendly

There was an event right next to the hotel, so from 7 a.m. until late in the evening, we had to listen to the same music playing constantly. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

どこのホテルもそうかもしれませんが目的のお部屋があったのでそちらで予約しましたがアップグレードしてくださり目的の部屋には泊まれませんでした。また、朝食込みや夕飯込みでのプランがあればいいなと思いました。

Très bel hôtel, bon restaurant, chambres propres, une petite chaine sur la porte pour avoir une sécurité supplémentaire, localisation idéale pour tout, personnel agréable, je recommande !

Desde la atención al cliente, a la localización, pasando por limpieza y desayuno, todo fue impecable y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que tenga pensado viajar a Saigón. Las cámadas muy cómodas y el desayuno fantástico.

Si tuviera que decir algo, mencionaría que el precio de los masajes están bastante más caros que los servicios del alrededor. No obstante, esto es algo inherente a los hoteles.

Location was great. The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff is 10/10. So helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included was excellent and different dishes daily.

The room layout was a little strange with the shower/bath area and the sink to wash teeth and hands in the room.

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre et l’hôtel sont très jolis. Le restaurant est très bon. L’hôtel est très bien placé.

Les tarifs du restaurant restent très élevés pour le Vietnam (même si c’était très bon!)

The reception staff were especially amazing and very quick to answer all my questions and help in any way they could. They went out of their way to communicate with me advising on my daughter’s arrival, when her bags arrived and allowed early check in as she was not at her best. Their professionalism and kindness was so very much appreciated - thank you

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på dette hotel, hvor alt simpelthen var perfekt. Servicen var helt i top, og personalet var utrolig venligt og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var fantastisk med et stort udvalg og noget for enhver smag. Og fantastisk beliggenhed næsten alle seværdigheder er på gåben afstand. Vi vil uden tvivl anbefale dette hotel til andre og kommer meget gerne igen. Tusind tak for en dejlig oplevelse!

Location brilliant, clean rooms and spa bath! High tea in the afternoon was a great touch. Staff very friendly and rooftop pool was great in the heat! Breakfast was also really tasty, and happy hour provides excellent cocktails!

Noisy on a Friday / Saturday night due to being close to a very large intersection, so many horns beeping!

La décoration très originale. La propreté. Les toilettes à la japonaise et séparées de la salle de bain. Et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel sans exception avec mention spéciale pour Summer qui a été très attentionnée pour nous.

Le prix est un peu élevé pour un 4 étoiles à Saigon mais le personnel est tellement gentil que cela vaut le coup.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful! We liked this part of town because we could walk to many parts of the city. The restaurant and bistro staff were absolutely outstanding: Joy, Jennifer, and Ý were attentive and so sweet without being intrusive. Perfect service! Highly recommend! Wish we could go back, soon!

The front desk staff initially struggled when our booking changed but came around fully and creatively after our arrival. Very professional and accommodating.

Die Lage ist prima direkt neben dem Markt und in der Nähe der Partystrasse. Man kann ebenfalls zum Kriegsmuseum laufen. Die Teatime war sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Um zum Pool zu gelangen, muss man durchs Restaurant.

Ein Klasse gelegenes Hotel mit super Ausstattung und megafreundlichem Personal. Auch der sich spontan ergebene Late Checkout stellte kein Problem dar-super dankbar dafür. Alles in Laufnähe gut zu erreichen

Only 1 doorkey, not enough sugar for thee/koffer in room and complex showersystem. Hotel is a bit expensive but must be the location and good service.

The location. It was very central. Easy to walk to many of the main sites or just a quick ride out. The rooms were as described. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very stylish and modern. The breakfast had many options and they also offered an afternoon tea. I made them aware of my diet restrictions and they made accommodations for that. The hotel just gave a luxury feel.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Lage ist zentral, sodass man das Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichen kann.

Vor dem Hotel war ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Art Pop-Veranstaltung, bei der jeden Tag sehr sehr mittelmäßige Bands ihr „Können“ zum Besten gegeben haben und fast den ganzen Tag bis 10 Uhr abends. (Während des Tages wurde „geprobt“) Es war extrem laut und nervig. In unseresm Zimmer wäre an Entspannung oder Schlaf nicht zu denken gewesen. Wir bekamen ganz unkompliziert ein anderes, etwas kleineres Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels, wo man davon kaum etwas mitbekam, wenn die Tür geschlossen war. Aber berispielsweise im Pool oder in den Gängen war der Lärm deutlich zu hören und die Angestellten in der Lobby oder der Bar haben mir sehr leid getan, da sie diesem Krach die ganze Zeit ausgesetzt waren. Im Hotel hat man mir gesagt, dass so etwas die Ausnahme sei.

