Visited Wilton high street for breakfast ....which was very convenient.

Clean and acceptable for one night
Review quoted excellent breakfast no food available
Ein gemütliches idylisches Pub mit ländlichen Zimmern.
Comfortable bed, friendly atmosphere.
great location and walking distance to the Stoop to go watch my rugby. Staff very friendly and helpful really liked the outdoor family garden very spacious and fun to sit out, have a pint and read a book
the lost their chef and so no breakfast or dinner. That was one of my plans was to eat in the pubs I was staying in. Was able to find a nice chinese takeaway right around the corner and was able to it it in the very nice garden area.
Very friendly staff
Weak bed
Was there for a one night stay in London after travelling on train, place was perfect for a lone trip, staff were polite, biscuits with a brew come with. Shower and toilet are separated but still does the job. Very chilled. Single bed was good and comfy enough for a 6ft 3 guy as well!
Window view could be better. Wish it had a small breakfast option.
Location was perfect, for the purpose we were in the area.
Unfortunately, our stay was during the heatwave and that impacted our comfort in the room. The room was too hot...due to not having Air Conditioning. Other than, the shower was great to help us feel cool and the bed was cosy to sleep on.
The closeness to the Allianz Stadium The fact that there is a sink and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms are basic but clean and it was ni e to have towels and shower gel provided.
Sadly the chef left so we had to go out for breakfast which was inconvenient to our schedule
That was the problem there was no breakfast Previous comments reflected on how good the breakfast was. So I was expecting a breakfast only to find that they had stopped doing breakfast shortly before I booked.
Breakfast for a start. As there wasn’t any. Could’ve done with handrail in the shower and shower mat A couple more sockets would've been handy
Very clean, comfortable and relaxed. Basic but pretty much what you'd expect for the price.
Booking.com description was incorrect. They have stopped doing breakfasts but the price and reviews of breakfasts was one of the deciding factors in booking. The other was free parking. We did manage to park ok but this was not guaranteed or free.
All perfect
All good.
Was a great location for what we needed. Beds really comfortable, fan in the room was very much appreciated. Prices of drinks were surprisingly good and atmosphere in the pub was great
Hadn't realised from description when booking that was a shared bathroom and not ensuite. We also hadn't realised there wouldn't be food served in the pub on the saturday eve. These were all ok though, just not what expected
The cleaning lady, she was the only friendly one Anya
Not welcomed, rooms stuffy no air. No food, no tissues, door wouldn't lock for 4 days
Didn't provide any.
Needed air conditioning with the sweltering heat. Only the cleaner was friendly. Room very small. Outside beer garden not looked after.
Clean and affordable
Was fairly clean
Central location
Heat and noise
Free parking and somewhat manageable distances to other parts of London. Frendly staff.
I mean it’s an old 2 star property so don’t expect too much. The extra blind would have been nice though.
Staff and location were great
Was a little noisy at night and one of the skylight windows had no blind so was very bright in the morning
The room was on the top floor of very old public house in the attic the stairs were manageable for someone with full mobility. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very welcoming.
Single bed uncomfortable and floorboards creeked with every step. Ceiling and door heights low but to be expected in such an old building
Nothing
Smelly, old, dirty... Avoid!
Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a 1 night stop.
Nothing really for the money spent.
Good location, very close to The Stoop and Twickenham. Fabulous breakfast, I had the full English. Decent enough room but nothing to shout about.
Staying above the pub, you expect noise but thin walls and very creaky floorboards meant you heard everyone clearly as they moved around. Then there was an alarm, probably a car's, that went off well after 11pm for around 10 minutes. Finally, there was a very noisy argument outside my window that started after midnight and continued for a good 15 minutes or more. As you can guess, I didn't get to sleep until around 1 am.
It was the venue of my get together so location couldn’t be better. Comfortable little room , clean and everything you need. Shower was cool , never really got hot.
The shower wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best .
Friendly staff, great beer and breakfast
Clean room and facilities
Staff attitude
Ok value for money bed clean & comfy
Room very hot no windows in bedroom a bit noisy
The breakfast was lovely but had no choice just served a full English with no options offered
The first room were given did not have a working shower, but we were then given a much nicer room for our second night.
The location was really good for what we wanted, The breakfast was excellent & staff was helpful & friendly
Staff very welcoming and nice to our child. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay!
Nothing - it was all good.
