Clean room and staff were great!

The room smelled of cigarettes and the communication with the hotel via phone or email was terrible.

location is quite nice close to beaches value is ok there was a renovation going out so expect same noise level. Like every hotel in US AC is noisy and room was old style. Do not expect nothing from restaurant but the staff is freiendly.

It was located close to eatery places and regular stores.

There was a long piece of black hair, which is not my hair color on the towel I almost used to wash my face. Very disgusting, the tub a rust stains around the drain and the breakfast was not included it was an extra $16 dollars.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Dania Beach has been exceptional. From the airport pick to check-in and the day to day service. Everyone has been so welcoming and pleasant. Special mention to Allison, Cassandra, Ashley and Emilyn who have made my stay so wonderful. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast is sufficient and the location is close to the airport and shopping. Definitely will stay here again I the future.

Definitely not a Marriot Bonvoy standard hotel. It should NOT be considered part of this hotel chain! Check in, you need to wait alot and they barely look at your face. Room is average with an old carpet and a tv almost falling from the wall, tilted to the side. At the lobby, a few ads mentioning about happy hour at the hotel at promotional prices! Be aware by the time you get your food, they will not tell you the timing for happy hour is over, they will charge you double the price! Surprisingly you cannot cancel the order, as they say they cannot revert the credit card charges and the hotel supervisor mentions she will credit your Marriot Bonvoy account with the difference of what you paid extra from what was announced, in points… buuuuut…. LIEEE, as that never happened, even after emailing them twice (which I never got an answer). Btw Dont get the chicken wings, disgustingly greasy and not worthy to pay USD20 for that! In fact, dont eat in this hotel and dont stay at this hotel at all. There are plenty of better hotels close by!

A localização é boa para quem busca uma estadia de poucos dias próximo ao aeroporto e a estaçao do Tri-Rail (leva você do aeroporto de Miami ao aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale). O Quarto era grande e confortável, havia maquina para fazer café e refil de café para prepará-lo. A cama era grande e confortável também, assim como o banheiro. O Grilled Chicken Sandwich do restaurante do hotel é muito bom, recomendo fortemente, o preço justifica , pois é bem servido e muito delicioso. Os Atendentes foram sensacionais e até conseguimos deixar nossas malas enquanto fomos para New Orleans por uns dias, pegamos elas dias depois e ocorreu tudo certo.

Ao mesmo tempo que a localização é boa para quem busca estar perto do aeroporto de Fort Lauderdale, não considero uma localização boa se você pretende visitar mais Miami ou Dania Beach, tudo bem que será preciso alugar um carro ou estar de carro para transitar nessa região, mas ainda assim é um pouco distante das praias.

Hotel advertises Shuttle From Airport. LIARS!! They blamed the 3rd party, but I received a text the day before my arrival directly from the hotel and an email from the 3rd party!! That's the only reason we picked that hotel. The room was freezing and very stuffy at the same time. The bathroom was filthy with mold and dirt, the television didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the room smelled like smoke, so we had to change rooms the night we arrived, which was around 10:30pm. The bathroom was just as nasty. Other minor disappointments. We were offered breakfast for our inconvenience, which we had purchased breakfast with our room cost. Terrible! We will NEVER stay there again. I will post photos at a later time.

My 1st room had the screeching of the outside a/c unit. the transfer room smelled musty. The hot tub/pool area had adults having obvious sexual interactions and my kids were witnesses to this! it was terrible! If a ZERO was an option ... I would rate it a ZERO!

By using the 3rd party website, booking.com the hotel would not honor the free airport shuttle advertised. Upon arrival I called as indicated in booking details and was advised shuttle was not available and to taxi or uber to hotel and they would reimburse the cost and to get a receipt. When checking in I provided the taxi receipt and was then told they could not reimburse me as I book through a third party and not directly through hotel. It has now close to 3 weeks weeks and still do not have it resolved.

Location is close to airport. Can't find anything else that I thought was good.

I did not check in until almost 1 a.m. due to travel. Front Desk clerk was neither friendly nor welcoming. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Lobby was filled with some very loud guests who were drinking and were asked by the clerk to quiet down. My room was below par- lumpy bed and flat pillows. Very disappointing ! I normally stay at the 4 Points on 17th Street but thought I would give this one a try. Never again. I expect more from the brand.

The shuttle to the airport was very nice. The driver was great. The check in and check out was fairly straightforward. The location was good. I needed to go shopping for clothing as my suitcase was misplaced earlier in the trip. There was a group of strip malls that had stores like Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less within walking distance.

