No signage to indicate that breakfast area in level 2 was reserved to a rugby team so upon entering we had been asked to leave and go downstairs. A sign would have solved everything

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. THE HUDDLE is also a lovely restaurant and bar. In the morning we booked breakfast. At first you think very pricey, however lots of love things on offer. Food was delicious and fresh. The room was lovely and spacious, nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Overall a really nice stay 😌

Room unready. Lack of any local mgmt for decision making. Eventually offered a lower spec room - nobody asked or cared that it was my honeymoon. The occupant of my room was apparently not even resident, and yet I was left waiting in the lobby, only getting updates when I asked the reception desk. Once offered a lower room I agreed, just to find some privaacy. I suggested a credit rather than pursuit via booking.com to help / speed things up but I was left utterly devout of grace or service from the staff on reception.

Great location, short walk to Twickenham station / town. Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect. Hotel was stylish and the rooms were comfortable, bed was the best.

Floor in room was a bit dirty, just needed another hoover. Side note we asked for a mojito cocktail in the bar downstairs, they were not the best. We asked the bar tender to rectify it and were told that's how they make them with less sugar syrup because other customers dont like them like that. I wasn't the other customers, they were £14 each and they were not made like a mojito, more like a tall lemonade with a spring of mint. That's not a mojito.

The Front Ladies were Excellent. Dinner Staff could be more Friendly.

We love this hotel. We stay every time we’re in the area. Great facilities, staff and so friendly and helpful and the pool and spa access is easy and spotless, also the bed and pillows are the comfiest, I wish I could buy them for home!

We had to move rooms due to the bed not being changed, but this was remedied without hesitation and a room upgrade provided

Disappointed by restaurant

Staff excellent and very friendly. The hotel was very modern, stylish and clean. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. It was great to have a fridge for our baby milk and fruit etc. The team were very accommodating for us as a family. Particularly, when we need more time to get our daughter ready and luggage packed on the last day. It was fantastic to have access to the health centre next door too with warm hydro pool, steam, sauna and hot/cold water experience. The breakfast was also excellent.

Only improvements were relating to the housekeeping. Major issue - We found a medication pill belonging to the previous guest before us on the floor and our 2year old nearly picked it up when she saw it and said 'What's that?'. This indicates the floor may not have been thoroughly cleaned. Minor issues - we were three people but only had towels for 2 people. We asked for our room to be maid up after not having done so the 2nd day of the stay. Things were replenished but beds were not made and floor not hoovered, as you would normally expect. No hair dryer or robes provided but we did have an iron, ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, tea & coffee accompaniments and minifridge. The swimming pool was very cold for our daughter unfortunately and we booked this hotel as she loves to go swimming. It would be good if this feedback could be passed onto the relevant company.

we did find a cleaning bottle in room, and wash soap should be checked daily, as we had to use shower gel for both days we were there.

Beautiful hotel in a great location close to main bus routes and Twickenham main line station into Waterloo or Windsor or anywhere.

You can’t open the windows. There’s a huge tv in reception showing live sport WITH NO SOUND !

The lady checking us in at reception was not very friendly, quite abrupt and not very warm in nature. However the restaurants staff were lovely.

The room is of a decent size, hotel easy to navigate from rail station, hotel is clean, and the team in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner are super friendly and great at their jobs by making guests feel comfortable with their great level of service

Some of the reception team gave an impression as if they did not want to be there particularly in the evening however everyone else was polite and friendly

Very comfy. I alse asked to view the stadium and was given an inside view and a small history of the stadium by a manager.

The towels were dirty and not enough were supplied for all the guests. The room phone didn't work.

The room was an incredible size, clean, quiet, comfortable. I loved the coffee machine - I didn't have any milk in my room, but reception were very kind and said they'd have immediately brought me some had they known.

The vibe the place has, lovely decor. Ideal for us to visit family.

Breakfast needs looking at .. on the Saturday morning the cooked food , the bacon , sausage etc .. it was cold 🥶. I did mentioned it to the manager. It was better next day. But then as we came down at 9.45, looked like there was no food left. We was told it's coming out ... when, and then was told they had a big party of people early , unexpected . But thats not a excuse to use nor its not my problem as im a paying guest like everyone else . So next time we come down we expect it to be better.

