The WiFi wasn’t working in the rom only in the lobby
Nothing
Old, Dusty, Dirty and terrible service.
That’s it was exactly like the picture posted
I didn’t like the fact this my linen on my bed was not changed all they did was made the bed as it was before.
Elevator down to 1 so took forever to get to floor we were on.
Staff was friendly and kept the facility clean no matter the dat/time/hour
Pull out bed was awefull, preferred sleeping on the floor
Breakfast was very good and well stocked. The lobby and room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpfull. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I would recommend this to my friends and family
Everything was to my satisfaction. I liked everything about this hotel.
Very clean ,rooms large. Breakfast was good. Walkable distance to food and shopping.
Everything was great!
Very clean 👌
Room very clean and spacious
Stayed here after searching out a hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport. I used Hilton points plus cash to book this hotel for a one night stay. The room was large and well appointed. Comfortable linens and a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also plentiful in the morning. The check in/check out process was so easy and the front desk staff so kind. I'll definitely come back.
The property was very close to restaurant and places to have fun with the family.
Clean
Had no issues
I had an excellent experience thanks to the receptionist, Marika. She was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by giving my daughter complimentary snacks, which was such a kind gesture and made her day. She was also very accommodating and took the time to help me look for my wallet when I thought I had lost it. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference in our experience. If there are any raises, promotions, or employee recognition opportunities available, I would highly recommend that she be considered. She is a wonderful asset to your team.
The room was nice and cozy.i liked the refrigerator and microwave. The TV could have been a little bigger. The breakfast was enjoyable.
I like it was close to the Convention center.
I didnt like the fact my room wasnt clean when I ask. I also didnt like that there was only one elevator working.
Breakfast was hot and well tended by a staff member who was refreshing the items. There was plenty of seating in the dining area. Rooms were large and spacious.
Only one elevator was working, so it did take a while to get upstairs and downstairs (6th floor) due to our larger party and luggage, in addition to other guests who were also trying to use the elevator at the same times.
Convenient location for my trip
In the 4 nights that I spent there, the cleaning team never came to change towels and pick up trash. Also under the bath sink there is something weird on the floor, looks like a very mango seed. That was disgusting.
The amount of space for our family, close to the airport and the pool was great
One elevator wasn't working
Confort de la habitación
Desayuno
Liked the room size, loved the shower, pressure, heat, cleanliness Liked there was a curtain divider between the bed and sofa sleeper.
Elevator issues, only 1 Elevator worked but extremely slow. Pool was not the cleanest,
Close to airport
Shower plumbing awkward
Impecable y tiene todo para tu estadía
Todo me gustó
Everything about it was exceptional clean, comfortable, nice staff, and love the fact that it was 10 minutes from the airport.
I didn't like the fact that there was only one elevator working which was not there fault because it was being repaired, but the up side to that was that my room was right across from the stairwell which leads right out to the parking lot where I was parked so it worked out.
Friendly Staff and good location
The breakfast options were mediocre and food quality was subpar, the room had a bad smell and one elevator was broken so everyone had to use the only remaining elevator.
Nce personal, let me check in early. Love the location and the facilities.
The bed was not so comfortable.
Clean
Elevator broken 6 days
The staff was very nice!
Only 1 elevator was working and it was a real big inconvenience because the hotel was booked.
I love the breakfast
The pool is too small
Great location for cruise port. Pool area was great
Only one elevator working during visit
Clean
Nothing
my room was on 6th floor and both elevators were out of service. Had to walk down with my 86 year old dad .
Racist shuttle driver! We observed the driver's bad treatment of a group of black people. They were earlier on spot yet they were brushed aside and asked to wait. The driver was not nice to them at all. His tone was dismissive. We were helped but we felt very ashamed. These are not our values. We will not return there. We will not investi in this wrong behavior.
Area it was in
Only 1 elevator, and from what I heard its been like that for a while. Current working elevator is small. Ice machine on 4th floor does work. They only had one person working desk at check in on a Saturday.
Localização, tamanho do quarto, transfer para o aeroporto e café da manhã. São excelentes e pretendo voltar em breve. Custo benefício compensa
Ficamos hospedados por 2 dias e não houve limpeza e arrumação do quarto nesse período
The location and the pool area
?
Very clean
The lights were very dim and the toilet didn’t flush
The staff is kind and professional and all hotel areas were clean. The breakfast was good and the coffee too. They have gym and pool and laundry services.
The AC unit was noisy and was a nightmare to try to sleep.
Excelente ubicación por la cercania con el aeropuerto. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas.
No tiene servicio de Dry Cleaning, tiene cuarto lavandería pero so un secadora servía.
Very nice. Clean, spacious, first class. Breakfast was good. Location was good for our group: close to airport and the cruise ship docks. Not a lot of restaurants close by but we certainly didn’t starve.
The washer and dryer in the laundry room worked but were very slow.
Stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port (Room 609) I’ll start by saying… this stay had character 😅 This was actually my second time staying here in the last 3 months—first time was back in February before a cruise. So I gave it another shot… and well, here we are. We checked in around midnight after a long travel day, and right off the bat the front desk guy was super helpful. We asked about late-night food, and he recommended Sarpino's Pizzeria and said they’d deliver to the room until around 2am—which honestly sounded amazing. But after what came next… we gave up and went to bed. The elevator was down the entire stay. We were on the 6th floor. Room 609. Yes… we walked up all six flights. At midnight. With luggage. After traveling all day. Immediate regret. The room itself was okay, but had a few “really?” moments: Outlets on both nightstands didn’t work (so charging phones turned into a scavenger hunt) No second blanket in the room Turned the heat on and got hit with that burning dust smell… which made me laugh because apparently I brought Maryland winter habits to Florida 😂 On the plus side: Shower water pressure? Actually great Staff was friendly Room itself was decent enough for a quick stay Now let me save you some frustration from my first stay in February 2026: If you’re here on a weekend before a cruise—do NOT rely on the free breakfast. I’m serious. If it’s Saturday or Sunday morning, just go somewhere else. The lobby turns into absolute chaos with everyone trying to eat before heading to the port. It is not worth the crowd, the wait, or the stress. Trust me. Would I stay again? Only if I knew the elevator was working… and I’d skip breakfast completely 😅
The location but hotel is a nightmare!
The 2 elevators were broken and we were not notified by staff UNTIL AFTER the check in process was completed. We had prepaid for the hotel online and were asked "to visit the front desk upon arrival" via an online message. Yet they failed to communicate the problem with the elevators although we had a room booked on the 6th floor. At no point did the staff notify us that there were no working elevators and that we would be required to hand carry our luggage up and down the stairs plus use the stairs to get to breakfast and the other amenities located on the first floor. Staff had us recheck in upon arrival and did not say a word about the lack of ANY working elevators until they accepted payment from us and entered all the information into the computer system. Valerie, the front desk attendant, was rude and acted as if it was so easy for us to relocate to another hotel downtown which was not an option for us. After traveling all day, being disabled and having prepaid for our transportation to and from this hotel, this was a an absolute nightmare. Valerie, unaware I was a Spanish speaker, was overheard speaking unprofessionally and respectfully about me on 2 separate occasions. I was at this hotel on 4/19-4/20 and 1 elevator was in service, the other was broken. The elevator never was fixed. After having the other elevator break down, the housekeeping service on the upper floors was obviously neglected. The room was filthy, a bottle of hand soap in the shower instead of body soap, bodily fluids on the back of the room's door and the coach & table had food particles all over it. We were charged full price with no reimbursements or attempt to correct this nightmare.
Rooms are large, clean and full of amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. The gym was nice. Overall a great and family friendly hotel.
Nothing bad to say at all.
Ice cold air conditioning ! Loved it . Comfy bed and pillows . Very Nice patio out front and back . Walk to the mall.
They need to fix the second elevator . One small elevator for that big hotel is ridiculous
No working elevators. 2 broken elevators are awaiting repair as of 5/3/2026. On 4/20-4/28/26, only 1 out of the 2 elevators worked, with a sign on the broken elevator stating- “awaiting maintenance.” Apparently it never got repaired. For this stay, our reservation was made in advance online and prepaid through Hilton Honors for a room on the 6th floor. Hilton made no attempt to notify us prior to arrival of the situation, although staff told us the elevator went down in the morning. So our 6th floor room was accessible only via stairs. Hand carry personal luggage up to whatever floor yourself, if able. Although we prepaid via the app & checked in with our digital keys ready, the desk made us check in again, give my credit card number a second time although it was already saved in the app (so much for using the app for easy check in). After checking us in for the 2nd time, staff (unsure of woman’s name, her long hair was covering the name tag) finally mentioned the elevators were down. Hilton made no effort to notify us in advance of our arrival of the situation. Desk offered to send us downtown to stay at a Hilton. Unfortunately this was not an option. Our pre-arranged, prepaid transportation to & from the hotel could not be changed. I overheard the front desk offer compensation to another guest but when I asked, I was told my situation was different, compensation was not available. Last visit I gave Hilton a pass on the broken elevator but now no working elevators and no compensation, unacceptable. Maybe time to get a better maintenance crew or change to a roach hotel sign and charge a lot less for this type of garbage, this seems to be a trend at this location. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will advise others to steer clear of this location. For a Hilton property, they should be ashamed.
Friendly staff, clean and close to the airport
During my stay, only one elevator was in use
Tim was nice and comfortable. Pool area was very nice.
The doors are very loud when they close. The breakfast was not much to choose from
Breakfast and room
everything good
Our stay at Home2suites By Hilton Fort Lauderdale airport-cruise Port was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we checked in, the front desk (vale) was warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight-exceptional service from Aiskel, from Las Morochas) who made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm smile and attentiveness! Thank you, Aiskel and Bianca for a wonderful start to the day!" The buffet offered high-quality, delicious options with great variety"
Si
nothing other than the location.
very limited selection. When I arrived to eat the eggs were gone and had been asked for more. was told they were being cooked and would be out soon. an hour passed and still no eggs. The orange juice was so watered down it was like drinking poorly flavoured water.

