The flat was comfortable and well equipped with great views on the water.

Our flat was maybe a bit small for 4. Also it would have been great to have outdoor jacuzzi but unfortunately it was forbidden to use the water jet. Still it was nice to have an outdoor bathtub.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Was für eine traumhafte Lage, total ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig zum "Zentrum" von Ucluelet. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir Weißkopfseeadler beobachten. Die Badewanne draußen ist auch eine coole Idee!

Die Schlafcouch war eine Folter für den Rücken. Da würde sich eine Neuanschaffung lohnen...

Nel complesso carino con vista, pulito.

Nulla di eccezionale. Staff nella media (es. avevamo chiesto di mandare qualcuno il camino per il camino poi non si sa; nessuno si è assicurato nulla e abbiamo risolto da soli cosi come per altre cose) Spazi nuovi che mancano di dettagli. Se stai più giorni non ci sono cassettiere o ripiani nel bagno dove poter posizionare le proprie cose. Se, come nel nostro caso, hai una 3 persona quindi un bambino sotto gli 11 anni.. dormire sul divano letto è davvero scomodo e non c'è modo di oscurare la luce alta delle vetrate. Stoviglie basiche.

La struttura è in un posto meraviglioso di assoluta calma e relax il balcone con l’hot tube è una chicca. Noi eravamo in una stanza non ancora interamente ristrutturata. La camera matrimoniale era bellissima con un ampia vetrata. Il resto della camera molto ampio e dotato di cucina e divano letto per le bambine era caratteristico ma merita qualche ammodernamento anche in relazione al prezzo. Voto 10 ai prodotti da bagno forniti.

We had a wonderful stay at Waters Edge Shoreside Suites! Our suite was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The soaking tub on the balcony was a real highlight — so relaxing to enjoy a bath with the beautiful view, without any chlorine smell. The property is peaceful and idyllic, perfect for unwinding. Ucluelet is about a 20-minute walk away, although a car is recommended for exploring the area.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, die man am besten aus der Badewanne auf dem Balkon heraus beobachten kann. Herrlich!

Good size apartment for a family of 4 with all facilities we needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I paid extra for a room with a bathtub on the balcony which I assumed would be quite private. Our room faced towards the harbour which otherwise was a pleasant view, but unfortunately not private enough for me to feel comfortable to use the bath. Had our room been on the other side of the complex facing out towards the water I think it would have been fine. I did see other guests using their baths when we went out on a fishing trip but this was exactly what I was afraid of! Otherwise, everything was good.

Wat een geweldige mooie en grote appartementen. Mooie kamers, balkon met hottub, keuken en badkamer. Wij hebben daardoor ook voornamelijk in het appartement eten klaargemaakt. En in de avond heerlijk ontspannen in de hottub. Parkeren is gratis en voldoende plaats bij elke accommodatie. Tofino en de omgeving is goed bereikbaar vanuit Ucluelet. De boottours in Ucluelet van Cameron Ocean Adventures zijn echt een aanrader. Zij hebben een hele comfortabele boot, met hele goede stoelen binnen, en een achterdek buiten waar alle passagiers goed kunnen staan op walvissen of beren te zien. Beide tours hebben we gedaan en waren helemaal top.

Struttura accogliente in un posto fantastico. Cucina ben fornita: abbiamo trovato scottex, detersivo per piatti e per lavastoviglie. Vista molto bella sulla baia e molto piacevole la vasca esterna per poter fare un bagno caldo.

Splendido complesso con appartamenti autonomi con vista splendida sulla baia grazie alle grandi vetrate. Comodo e funzionale.

Le vetrate alte non sono facili da pulire, ma c'era una ragnatela.

Very spacious with a lovely view. The room had everything we needed. Great location.

The property sent the instructions for how to access the room after hours after we left our previous property so we didn’t have internet access to view them. The person who answered the out of hours line seemed quite annoyed to help us. It was around 7pm. If they would send instructions earlier that would be helpful.

Ungewöhnlicher Lobbybereich, eher wie ein Bürohaus, Lange Wartezeit am Aufzug, da einer von 2 defekt war. Wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto kommt, schwer auszuladen, da das Hotel keine Vorfahrt hat. Parkgebühren extrem teuer.

