Reviewed Sep 20, 2026Excellent location right near Ben Thanh market, restaurants and everything in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was good, free mini bar but very basic drinks of 1 x fanta, 1x ice tea and 1x flavoured water, nothing too exciting. Breakfast was a bit basic as well, not a lot of variety. Tried to be a luxurious hotel but rooms are fairly basic as well. Bed a bit hard for us. Can be noisy internally as well, hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Still a good hotel and fantastic staff.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Ein wirklich tolles Hotel inmitten der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, aber alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück, welches einen Mix aus Buffet und a la Carte bietet, da ist für jeden was dabei. Nachmittags bietet das Hotel einen Nachmittagstee an mit Live Musik, Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Optimal für eine kurze Stärkung und Erholung.

Breakfast seemed very basic until the last day of our stay the waitress gave us the menu which showed many other options rather than the options laid out in the restaurant. It would have even nice to know about this on day one and not day three. Elevator was slow

L équipement de la chambre et de la sdb, avec peignoirs, chaussons, produits de toilette.,etc... Petit déjeuner très complet, il y a même une collation proposée chaque jour. Si nous devons revenir à HCM, nous reprendrons cet établissement sans aucun doute.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The pool area was fabulous. So nice after a lot of walking all day in the heat. The breakfast was lovely and the location was great for the markets. We also stayed at the Silverland Jolie and preferred that location but it was still central to everything. Gym was one of the better for a hotel gym. Rooms were big and comfortable.
One lift. It makes it a long wait to get up and down or we used the stairs. The staff at Breakfast could be a little unattentive at times.

Harry and other lovely person made quite an effort to create new cocktails. The jacuzzi us open until 21:00 it gives you time to enjoy, bar is open until 23:00 rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good they also prepare you from the menu you select. Nice welcome drink and perfect service ! Good location to walk everywhere.
