Die Lage war super. Ja, es ist laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, aber das darf man nicht bemängeln. Abends auf dem Boulevard wird nunmal geredet, gelacht und der Urlaub genossen

Die Klimaanlage war laut und schaltete sich nachts nicht alleine aus, nachdem der Raum deutlich abgekühlt wurde. Zudem war beim Frühstück morgens oft nicht mehr eingedeckt. Wenn man das Personal nicht immer wieder darauf angesprochen hätte, hätten sie nicht eigenständig gehandelt :(

Wir wurden direkt vom personal herzlich empfangen! Prosecco Gläschen inklusive. Hotel Lage ist in zweiter Reihe und direkt am geschehen! Zimmer nach vorne haben nur teilweise Blick aufs Meer. Zimmer nach hinten sind super ruhig.. alles super sauber und es richt nach Wellness! Klima und mini Kühlschrank mit Kaffeemaschine ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Jeweils ein Badetuch wird ausgehändigt! Wer Halbpension bucht hat essen aus dem Restaurant, Frühstück ist als Buffet aufgebaut mit Ei Spezialitäten nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet aber das Abendessen im Restaurant ist wirklich sensationell gut. Allerdings hochwertige Küche! Ich würde sagen Nix für kleine Kinder ?! Müsste man nachfragen ob es da ganz einfache Gerichte extra für die kleinen gibt. Gute Cocktails und der Hauswein ist lecker ! Pool ist groß genug und alles sauber,toller Blick aufs Meer. Tolle Erholung in diesem Hotel Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Location was great, the beach was 1 minute away. My reservation came with breakfast, which was decent. The room was tiny but clean. The staff was very kind.

Overall, it was not a 4 start hotel. I especially didnt appreciate the fact that there were practically no amenities or basic items in the room. For instance, there was no wine glass or cup. When I asked for a wine glass, I was told to pay 5 euros. I found it unreasonable for a 4 star hotel. Same for the beach towels (it was 5 euroes to change it each time). Also - a strong smell of sewage literally woke me up in an early morning. It was so so strong. Not sure if it came from the outside or inside of the hotel, but it was terrible. I had to live with it for 2 days, then it became a bit better. I could also hear out loud all the noises a couple was making next door, sometimes really unpleasant. It was extremely hot during my stay so I coudnt enjoy the pool, it was too hot on the rooftop and the water was so warm (not their fault). It was the same with the beach, Playa Palmira is a very shallow beach so the sea water was too warm. It almost felt like spa. Everything was burning during my stay.... I visited Magaluf on my second day and I found that the beach there had more waves and more refreshing.

I booked a superior double room with a balcony. The room didn’t have a balcony and I don’t feel the room was a superior standard. Also one day our room was only half done. The main entrance is very hard to see, you naturally walk into the restaurant thinking that’s the entrance.

Hotel muy bien situado, muy cerquita de la playa y justo en el paseo marítimo y calle más comercial del pueblo. Aún así, zona muy tranquila.

La habitación donde estuve alojado, tenía unas vistas al interior y muy feas, no tuve suerte de tener vistas hacia la playa. El hotel no tiene parking, y en la zona es muy difícil aparcar. El coche lo tienes que dejar a casi 10 minutos andando desde el hotel.

Penészesedés volt a fürdőben, és a mosdó felett csepegett le a víz. Illetve a vizet hiába állítottuk be, magától visszaállt, és forró lett.

Hôtel très bien situé, à une minute de la plage et des restaurants. Une petite crique aussi très sympathique à 20 minutes à pieds. Proche des transports ce qui permet de visiter l’île facilement et de se rendre à l’aéroport. Le personnel est très accueillant et réactif. Un vrai plaisir de les croiser chaque jour. Petit déjeuner varié. Restaurant délicieux. Piscine en rooftop très agréable et calme.

Chambre petite. Quelques soucis avec notre climatisation qui gouttait donc obligé de l’éteindre la nuit malgré les grosses chaleurs (je précise qu’elle a finalement été réparée en fin de séjour). Eau de la douche qui se coupe par moment et avec peu de débit. Odeurs de canalisation. Sol de la chambre pas très propre. Aspiré oui mais la serpillère n’est pas passée.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à 20m de la plage. La piscine sur le roof top avec une très jolie vue sur la baie.

La réservation avec balcon vue mer qui est en faite une vue dégagée sur la mer d’à peine 10%, le reste de la vue donne sur des toits de bâtiments. L’hôtel n’a pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles, il mérite 2 étoiles (1 pour le roof top et l’autre pour le personnel très agréable et disponible mention spéciale à Tatyana et Enrique) Il faut revoir d’urgence vos prestations si vous voulez inciter les voyageurs à revenir.

