Bra läge och fräscht, bra frukost. Nära till strand, restauranger och busshållplats.

Glasvägg (frostad) på rummet mellan badrum och övrigt rum. Inte så privat och hela rummet blir upplyst när man behöver nattkissa:) Väldigt lite förvaringsmöjligheter på rummet. Funkar för kort vistelse men inte en hel vecka för 2 pers.

Grei og sentral beliggenhet. Det var gærent og ryddig. God frokost.

Room was a decent size with passable bathroom. The breakfast was extremely good. Staff were great.

The WiFi worked well, which was important to me as I needed to work while I was there. Very close to the airport, so very convenient in that sense too.

Small room, quite cramped. I found it noisy too, with the planes flying over (to be expected near the airport) but also you could hear every word from people in the hallway or on the balcony next door.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que estaba cerca de la playa y también del centro, con tiendas, restaurantes, servicios y transporte público a poca distancia. También disfruté mucho del balcón, que fue un detalle muy agradable. Valoré especialmente que la habitación tuviera nevera y aire acondicionado, algo muy importante para mí y que hizo la estancia mucho más cómoda. Además, me gustaron mucho los productos de aseo, como el gel de ducha, el jabón y el champú. Tenían un agradable aroma a hierbas que me encantó. Por último, quiero destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal, que fue muy agradable durante mi estancia.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que la piscina estuviera al otro lado de la calle. También encontré que la mesa y la silla del balcón no estaban del todo limpias. Además, el espacio para guardar la ropa era bastante pequeño. Son pequeños detalles que podrían mejorarse para hacer la estancia aún más cómoda

It woudl be better if there were more staff at reception, as there was one person with lots of enquires from costumers. they were not that friendly perhaps because they were on their own.

The hotel is really close to the beach.

The photos of the single room don't comlpy with the reality at all. There's a double bed on the photos, however upon arrival I was facing a single bed. There's no mentioning in the description at booking.com about the fact, that You may be accommodated in a separate building across the street with no hotel facilities. This means, that You have to cross the street for having breakfast, or using the pool. The frontier was rude and not co-operative at all when I faced him with my problem. A renovation would be needed. There was no bed towel on the bed, only the sheet to sleep with. The single room is really small. There wasn’t enough storage space for clothes. There were no shelves where to put your belongings, only a wardrobe with hanging space. There wasn’t even a shelf in the bathroom where to put the toiletries. I had to live out of my suitcase for four days. The white chair at the balcony was yellowed, really used and stinky. I didn't felt being at a 4* hotel at all, wirst 4* hotel experience so far.

Que estaba pegada al ascensor , al llegar la habitación no estaba fresca pese al calor que hacía afuera . Que el lobby estuviese en el edificio de enfrente .. no tener ni agua ni cafetera en la habitación .

It is close to several bus stops that take you to the airport, beach or city center every 10-15 minutes. The hotel has a private gym and pool.

The facilities of the hotel, such as gym, pool, eating hall, reception and bedrooms are very spread out which meant a lot of walking for someone that struggles with mobility. The room itself also felt pretty crowded and I had to pay more at the property than what was listed on the website.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, hell, ruhig und auch barrierefrei zu erreichen und die Angestellten sind stets freundlich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zuverlässig (tagsüber). Auch ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Doch besonders gut ist Möglichkeit sein Gepäck im Hotel zu lassen und dich nach einem heißen Tag in Palma noch im Hotel duschen zu können. Das ist einfach MEGA !!!

Schön wäre, wenn der Kleiderschrank etwas größer wäre.

Das man erst ab 10.30 einen Kaffee an der Bar bekommen konnte. Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht und hatte im Restaurant gefragt ob ich einen Kaffee bekomme, ich hätte den ja auch bezahlt aber NEIN erst ab 10.30 an der Bar .