Very convenient to everything
Nothing
Great location
Staff were excellent
The staff and cleanliness
That it is shared bathroom facilities although I was fully aware of this at time of booking. It was never hidden
Lovely staff, cosy atmosphere
Small rooms with very small bed so not comfortable for 2 people. Would be great if staying on your own
I have now stayed in The White Hart four times. I choose it because of the location, the great staff, the nice pub with friendly locals. It is close to Heathrow, and it is easy to get to London from here. The Inn is located in the villiage of Whitton and is much more peacefull than the main centre of Twickenham; however it is easy to get to Twickenham from Whitton. Threre are many museums to visit in the ware.
The wifi doesn't work well in the rooms.
Breakfast was very good and great value
It had a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and inviting. My privacy was respected and they went above to accommodate my particular needs at the time. Highly recommend if you want some peace and friendly faces.
No complaints.
A really lovely place to stay. Room was quirky and staff were exceptional.
It was basic accommodation albeit not exactly at budget prices. However it did serve the purpose of a bed for a couple of nights before I moved onto the main purpose of my visit.
Disappointed that the establishment no longer offered food at lunch or dinner. Whilst I can appreciate the economics and the reasoning behind it, the fact that I had to go off premises for any food was a little frustrating.
The location worked well. The accommodations were fine for us. It is a building that was built in the 1600s so expect some low overhangs and some steep stairs, etc. but overall the people were great hosts, helpful, and the locals who stop by the pub are just good folks. It was a great experience. Also close enough to the train to run into London with little hassle.
Nothing. It was what I expected and the friendliness of the folks exceeded my high expectations.
It was good , well priced
Nothing really
Friendly Perfect location Great breakfast
Mattresses need replacing
Friendly staff fresh beer music on year eve
Sleeping at an inn 1st time I did not like the narrow stairs and low ceilings
Room was perfect for our family of 4, great value for money and the staff were amazing, couldn’t do more for us.. will def be back when we visit family again. Thank you x
Booked the room to go to Twickenham to watch the rugby and it was around a 5 minute walk. Good size clean room, very clean, warm and comfortable white bedding and good size very comfortable beds. The room was over the bar which was busy as we through but very little noise heard in the room and I was able to get to sleep quickly. Greeted by the same lady we checked in with the night before who cooked us a reasonable price cooked breakfast. Parking was on the street, with a permit provided by the pub, I think they save the parking on the pub car park for people who turn up later so they have somewhere to park.
Only thing I can complain about was being woke at 1.30 by what sounded like someone in the pub below moving something but the beds where comfortable and I got back to sleep quickly only to be woken at 6.15am by a man who slammed his bedroom door, stomped down the hall and had a very loud conversation, which I can only assume was on the phone. I do feel mean putting these comments because I would recommend the White Hart, the location and the staff 100% but these were the ONLY TWO things that woke me.
Friendly member of staff and free parking was good
Bed frame was making some noise, but it's nothing major
Loose and showers spotless and comfy beds with lovely white bedding our lovely lady who did our huge delicious full English breakfast was so polite and helpful worked sohard to give us everything hot and fresh , a real Gem to the pub ,
There's was alot of noise and things got very boisterous well into the early hours so not much sleep im afraid
Friendly staff and clean room lovely breakfast would Tay again
Location
Have stayed here before. Staff really friendly, good facilities and a nice little pub.
A little noisy, but the building is very old.
I scored it a 7, as it's difficult to know what I am scoring it on. If compared to an upmarket hotel, then it obviously going to be lower. For what I needed it for (short notice accommodation, close to where my friend lives) then it was excellent. Very good value for money. Accommodated a very short notice booking. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, given the very short notice and very late checking in (as the pub was closing). The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom very clean. If somebody was looking to stay there and use it as a base for tourist stuff across the city, or expect an instagram-worthy pic, then it might not be ideal. If you are looking for a room in the Whitton/Twickenham area, then it absolutely does deliver in that context. It's a charming, classic pub, and one that I go to (when not staying over) with my friend when I am down in London. The staff are lovely, and they serve an excellent guiness. It was perfect for what I needed in that moment.
I have nothing to add here. I would have given it a score of 10/10 in terms of what I needed when in the moment I stayed (other accommodation fell through and I had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice). It isn't luxury, but as far as 'a room at the inn' goes, it suited me perfectly, and had a certain charm or character about it that I enjoyed.
Great pub. Basic but v clean and comfortable accommodation. Fab location.
Floor boards upstairs are quite noisy.
Very near to our destination event, ease of booking in,nice warm comfortable room
Staff where very friendly great breakfast nice pub good location to the ruby ground