Location, free parking, good transport links (especially the bus) & free use of gym and pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, bed huge and the little things in the room that shows that it is a good 4 star hotel, like iron and ironing board, plenty of hangers etc.

Only one lift working which meant a slightly longer wait. The loft bar was not open only the Huddle.

Very dark walls, room was so dusty that it felt horrible being in there. The design..narrow corridors, felt like a prison.

The room is very clean, size wise is really good for the price. The stuff are very nice and helpful. The whole floor where I stayed was clean, quiet, and it smells clean. The information are all accessible within the room. The best thing is I slept well, bed is good.

The only thing I am not happy is the pool area, it is too small for a hotel. If it was a private villa it is a perfect but because ita a hotel andvlots of people using it, its not fit for purpose. There are not much fiid choices in the reataurant and for room service as well. The room service was like UberEats delivery. The location is really not ideal because nothing much to do or to see around.

Staff were extremely helpful as always both on the day shift and evening shift on both occasions we stayed it was the England football game and they allowed us to eat in the lounge area so my son and I could watch the game and have something to eat even though the restaurant was closed Staff are a credit to you please could the staff on shift be acknowledged Cleaning team also very helpful nothing was a problem Room very well presented on arrival

Nothing only suggestion I would make for improvement would be seating outside just a couple of small tables (removal so it was put out and brought back in daily ) it would be nice to sit outside and have a coffee

The sauna and steam wasn’t working whilst we stayed and that was one of the reasons we booked to stay here so disappointed. Room not as clean as our previous stay and drain odour from shower

Large rooms, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, had a luxury feel,breakfast was great good choice and great food, we used the collect service from the huddle for our dinner which was just what we needed.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom nice. There were little touches that made the stay even better like an iron, a fan and a sawing kit. Breakfast was great. We ate dinner at the Huddle that was very good.

The windows were locked so there was no way to have fresh air. That was quite distressing and we didn't sleep as well as we could.

Excellent location, with the bus stops being extremely convenient. Short-ish walk, and shorter by bus, directly to Twickenham Station and Twickenham city centre, where we enjoyed several meals. Excellent parking at the stadium (and free of charge!). The staff were very helpful and service-minded. A great bonus was the complimentary access to the nearby TW2 gym and swimming facilities.

The breakfast, served in The Huddle, did not live up to either our expectations or the price. We cancelled it after the first morning and chose to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay. However, breakfasts are subject to taste, so don't be scared ....

I liked the ambiance of the hotel and the rooms. Everything was clean and orderly. I especially appreciate the fact that they didn’t come knocking as early as 11am just for check out like some hotels do. They gave time and room which was lovely. Each access to bus stops and nearest train station too was a plus

No clear guidance on parking facilities. Even when we were guided to the designated parking area, the same receptionist failed to inform us that we needed to register the car on the hotel system.

This was a very last minute stay and we only chose this as all other local options were booked, but we were very happy with our choice. The room was large and the aircon really nice on a boiling hot weekend. The room was newly refurbished and had everything you could need including hairdryer, coffeee machine, hair conditioner, body lotion, well located sockets etc. The manager and reception staff were fantasically welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was tasty but a little chaotic. It was available till 10:30 on weekends but by 09:40 when we went they were definitely in clean up mode. Nobody mentioned that we could order specials a la carte. And when someone did come to ask if we wanted eggs we'd already finished our breakfast. If you do stay, ask about the specials. We saw someone having the avocado toast after we'd finished our breakfast and it looked lovely.

A brilliant room in a great location. Great food in the huddle restaurant and first class facilities throughout the hotel. Brilliant location for transport links into the centre of London and free parking was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when we return to London. Loved the games area on the second floor and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the staff working the night shift upon checking in on 3 July were really helpful and the staff working the night shift on the 5th July were great help to let us stay downstairs in the lobby to watch the England game they were very helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the night / very early morning

Nothing Outdoor seating would be a Very welcoming option for warm evenings to be able to sit outside (no permanent seating )

Tea/coffee facilities poor. Kettle leaked boiling water from the base narrowly missing my leg. This is a health and safety issue. Breakfast was totally overpriced and very poor quality food.

Obviously the most ideal location for our weekend watching the PWR final! The room was spacious and beautiful with all the facilities we could want. The staff were so friendly and helpful our entire stay. Having the gym/pool/spa use included is worth its weight in gold, and so useful for it just being next door. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, we’ll be back!