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia eccellente. Colazione eccezionale, cena ottima. Camera nuova . Servizio noleggio bicicletta direttamente in hotel € 8 x 2r ore. Hotel molto silenzioso. Vicinissimo alle spiagge e a un minuto da fermata bus x Palma ed aeroporto.

Hotel is very clean rooms very functional and comfortable.

Location is a bit too far from the many beautiful places in Palma, and if you rent a car it is extremely difficult do find a spot. There are not paying parking a what so event near by.

Silence, peace. I was able to enjoy my stay almost completely. A short distance to the sea.

The quality and selection of breakfast was mediocre. For a 4 star hotel it could be better.

It’s a basic small room, perhaps not the best value for money. Location is great to the beach, but quite far from the main town.

Hotel is direibuted in two properties, the amount that we paid for stay was not justified with the room we got for the stay. I would say booking.com should enhance the feature to view the rooms properly and then should allow the booking.

El personal de recepción es muy poco profesional. Para llegar encuentro la recepción vacía y tardó muchos minutos en volver. Se enfrentó conmigo cuando le dije que tenía prisa para aparcar el coche pues estaba en un vado. El Hotel está situado en una zona muy concurrida con dificultad para aparcar. Aun así me ignoró y respondió a las llamadas de teléfono.. le dije que la prioridad la tienen las personas que están esperando en recepción y que las personas que llaman por teléfono deben ser atendidas después y más cuando ya me había hecho esperar muchos minutos porque aparentemente estaba en el baño y tiene derecho a ir al baño! Todo esto dicho, en un tono que ni una niña de cinco años usa. Solo le faltó sacar el pañuelito y ponerse a llorar para hacer una tragicomedia. Se fue al patio para llamar a alguien. Supongo que a su jefe y llorarle como si tuviera tres años.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Ik ben echt over alles ontzettend tevreden. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je je direct welkom voelt. De locatie is perfect: alles is dichtbij en het strand is op loopafstand. De kamers en het hele hotel zijn brandschoon en worden uitstekend onderhouden. Alles is netjes, verzorgd en comfortabel. Ook het ontbijt en de service waren top. Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf en zou dit hotel zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanbevelen. Als ik weer naar Mallorca ga, kom ik zeker terug. Bedankt aan het hele team voor de geweldige gastvrijheid!

Sehr freundliche Rezeption und sauberes, funktionales Zimmer. Balkon im EG direkt zur Straße bietet etwas wenig Privatsphäre, war aber okay für zwei Tage. Gute Lage: Fußläufig zur Playa de Palma und Busanbindung ins Zentrum, Haltestelle nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Nachträglich dazugebuchtes Frühstücksbuffet war toll.

Etwas Fluglärm, aber das war klar bei der Lage.

I couldn't fault this hotel. I was a solo traveller and they have lovely single rooms. They allowed me to check in early at no extra cost too. I hired a bike during my stay and they have a bike storage room with jet wash outside and pumps for tyres etc.. the gym was really well equipped with free weights (dumbbells and kettle bells) as well as a few machines and a cable machine. They also had treadmills and spinning bikes. Location is great, around 10 mins from the airport on A2 bus. The hotel is close to the beach and supermarkets. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Multiple restaurants nearby too. Only a short bus ride to Palma De Mallorca (or a 1.5hour walk/30 mins bike ride along the coastal path).

No tea and coffee facilities in the room was the only let down

L’un des points positifs de cet hôtel est sa proximité avec l’aéroport et la plage. Malgré cela, nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit des avions, ce qui est appréciable.

Les salles de bain sont conçues d’une manière qui ne garantit pas suffisamment d’intimité. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est assez basique et manque de variété.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Nähe zur Bushaltestelle ( Flughafenbus etc.) ausgesucht. Die Lage ist dafür sehr gut. Mir hat der Frühstücksaal, das reichhaltige Frühstück und das freundliche Personal sehr gut gefallen.

Ich hatte in den 3 Tagen nichts zu bemängeln.