Il bagno non ha l'aspirazione, ne una finestra. La biancheria non è stata cambiata x 3 giorni, anomalo x un 4 stelle. C'è la macchina da caffè ma non le cialde, C'è il bollitore ma non le bustine te/camomilla.

This little Boutique Hotel is just amazing! I did not have the greatest experience in Arenal, so I moved with my little dog baby to this stunning hotel in Paguera. It was exactly what we both needed! We were treated so nicely from the very beginning - I was greeted by a glass of Cava:) Staff was very nice and friendly to me and to my doggie! Caira got her own dog bed and also a little snack as amenity. Breakfast was so good and on the top floor the hotel has a rooftop terrace with a little pool, overlooking the beach and the promenade. Lenka, Tatyana, and all the team members (unfortunately I donť remember all the names) were just great and made us feel welcome and appreciated. I would definitely come back to this place!!!!!!

The only problem I had was with a shower - water was too hot. However I informed Lenka and she organized the technician to fix it. Otherwise no issues.

Das Personal im gesamten Hotel ist super nett und versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen! Wir haben über das Hotel einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück angeboten bekommen. Die Abholung hat hin und zurück super funktioniert. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, bis zum frischen Omlett nach Wunsch bzw. Spiegel-oder Rührei. Selbst ein tägliches Sektfrühstück ist möglich. Danke an die tollen Mitarbeiter im Hotel!!!!

Das kleine nette Boutique Hotel liegt direkt und zentral an der Ortsstraße(diese ist natürlich etwas lebhaft- aber wenn man in der Lage wohnen möchte, dann muss man das auch hinnehmen).wir hatten ein Meerblick Zimmer in der ersten Etage Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Ganz wunderbar ist die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gibt frische Eier Speisen schnell und perfekt zubereitet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uns hat es etwas geärgert, dass es Gäste gab, die nach „deutscher Art“ ihre Handtücher den ganzen Tag auf den Liegen deponiert hatten und dann erst nach vielen Stunden vom Mittagessen zurückkam. Das ist bei so einem kleinen Hotel wirklich nicht nett und es wär auch ganz gut, wenn die Hotelleitung ein Schild zum unterbinden dieser Unart aufhängen würde. Wir haben immer Platz gefunden, deswegen war es für uns kein Problem, aber sicherlich in der Hauptsaison ärgerlich für andere Gäste.

- very good buffet breakfast and excellent service - lovely terrace in front of the hotel to sit down, chill, have a coffee - good location, just across the road from the beach, on the main precinct - nice rooms, lovely boutique bathroom

- with the hotel being located on a narrow one way road, there isn't anywhere to offload or park - not really a big issue, as you can park in a local car park about 10 min walk, but not ideal for offloading luggage - hotel guests (including staff unfortunately) were having laud conversations in the hallway waking us up 2 days in a row early in the morning. As much as I can't fault hotel for guest doing so, but for staff talking loudly outside people rooms in the morning is not acceptable

Den Straßenlärm haben wir unterschätzt. Es war leider jede Nacht laut. Auch wenn das Fenster geschlossen war wurde man ständig wach.

Sehr hübsches Hotel, tolle Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hatten, hatten wir auch die Pooltücher kostenlos. Grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt am Boulevard gelegen. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und ist am Meer. Das Personal ist durchweg super freundlich und lieb. Wir haben uns von Minute Eins an sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Tatyana erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch - noch bevor man selber weiß, dass man es sich wünscht 🤩😍 Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Boulevard und man sollte sich einfach bewusstsein, dass es dadurch relativ laut ist in den zur Straße gelegenen Zimmern. Leider hatten wir das Pech eines losen Gullideckels auf der Straße direkt vor unserem Zimmer, der bei jedem Überfahren gebollert hat. Gerade früh morgens, wenn die LKWs über den Boulevard gefahren sind, war es meist vorbei mit der Nachtruhe. Aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

All of the above! The perfect place to stay as was clean, close to the beach, friendly staff, parking nearby, lovely breakfast and roof top pool was perfect after a day on the beach.

Only gripe is that the wardrobe was half size, could have been longer.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal, von der Reinigungskraft, wirklich alle Bedienungen im Restauranr und das Personal der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was nicht in deutscher Sprache zu lösen war, wurde spätestens mit English erledigt. Unser Wünsche wurden uns praktisch von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt. Todo el personal del hotel, desde el personal de limpieza hasta todos los camareros del restaurante y el personal de recepción, fue extraordinariamente amable y servicial. Todo lo que no se podía resolver en alemán se solucionaba, como muy tarde, en inglés. Prácticamente nos leían los deseos en los ojos y los cumplían.