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work with the coffee pod holder provided. I took this issue to the front desk in the morning and was told that there was coffee in the breakfast area. Therefore, I was unable to have any coffee at any time in the room. We were told that we had to call when we wanted a pick up from the airport. We didn’t bother as we have foreign phones and it would have cost extra money and possibly a long wait. Therefore, we chose to take a cab. In the very early hours of the morning, before 6am, the noise of a rubbish pickup disturbed our sleep. The window was not in any way sound proofed. Additional noise also came from the road from noisy cars in the early hours. Breakfast was ok, but not much for a person who is gluten intolerant and avoids dairy.

We booked through ParkSleep. However, I made a mistake and booked a day later. While the hotel was able to provide a room, the charges were extremely high. I paid $395.22 for a room and 7 nights for parking. When called the hotel to pick us up at the airport, we were advised they did not provide a shuttle so paid additional money to get a ride to the hotel. . The assistant manager was going to provide Parksleep notification to refund us the entire fee. However, I received a credit for $51.00 vs $200+. extremely unsatisfied. Food at the restaurant. Dinner was good, but we were given a packet with plastic utensils/a paper napkin/salt & pepper packets. Breakfast was really good and we had real cutlery wrapped in a cloth napkin. This was very odd to me

This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle. We factored that into our decision, taking into account the savings of supposedly not having to use an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get there from the airport. We called from the airport and they informed us that they only offer a shuttle going from the hotel to the airport. That is quite different from offering a shuttle from the airport. Since we and a lot of the others staying at the hotel were boarding a cruise ship the next day, the airport shuttle was of no use. I think this is blatant misrepresentation! There are a lot of hotels right in this area and the competition is probably fierce. This misrepresentation is not a minor one because we did take the savings of the advertised shuttle into account when making our decision to stay at this hotel. The staff could have cared less about this misrepresentation and were not very nice when we checked in, either. I would not recommend this hotel.

From its excellent location—close to the airport, the beach, and everything you need—to an overall experience that feels consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The beds are especially great (which is not something to take for granted), and the level of cleanliness is always top-notch. But what truly keeps us coming back is the service—friendly, attentive staff who genuinely care, always listening to every request and going above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The breakfast is wonderful—fresh, varied, and generous, with something for everyone. The common areas, pool, and overall atmosphere are calm and relaxing, without unnecessary noise or crowds. Bottom line: this is not just another good hotel—it’s a place that feels like a home away from home. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Smelled moldy, water leaking into man lobby, door keys didnt work, fire alarm had a strobing light, air conditioner was extremely loud. AND there was a man filming women in the lobby.

I came across Four Points by Sheraton Dania Beach on Booking.com after a long road trip when I decided it wasn’t worth driving back the same day and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the front desk employee was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference after a tiring day. The hotel and our room were extremely clean, and the entire staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Traveling with just my daughter, it was very important for me to feel safe, and this property absolutely provided that peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I’m in the area.

The staff were very personable and helpful, and the room was clean. The wings and “loaded” fries in the bar were excellent, and the included breakfast was very good.

THEY NO LONGER PROVIDE AIRPORT PICKUP—only drop off. We received an email reminder two days before with the number to call when arriving at the airport for pickup. I called to reconfirm the reservation and indicated that I had received the email but was not told about the change. When I called the number from the airport, I was told they no longer pick up and we needed to call an Uber. It worked out, and we were given vouchers for food from the bar and extra points, but it was very frustrating and time consuming. They should definitely change their email message and tell guests of the change if they call. The bed did not have a mattress cover—only the light “fitted” bedsheet that kept pulling off the mattress, which was black. The hotel is in an odd area with mainly hotels and residential areas. There are several restaurants but no drug stores or shops to pick up any last minute items.

Sound insulation is poor; the windows are as thin as paper, so everything can be heard from outside. The air conditioning is very noisy, so you have to sleep with it turned off.

Convenient location for airport. Great size room with a couch . Happy hour at the bar 5-7pm was great. Fish and chips wasn’t great, definitely not home made and probably bought in a supermarket so I wouldn’t recommend the food.

Food wasn’t great which is disappointing as we were tired and didn’t want to go out to eat. I saw some people got food delivered to the bar area, and probably should of done the same. Also there was two of us in the room and we only received 1 bottle of water a bit stingy.

Bed and room were perfect. Breakfast was no better than any included breakfast in many hotels, yet this one was $16.00. Both in the evening and morning there was not enough help.

The NOISE. Couldn't sleep. It was a terrible long night. No one told me there was a noise machine next to the bed until the following morning!

No communication. I repeatedly checked on hotel transportation from the airport. Was told it was free & just call after we land. I did so, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to get us due to the time. It was 8 pm on a Saturday. They said we had to get a taxi or uber. $50 (to go 3 miles) that i wasnt planning on. Hell of a way to start vacation.
