The staff was amazing! We had arrived hours before check in and the manager was more than accommodating. She held all of our luggage and refrigerated our food. She continued to help us through out the entire trip.

Can’t really complain much. The food was decent for a continental breakfast. The tub looked like it saw better days but it was clean. Carpet in the room seemed damp but looked clean. The pool was a good temperature but could have used some shade for the lounge chairs. Really, the staff made it a great experience.

The location of this property is perfect for the trip I had planned. It is close to the airport and near a shopping plaza if needed.

The staff is not welcoming. I had packages delivered to the property and had to pay $5 for each package, even the ones that arrived while I was at the property. I considered this a double standard because they do not charge an additional fee for food delivered to the property. The bathtub wasn't clean. There was soap scum in the tub when I arrived. I saw two roaches in the bathroom, so there are some pest issues.

LOUD GUESTS!!! SMOKING WEED IN HALLWAY, ROOM. Guests were actually yelling in their rooms. Down the halls, housekeeping playing music at 7am, 8am no regard for guests. Parking lot had a bunch of people hanging out in their cars smoking, playing music. Halls and common areas dirty. I could go on and on.

Well from the times we have stayed at this hotel, I have never seen roaches but this time my daughter saw one and I did also. And that change everything. Also the breakfast should be improved

I made reservations for 2 queen beds but when I arrived they told me none was available.

Close to airport, free parking, room had good size

Bad wifi in my room (5th floor). They say breakfast go until 9.30, but at 9.15 everything was over and that was it. The room was smelling. And the main thing: around 8.00, the cleaners were already there, speaking very loudly. You could listen to them and other guests leaving, very, very noisy.

You have 6 people on a room and only two towels and washrags in there ask for more and you do t they them you have to go get them every time

Breakfast was good! Offering was simple and a good mix of protein, carbs and fiber. Front desk was courtesy and available at all times/ hours. Appreciated transportation offering to cruise ports. Location excellent for cruisers. Reasonable rates. One negative was our air conditioner ( worked well) but was extremely loud ( interrupted sleep- loud)

The young lady at the front desk was nice and pleasant. also notice how clean it was in the lobby area. Stepped off the elevator into hallway with one of the best smelling aromas I've ever smelled. Walked into my room. Nice, clean airy, light, good atmosphere.

What made this the ideal accommodations for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise was that the hotel was close to the cruise port, they offered shuttle service from the Fort Lauderdale airport, and it was a great value! The added bonus was the awesome friendly reception staff who welcomed us and took care of all our needs.

El servicio de la recepción el día de check in fue fatal. Mal servicio de la persona en turno en ese momento. La persona se negó hablar español cuando ella sabía hablar español, se sintió muy racista. Al llamar antes de llegar indicó que hablaba español, al llegar indicó que no sabía cuando era la misma persona. Entiendo que el nombre era Natayla o Natalya, algo por el estilo.

The staff is rude and not friendly nor helpful. The surrounding neighborhood seems very unsafe. Lock you car and try to park near the entrance.

We were in town for a concert, looking for a reasonably-priced hotel to sit by the pool for a couple of days. and this hotel was perfectly located between the airport and the venue. Jermaine was extremely professional and kind at check-in. Our plane got in early and he graciously accommodated our request for early check-in. He was also very patient when we struggled with keys. Other front desk staff was also very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the course of our three night stay. Our two queen room was clean and spacious. It was also an easy walk to a large shopping area and more than a few restaurants. Pool is on the small side but clean and well-appointed with seating and towels. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of offerings. The free airport shuttle was a huge benefit, and Sidney, our shuttle driver, was very friendly, professional, and got us to the airport smoothly and on time.

The rug pattern in the hallways might cause you trouble if you are inebriated. 😂