Leider hat das Hotel darauf keinen Einfluß, aber der Straßenverkehr vor dem Hotel ist einfach zu laut !!! Es werden keine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen (30 km/h) oder Durchfahrtsverbote (ab 21:00 h) beachtet !!! Hier ist die Gemeinde aufgefordert, endlich für eine Verkehrsberuhigung zu sorgen, z.B. Schwellen in der Straße. Deshalb empfehlen wir Zimmer im 2. Stock oder höher. Por desgracia, el hotel no puede hacer nada al respecto, pero el tráfico frente al hotel es demasiado ruidoso. No se respetan los límites de velocidad (30 km/h) ni las prohibiciones de circulación (a partir de las 09:00 h). Se insta al municipio a que tome medidas para reducir el tráfico, por ejemplo, instalando badenes en la calle. Por eso recomendamos habitaciones en la segunda planta o más arriba.

It’s our second time staying and we only have positive things to say about our experience! The hotel is impeccably managed by a delightful team of employees who are welcoming and helpful.

Das freundliche Personal, das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Sekt empfangen. Konnten auch schon früher in die Junior Suite. Die Größe des Zimmers und die große Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Bucht von Paguera war sehr schön. Haben sehr komfortabel und gut in dem Boxspringbett geschlafen. Uns wurden sogar zwei einzelne Decken bezogen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und es gab auch eine Auswahl an verschiedenen frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht die Gäste zufriedenzustellen.

Leider gab es durch die Abflüsse , vornehmlich morgens eine Geruchsbelästigung. Die wohl nicht zu beseitigen ist. Angeblich liegt es an der Kanalisation, sagte man uns.

The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the bed was and the room's cleanliness. There were a few chips on the flooring, one of which was in the bathroom, and I could feel it on my feet as it was raised slightly near the shower; these were minor issues. However, my room overlooked the road, and the noise of traffic made sleeping a problem, as there were manholes that made a clack-clack noise. If the windows were double-glazed, it would make a significant difference, not only in terms of noise reduction but also in terms of energy loss with the air conditioning, which was very effective.

Schon der Check-in bei Sebastian war ein super Start in den Aufenthalt! Nett, herzlich und tolle Tipps für alles was man so machen möchte! Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und konnten a-la Carte auswählen und es waren riesige, geschmackvolle und tolle Gerichtete! Tatjana, Enrique und Daisy sind ein sehr freundliches, bemühtes Team und erfüllen einem jeden kulinarischen Wunsch‼️Danke euch nochmals dafür!

Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber sehr sauber! Gute Betten! Wir hatten einen schönen großen Balkon mit Meerblick ❤️ In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool kann man auch wunderbar relaxen!

Der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption.Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir ein Glas Prosecco.Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Der Service vom Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist richtig gut und ausreichend.Man bekommt auf Wunsch auch frische Eierspeisen zubereitet.Sekt zum Frühstück gab es auch. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

At the hotel, cleaning started at 8:30 AM with very loud noise. When I told the cleaner, they said, “It’s my job, I have to do it,” and did not try to be careful. The noise continued, and the doors let all the sound inside. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff also said cleaning must start at 8:00 AM and could not do anything. It was very strange. Additionally, the floor is made of glass, so when cleaning tools are dragged, it makes extreme noise. The cleaner did not pay attention, which made it worse. Also, the image I saw on Hotels.com was never shown at the hotel, and I received no information about it. I couldn’t find that view anywhere.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops. I recommend booking a sea-view room, as the rooms at the back don’t offer a pleasant view.

There were some ants in the room at first, but the staff quickly resolved it with traps and insecticide. However, the rooms are quite small, and the photos—especially for the non–sea-view rooms—don’t fully match the reality.

Personeel, professioneel en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Hotel ligt dichtbij strand. Bedden goed. Maar onze kamer was aan renovatie toe.

Super liebes Team, tolle Zimmer mit Mega Ausblick, der Strand ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt & das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich(abends a la carte).

Tolle, sehr freundliche, saubere und gemütliche Lage. Wir hatten das Zimmer seitlich es war perfekt da wir keinen Strassenlärm hatten. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

Die vielen Raucher, sie waren absolut rücksichtlos, heisst auch beim Frühstück würde ohne Nachfrage geraucht, muss dann der Nichtraucher immer drinnen sitzen… nein finde ich unfair. Vielleicht wäre es eine idee wenn die Feriengäste nicht mehr auf dem Balkon rauchen dürfen. Wenn wir in der Nacht das Fenster geöffnet hatten war der ganze Gestank in unserem Zimmer so dass wir schliessen mussten. Es gibt ja draussen genug Platz zum Rauchen.
