Бронировали на одну ночь, но при заселении сразу заплатили еще за две ночи, девушка на стойке регистрации озвучила что ближайшие 3 дня есть 13 номеров на выбор а после первой ночи с шумными соседями в коннектин руме уже другая девушка сказала что отель заполнен и не может нам поменять номер.

Great location for easy walking into town and access to the Cathedral.

One minor issue…. the screen of the controller for the air conditioner is too bright and stays on all night. A small inconvenience but nothing major. Food was good, although a bit of variety for buffet breakfast on different days would be welcome. Food was good though. 😋

The car park was very convenient to the hotel and good value at £10 for 24 hours

Very poor value for money. Communal areas mediocre and unwelcoming. Bedroom needed an update. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bad lighting in bathroom and reliant only on an illuminated mirror. No fridge in room surprising given the cost. Staff were dreary and unwelcoming.

Breakfast was very good. The room was quiet - either there were no noisy guests around me, or the rooms are well insulated against sound.

Ordentliches Haus in zentraler Lage. Parkhaus mit Hotelrabatt gegenüber.

Sehr sparsam mit Handtüchern. An beiden Tagen war das Dreibettzimmer nur mit Handtüchern für zwei Personen ausgestattet, was auf entsprechende Bitte jeweils umgehend korrigiert wurde. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage nicht ganz leise.

W miarę dobra lokalizacja, dystans do stacji kolejowej nie dla każdego na piechotę (dodatkowy koszt taxi); bardzo blisko centrum samego Exeter; obiekt czysty (nie najnowszy, co widać w łazienkach...); śniadania - no cóż, full English breakfast :) oraz wybór płatków, jogurt, szynka, ser i jakieś owoce do tego, chleb (przeważnie biały niestety, ale glutenfree też dostępny standardowo); wybór nie jest jakiś duży, ale jeśli ma się po prostu zjeść śniadanie bez fanaberii, to zdecydowanie bardzo ok. Obsługa pomocna i uprzejma

The shower was so tiny, very dark and old fashioned. Also the cooked breakfast was not good at all, luke warm and not fresh.

Breakfast room is cramped and was terribly busy on the day I stayed there - it doesn't seem suitably sized compared to number of rooms/guests. Selection was ok but not as good as other Leonardo hotels

Superb breakfast with cleanliness and attention to detail a particular feature. A busy breakfast room was constantly cleared and cleaned. Plenty of room for working on laptop etc in a buzzing atmosphere.

The receptionist Male chap was lovely , very polite . Gave us a really lovely room for our first romantic stay here it was perfect . The breakfast was fantastic also , room was lovely had a bath in it was magical .

Only found out that we could have parked for £10 in the car park opposite when we were checking out. There are clear instructions at reception, but you have to park your car before you read these. Also the toilet was pretty useless. Too much swirl, too little actual flushing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Hotel Exeter. The location is very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The check-in experience was also excellent. We were kindly offered an early check-in as the room was available, which we really appreciated. We were travelling with a baby and had requested a room on a higher floor and away from the lifts to minimise noise. We were very pleased that the hotel took our request into consideration and accommodated it.

The only downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room, which would have been especially useful when travelling with a baby.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful during the entire stay, felt unwelcome soon as we went to check in.

Staff are always friendly and polite, I have stayed in watford and exeter now. Definitely a hotel i would stick to staying at whilst traveling.

I have stayed in the leonardo watford hotel a few times and each room has always been the same with regards to comfort which is 10:10. Unfortunately the one in exeter i had a different experience, the bed was much more lumpy and the pillows were rock hard, this is also something my husband also commented on. This made it a very difficult nights sleep. Otherwise cleanliness was near the same. Also, not sure if it was a mistake on our behalf but we ended up in an adapted room for disabilities which meant everything was much lower down and awkward. As I said, not sure if that was my mistake upon booking but either way I think if I had known I wouldn't have booked that room.

Wir haben einen Tag verlängert. Gutes Frühstück. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Parkplatz. Parken hat in dem Parkhaus neben an gut geklappt. An der Rezeption wurde das Ticket bezahlt und so hat es 10 Pfund pro Tag gekostet. Bei der Lage sehr gut.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an den Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht erfüllt. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht gründlich gereinigt, unter anderem befand sich Staub auf dem Boden. Das Badezimmer wirkte veraltet, insbesondere die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang entsprach für uns nicht dem Standard, den wir bei diesem Preis erwartet hätten. Auch die Betten waren leider nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Doppelbett bestand lediglich aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten. Sehr störend war außerdem der Verkehrslärm der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße, der im Zimmer deutlich und teilweise sehr laut zu hören war. Insgesamt entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass an vielen Stellen stark auf Kosteneinsparung geachtet wird. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein Welcome-Goodie oder ein einfacher Notizzettel im Zimmer fehlten ebenso. Zusätzlich haben wir die kostenpflichtige und aus unserer Sicht überteuerte Parkgarage neben dem Hotel genutzt. Bei der Rezeption wurde unser Parkticket leider falsch entwertet, sodass wir anschließend nochmals zum Hotel zurückgehen mussten. Besonders enttäuschend war dabei, dass sich der Rezeptionist trotz des offensichtlichen Fehlers nicht einmal dafür entschuldigte. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider nicht. Bei diesem Preis hätten wir einen deutlich höheren Standard, mehr Komfort und vor allem einen aufmerksamen und serviceorientierten Umgang erwartet.

Walkable distance to town centre, attentive staff, very clean, rooms spacious and beds comfortable, facility to store luggage.

The walk from St David’s train station is 30-40mins uphill (not 15mins as per website) Air con in the room stops overnight so had to wake up very hot twice to turn it back on. Book on your first search…price went up £30 from first search to booking three days later.

Ease of booking was great and always kept well informed by WhatsApp/email. Great check in, staff, bar, breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Room and housekeeping were of a high standard. Good location. Made our few nights in Exeter a pleasure

Dustcart was noisy early in the morning. Window cleaner on flat roof at 8.30 was a little disconcerting but doubt this happens evert day. Saw the funny side of it and shared some banter with the man as water came into the open window. No biscuits on room tea tray!!! As the saying goes ' a drink's too wet without one

The location is excellent if you’re coming by car and there is a city council car park right behind the hotel. The location is great. Right near the city centre and amenities and a short drive to the uni if you’re visiting there

Die Zimmer sind sauber, aufgeräumt und ausreichend groß für eine Übernachtung. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich.

An der Rezeption konnte man am Abreisetag unsere Zahlung vom Anreisetag "nicht finden". Wir mussten die Zahlung durch den Zahlungsbeleg aus dem Kartenlesegerät und der Abbuchung auf unserem Konto nachweisen. Das Frühstück ist für englische Verhältnisse nicht so gut. Beispielsweise ist das Rührei aus "Fertigbrei"

I was very satisfied with my stay. I booked a room for my wife and kids and another room for my parents. Check in and check out were easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Quality is good and the price is reasonable. I believe Leonardo hotels have very good value for money for hotels of similar range, so I’m a happy customer.