Tolle Lage und super saubere, gut ausgestattete Appartements.

Views and suite were both great. Outdoor bath tub was a luxury.

Un posto davvero incantato. Siamo arrivati tardi e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare il check in in autonomia. Davanti a noi una foca nell'acqua a pochi metrii. Lo chalet delizioso con camino e vasca sul balcone. Vista sul bosco e sull'acqua. Cucina super attrezzata. Ambienti ampi, confortevoli e puliti.

Loved watching the boats and wildlife from the balcony of a very comfortable and big apartment. Perfect for families of four and as a little rest when on a roadtrip.

L'appartement donnait sur l'eau et nous avons pu apercevoir phoques et loutres depuis le balcon. Les lits, la tranquilité, la cuisine agencée étaient très bien. La baignoire extérieure et la cheminée étaient un plus!

Le canapé-lit du salon n'était pas confortable, il faudrait proposer des sur-matelats.

Appartement bien équipé, spacieux, calme, avec une vue sur la mer et une terrasse pour observer la nature et les animaux.

Glorious place to stay for a couple of nights. We were late arriving so everyone had gone home, but our keys had been left in a lock-box so everything was fine. The room was excellent, with loads of space. We wished we could have stayed for longer - another time perhaps. Our balcony overlooking the harbour allowed us to see deer on the shore and bald eagles in the trees. What more could you want. Loved it!

Beautiful location and views. A great suite with a well stocked kitchen. Bath on the balcony is a fabulous addition. Toiletries are really lovely, by Mint.

Great to stay with family. Windows open to nature, water, bold eagle , best sleep. Enjoyed the bathtub on the balcony. Clean and good bed.

Mit dem Wasserfrontzimmer sind die Zügänge in der Front der Zimmer, das ist nicht beschrieben - suchen ist angesagt.

Lovely scenery, plenty of room and very comfortable bed.

Lack of certain items such as oil for cooking, the oven was rather complicated to use. Apart from these tiny details it's great.

Loved the location, it was beautiful being on the water and nice being so close to town. The room had a cozy cottage feel to it. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ocean views were beautiful. Room was pretty quiet.

Nothing - my only wish is that the complex had a hot tub!

Nach einem wahnsinnig herzlichen und persönlichen Check-in konnten wir kaum fassen, was für eine großartigen, vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung wir gebucht hatten (man könnte jetzt unendlich aufzählen: Gaskamin, bequeme Couch, tolle Küche, Esstisch....). Der Blick auf den kleinen Hafen durch die riesigen Fenster oder vom schönen Balkon machte die Situation komplett, zusätzlich ist die ganze Anlage sehr hübsch, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen.

Ortskern ist etwas entfernt, aber man kann (und will) nicht alles haben! 😉

Staff were very welcoming. Excellent resort, the setting is great and the suite was fantastic and everything provided in it was first class. It was lovely and peaceful with the view over the harbour. The hot tub was a bonus though didn't get to use it thanks to inclement weather - rain.. Very well placed for exploring the area. Would highly recommend a visit.

Reception was a bit chaotic and we were shown into the wrong unit at first. Corrected reasonably quickly by offsite manager.

Everything. A superb location. Beautifully furnished and great facilities. Quiet and peaceful. Town a walkable distance for everything. Conveniently located for attractions. Felt very safe. Staff very accommodating.

On arrival, although booked for 2 couples well in advance, (June2025), travelling as a group in one car, we found we were in block 2 and 6. This was very inconvenient as far as we were concerned. But, the incredible staff worked miracles and we ended up virtual neighbours! Fantastic. So perhaps this needs to be taken into consideration in the future when there are group bookings of this size.

The bed was too hard for my liking

The location was amazing. Beds were so comfy. So much space in the entire unit.

The shower in the second bathroom with the bath kept dripping a little and not much pressure

Views across the water were fabulous. We even saw (twice) a Black Bear with her cub (distantly). Binoculars required!