Honestly, I will not return to this hotel. Only 1 slow working small elevator. When I went down for breakfast at 9 am there were no bagels, nor oranges left. The rest of the breakfast was uneatable. And lastly, the bed was super soft and gave me a backache and my chest got a rash from the hotel sheets. Was the sheets some kind of polyester blend? WiFi was super slow. Definitely don’t go on a Friday night stay. The crowds for the cruise ship was ridiculous in the morning.
Would definitely stay here again. I accidentally ended up with 2 reservations when I thought my first one didn’t go through and the front desk manager was very helpful in getting one cancelled. It’s also a very short walk to Dania Point shopping district. However you will be walking on sidewalk that is beside a very busy highway.
Habitaciones cómodas y amplias, decoración agradable. El ambiente del hotel es agradable para ir en familia. Excelente ubicación, cercano al aeropuerto y estación del tren.
Podría tener un área de juego para niños.
Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and the shuttle service was useful to get picked up from the airport and dropped off at the cruise port (transit fee). Despite not trying it, the pool looked very nice. Location was pretty close to both the airport and the cruise port.
One elevator was broken which made the waits long at times. Also, the breakfast was subpar in terms of quality.
I think you guys should at turkey to your protein menu!
Having pork only for the protein.
We stayed at this hotel one night before our early flight back to our home city. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. Upon arriving we learned the shuttle service doesn't begin until 5 a.m. Since our flight boarded at 5:30 this was not helpful. The front desk staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered to check if an earlier shuttle was possible. The room itself was adequate for one night but the air conditioning was very loud. There was also a lighted fixture at the base of the wall near the bathroom, I guess so guests don't trip during the night, but the end result is the room is very lit up all night. There is a curtain on a track that can be pulled between the bed and the sitting area, which reduced the light somewhat but gave the room the feel of a hospital room. Also the bathroom did not have a hair dryer, or if it did we could not locate it. Overall a disappointing stay.
Location, our suite was as expected as images provided by booking.com
One of two elevators was down all week. Wait time for it was way too long, had to use the stairs to the fourth floor a lots of the stay. The new shower in our room leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. The phone in our room was not connected. The TV guide was not accessible to any of the channels. The out door pool area was not kept up as well as it should have been early morning daily with cigarette butts all over the pool grounds area.
The closeness to the cruise port.
One elevator was working. I stayed in the top floor. That was very inconvenient.
Location. Includes breakfast.
One elevator out and that was a challenge as it is a busy hotel due to location to airport and cruise terminals.
Location close to FLL, free airport shuttle and laundry facilities.
Only 1 elevator was operational
La habitación era enorme, tenían transporte incluido del aeropuerto de Hollywood al hotel y viceversa. El desayuno era muy completo tenían más opciones que los habituales
El aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido
Bathroom clean.
Elevator not working
Close to cruise port
Elevator did not work. It took 45 minutes to check out and 35 minutes to get to our room on 6 th floor. Airport shuttle was terrible and he crammed too many folks in van. We had to wait over an hour for this shuttle service
Clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly. Great for pre cruise.
Nothing
Easy access to airport
View of a dump
Equipe do hotel simpática. Café da manhã básico mas suficiente. Localização boa, perto de um centro de compras muito bom, com restaurantes e lojas.
Nada a reclamar
Room was very clean and comfortable & breakfast was awesome!
Pool was too cold to use & long wait to check in.
The room was spacious and the afternoon staff were helpful.
While the hotel appeared to be worth the money the room and Service were not. Children running up and down the halls ringing the bell outside my room, wifi didn't work and Nick, the front door person, merely complained that it didn't work on his phone either and there was nothing he could do about the children, he offered to give me a number i could call to try and get the wifi fixed! The black out curtain was old and tattered, the carpeting was stained. There was only one working elevator so come morning you had to share it with the cleaning crew that reeked of cleaning solution and took forever. It was definitely not worth the price. For a Hilton property it was extremely disappointing.
Loved the pool area even though didn't get a chance to use the grill
One elevator was working.
The rooms where clean and orderly. The breakfast buffet was awesome!!😋 We also loved the gym.
There was a 200 dollar security charge at the front desk. It would've been nice to have had a heads up on that.
Not the level I have experienced at other Home2 Suites in Florida.
Good experience, nice staff, nice amenities, clean rooms, but im lwk hungry, they close the breakfast to early.. 9am. Also the wifi is kinda buns😔
Location
One person at the desk was very rude.
Nothing
Nothing safe in room, only one elevator working, breakfast not especially good
The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. Enjoyed having the lobby as a place to eat.
Our experience with the hotel shuttle from the airport was awful. I called the hotel, was given directions of where to go so went to the pick up area. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the driver called and said he would be there shortly. However, we finally gave up and took an Uber. The shuttle driver kept telling us that we were in the wrong place and that he was there, but obviously was not. it was definitely not a good start to our trip.
