Reviewed Jun 30, 2026definitivamente, volveria a quedarme, fui con mi pareja, y nos gusto que el sitio queda cerca varios puntos estrategicos tales como supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, sin embargo, el hotel ofrece tambien serivicio de restaurante, acceso a psicina, bar, gimnasio, hasta tiene un market dentro del hotel, y hacen muchas actividades. las habitaciones son limpias, y comodas, con su dotacion de toalla, neveras. 10 de 10
lo unico que no nos gusto es que la habitación no tenia telefono para llamar a pedir servicio a la habitación, o si teniamos alguna duda, nos tocaba bajar hasta la recepción.

Nos vendieron un sector del hotel que debía estar siendo reparado y ese sector se veía deprimente y en ruinas, la habitación un poco sucia y el aire insuficiente. Para pasarnos al Santorini resort tuvimos que pagar más por la estancia pues según ellos la habitación costaba más , cosa de mal gusto al parecer lo importante es sacarle el dinero al cliente como sea . Habla mal de ustedes

No había agua caliente. La habitación no se parece en NADA a las fotos que muestran. De hecho, hay muchas fotos que ni siquiera parecieran ser de esta propiedad. Nuestra habitación no tenía vista a ningún lado; era a una pared de concreto de un pozo de luz cenital, lo que hacía la habitación muy oscura y deprimente. La piscina estaba sin limpiar. Parecía que éramos los únicos huéspedes en la propiedad, por lo que no se molestaron en hacerle mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Nada recomendable.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2024This was our second visit to the Santorini and we enjoyed ourselves more this time than last. It is a very Colombian hotel, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and all the staff are very helpful and patient as our Spanish is....... less than perfect. The rooms are large, cool and airy, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The hotel has 3 pools, a sky bar with music, food a good bar and fantastic views. The restaurant has really good choice of good food that is served in generous portions, breakfast is very good too. We booked for bed and breakfast only but the meals were very good value. Security is great and you feel perfectly safe and the beach is across the road and is fantastic. Well definitely be back.

Inflated prices, also was denied simple service of food and beverages. Could not get a coke or beer the Santorini villa was shut down for me also i was ambushed and verbally assaulted by staff. I was demanded to wear a mask to enter but nocustomers had any on.i was not made to wear a mask for check in Imagineillions of dollars for the hotel and would not provide food or any drinks for 24 hours. Last stay the tv tubes were blown up Also had to walk by piles of garbage to go eat place was horrible stinking nasty ..the whole foyer would fill with water each time it rained. I was a long-term repeat customer I'll never stay there again . Geez would not provide me a simple soft drink or any food for 24 hours i had to leave the resort . Horrible. Beware don't waste your money it looks like it's being used to milk people . Couldn't get a beer at Santorini villas 24 hours after i was told lunch and dinner was available. Bad bad bad :( and there was no instructions on the safe also the safe wasn't secured someone could just carry it off.

Check in receptionist was unfriendly took 45 minutes to check us in and made us feel very unwelcome demanded a deposit on a prepaid reservation we ended up in a room with no windows looked like a prison cell everything has wear and tear. Avoid for the price get a known chain hotel than this prison

The pool was very comfortable and a nice relaxing lounging area with greenery and plants around the property. I recommend this place for it's quiet, local neighborhood vibe.