The room had a really weird smell that you couldn’t get rid of - it hit you every time you walked in. The hot tub was literally that - you had a tub that you could put hot water in but the jets were disabled. There was no sound proofing in the room! We had the noisiest upstairs neighbours :(. The reception was only open a limited time. I could go on but I’m just happy to forget the whole experience if I’m honest!

Perfekte Lage. Wir hatten Aussicht auf den wunderschönen kleinen Hafen in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das große Appartement hatte alles, was man braucht, war blitzsauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer können mit Rollos komplett verdunkelt werden. Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption.

The location is brilliant

They didn't clean very well. The plates and pans still had food on them but were put away. There was what looked like semen on the couch. Also through most of our stay all we could hear was a child running above us(I realize that's uncontrolable but it's still annoying)

Honestly, nothing. Upon arrival I was charged twice for my stay, due to the receptionist not checking the notes that stated I had paid when I booked. It was impossible for the receptionist to give me a refund immediately. The roommate itself was fine however, the smell of burnt food lingered our entire stay. While trying to check out, the receptionist was extremely nasty. I believe her name was Kaylee for reference. Was not considerate of our negative experience and did not try and redirect or fix our experience. If anything she made it 10 times worse.

Everything. The reception staff are incompetent, have bad behaviour and attitude. It’s honestly such a shame. Our experience was so terrible. Especially coming up on the peak of tourism season. I was really looking forward to visiting this area, but I can ensure I will not be back.

Very quiet location. Enjoyed watching the tides. Big windows to let in the breeze, & a balcony, corner fireplace was a nice touch.

I was told just a few stairs to our suite but turned out to be 16 steps. Hard on the knees

The room and property were lovely. Unfortunately, what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay was completely overshadowed by our awful experience with staff and management both in the lead up to, and during our stay. We were confirmed a discounted rate via email upon booking. Then, when I received a follow up confirmation in the week before our stay, it contained completely incorrect information - wrong name, wrong dates/duration, and wrong rate. When I brought this internal error to staff attention, I was informed of yet another staff error in the original booking, and told I would not in fact receive the discounted rate, already confirmed in writing, due to this internal error. Rather than staff or management taking responsibility for their own errors, the original confirmed rate was effectively revoked, and the confirmed reservation, which had been made in good faith, through no misrepresentations on our part, and relied upon by us for weeks following, was not honoured. The manager ignored all attempts to contact them, and staff member Kaeli was rude and condescending to both me and my sister's party who experienced the same series of events. Rather than swallow a mere $150 mistake and respect a confirmed reservation, staff chose to provide 'service' falling far short of industry standard, and in turn, have irreparably tarnished their reputation in our eyes. With the abundance of other respectable options for accommodations available in the Ucluelet area, we will never stay here again and would encourage others to save their money, time, and energy, and look literally anywhere else. Hopefully these internal issues and practices will be addressed by Water's Edge management soon.

I had trouble with the dishwasher not starting when we left so felt bad about leaving a job undone.

Beautiful and quite place with a wonderful view of the bay. Room was more spacious than expected and our family loved it.

We were hoping to cook a few things in the oven, but there was no standard baking pan provided. Not a big deal, but one minor item that could be added.

An issue with our room was quickly resolved way beyond my expectation!

That we hadn't booked for longer!!!

Absolutely stunning views from our room and all the amenities of a great hotel with the bonus of a full kitchen; fireplace and tub on our balcony. Coffee and tea provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A very relaxing and quiet place fit for couples or families. Unique beaches to explore directly off the property. If you are as lucky as we were, the vibrant, friendly barks of sealions ensured we were awake for another wonderful day in town. We were lucky enough to see harbour seals, sealions and sea stars all from our window. Bring binoculars to see the entire harbour. We can't wait to come back.

Le paysage exceptionnel depuis la terrasse ! Le confort et la décoration.

The view and the hot tub were nice. The coffee was from local and tasted good.

The floor was cold. The shower did not have enough hot water. And the toilet was not as clean. The seaplane was loud in the morning at 7/8 am on Saturday.

The bed was not Comfortable, very disappointing We had respectful neighbours which was great because we could hear upstairs bathroom flushing, heavy footsteps, muffled conversations, no sound insulation at all. Felt the condo could have been cleaner. Certainly not spotless.