Wyśmienite śniadania i przepiękne wnętrza z basenem i barem. Personel znakomity i bardzo uczynny. Przejechaliśmy do hotelu o 7.00 rano i zaproszono nas na śniadanie dla naszej 4osobowej rodziny. Bardzo polecamy :)

強いて言うならば、ホテルのすぐ前が広場のため、音楽が流れると少しうるさく感じます。

Everything was 5 star, we would stay here again.

The hotel has a unique design, which contributes to the charm of the stay. Staff was available and kind and breakfast was great, with a stunning view overlooking the city. It is also conveniently located 5 mins away from the Ben Than Market.

Nothing in particular - walls are a little thin, had to call the reception to ask the room next to ours to lower the tv volume

The location is perfect for 2 night exploring the city. Everything is right on the doorstep. The hotel is both modern and charming. Great rooms. Fab rooftop pool with views over the city The staff are super lovely, cannot do enough to ensure the stay is excellent.

The hotel's lobby is beautiful and very aesthetic, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and lots of smiles. I really enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere at the cafe where I was able to do my work at as it was more comfortable than the desk set up in the room. Access to the shower was also great which allowed us to get comfortable when we first arrived, and right before we left.

The room was nice, but aesthetic didn't quite match the lobby!

Overall a lovely hotel and all the staff are very helpful:)

The unique architectural design and layout of our room was very nice to stay in, great water pressure and an overall enjoyable stay. Staff are super lovely and very helpful. There is a spa and restaurant which the hotel provides discount for which is an added to bonus to an already luxurious experience.

Ligging. Erg mooi hotel met organische vormen. Uitzicht vanuit restaurant/ontbijtzaal prachtig.

Het ontbijt kan beter. Brood niet vers maar voor de rest alles te verkrijgen.

Such a magnificent hotel, the architecture is worth the stay alone! Our room was beautiful we had a great view of the city, the breakfast was good and the staff were incredible!!

It was convenient to where we wanted to be staying. Hotel smells clean & fresh from lobby to rooms. The breakfast included was comprehensive and enjoyable. They served authentic Vietnamese Caphe Sua Da with condensed milk! - please keep doing this! We appreciated the room upgrade to have a window to enjoy the view. We liked the invitation to have afternoon tea at the motel restaurant - it was a great way to slow down & enjoy! We appreciated the items in the fridge for our use! Lift is swift and efficient, & a good size.

*We stayed at this hotel in 2017 - it was much richer-looking and cleaner looking with all the marble & gold trims in 2017. It made you feel you were really staying in something very special for accom. I was disappointed to see the changes this trip. *The owners have attempted to create an art deco style which just looks tacky thru the Lobby now, unfortunately, plus I notice it gathers a lot of dust at all the dent/holes. *The coverings on the large beds are not long enough to pull up to your ears after getting into bed. This can create issues with getting a "chill on your chest" & getting sick - so this needs to be improved for guest's comfort. Westerner-sized beds need Westerner-sized coverings. *Hated having to pull the covering out from being tucked into the sides & then having to make the bed again because it pulls the bottom sheet out too. Ugh! *While it's good to see green plants at the hotel windows on the outside of the building, there are pigeons living in amongst the plants & having nests there. We saw them come/go from many window portals from the breakfast restaurant. Let's hope we don't catch their lice from living so close to the room windows! *We were 12mins late to get downstairs to checkout in the Lobby because we had to wait for a lift to be free (housekeeping using too), so by the time we were walking around to the reception desk, our phones were getting constant calling as we'd passed the checkout time by 12mins & they were obsessive about timekeeping! *Trying to organise our transport of taxi or Grab when we know how to look after ourselves. Not everyone who comes to stay in your hotel is a novice. *Might not stay again as it's not as good anymore as what it used to be, compared to another hotel we stayed in this trip, it had a much better offering and just as convenient to what we wanted.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Facilities were great, staff were lovely and the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was fab! They even let us check out later as we had a late night flight and could use the health club showers before our flight. 11/10!! Not to mention it’s also in the best location. Highly recommend
