La atención de todo el personal del hotel es excelente, súper amables y cercanos. La piscina es bastante grande y muy cómoda. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario, es muy cómodo. La ubicación es fantástica, tiene a 3 minutos andando una cala y a otros 3 una playa, con bastante oferta gastronómica también a la misma distancia.

Utensilios de cocina un poco limitados, te puedes apañar pero es cierto que tiene lo justo.

Estadia neste hotel muito boa com pequeno almoço e jantar incluído. Toda a comida é ótima e com muita variedade, superou as expetativas. Ótima localização, muito perto de duas praias indo a pé e no lado da ilha onde o sol se põe o que permite ter sol até ao fim do dia. Restaurantes, lojas e supermercados muito perto. As infraestruturas do hotel são muito boas bem como a limpeza. A piscina é grande e a água não era fria, disponibilizam toalhas. Após o check out podemos continuar a usar o hotel e temos local disponível para trocar de roupa. Funcinários do hotel super simpáticos. Adorámos a estadia aqui e recomendamos.

Es un hotel que recomendaría. Fuimos la última semana de septiembre (2 adultos+ 2 niños de 13 años) y estuvimos super tranquilos. Todo el personal muy amable. No hay masificación de personas, piscina tranquila, el bufet de las mañanas super completo. La limpieza en general de las instalaciones impecable, nos hacían la habitación todos los días. Buena climatización en las habitaciones. Los sofás cama cómodos, un ambiente muy de familias tranquilas. La animación de la noche nos gustó mucho, grupos jóvenes y buena música! aparcar en la misma puerta. La ubicación perfecte para conocer la parte sur. A 15´de Ciutadella donde cogiamos el autocar para conocer las calas más bonitas (muy recomendable este servicio). Fue un acierto!

Todo! El personal fue esoectacular. Fuimos con una bebé de 3 meses y no pudimos estar mejor. Queríamos destacar el trato recibido por: Aamar, Irina, Iker y Rocio en el buffet y por Hernan en el bar; preparaba unos coktails riquísimos!! Tienen un super equipo y muy buenas instalaciones. La ubicación está genial!

Apartamento cómodo, y bien estructurado. Desayuno bastante completo. Piscina y zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas. El servicio de limpieza, una maravilla, especialmente Belcy que fue un amor. Servicios del Hotel como toallas de piscina, alquiler de sombrilla, duchas de cortesía… todo genial. Actividades para niños y adultos muy bien organizadas. Buena ubicación a 15 minutos de Ciutadella y la zona alrededor del Hotel, con buen ambiente y restaurantes muy interesantes.

Appartamento molto carino in una posizione a due passi da 2 calette molto belle,spazi comuni curati e piacevoli.Nelle vicinanze supermarket e tutto il necessario per poter mangiare,abbiamo molto apprezzato il noleggio ombrellone e telo mare per poter girare tranquillamente tutta la settimana.

La pulizia dell’appartamento un po’ carente,lo staff scortese e poco preparato. Il cibo appena sufficiente. Non viene rispettato nessun orario per il silenzio.

La posizione con spiagge vicine e belle. La piscina curatissima. Il maestro di tennis veramente professionale e molto bravo.

qualità totale raggiunge appena la sufficienza , pertanto il costo è eccessivo ad agosto . Si sconsiglia vivamente di non andare a luglio ed agosto con costi proibitivi , anche perchè l'hotel vale con i prezzi ottobre , cioè meno della metà . e' assurdo pagare oltre E 300,00 al giorno in questa struttura e soprattutto a minorca ( carissima , ma perchè ?) , un isola insignificante , con un mare mediocre e sopravvalutato . sconsigliatissimo , sia l hotel che l'isola .

A basic standard apartment, with nice pool, and a pretty ok restaurant in good location close to the Playa Cala'n Bosch and Cala'n Bosch marina. A lot of parking places around hotel. Good location to visit Ciutadella

The worst part was the condition of the room. Upon arrival, we found a moldy air conditioning unit, which was cleaned after we reported it; however, the smell of mold and dampness cannot be removed without a thorough renovation. The quality of the beds was poor, both for the children and the “double” bed—which is hard to call a double bed when it consists of two separate single beds.

We had a really nice stay at Grupotel Club Menorca and would recommend it, especially for families. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely view over the pool. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly when we arrived. It’s not directly on the beach, but both Son Xoriguer and Cala’n Bosch are about a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily choose between two different beaches. There’s also a nice walking path connecting both beaches. There is entertainment for children in the evening, which makes it a great option for a family holiday.

The only small downside was breakfast. It’s a large buffet with plenty of choice, but overall quite basic, like you would expect from a large holiday club. Nothing particularly special, and the machine coffee was average.

L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel agréable et le restaurant bon et varié. La piscine suffisamment grande et agréablement surpris par le calme. Très bonne literie. Je recommande sans problème.

La position géographique, la piscine est très agréable (même si un nettoyage régulier serait nécessaire).

Plusieurs choses nous ont déçus : la vue, on choisit la seule option avec vue sur piscine et en fait on arrive et on a le balcon sur le parking, en demi étage donc bien en face des voitures et la fenêtre de la chambre sur un arbre (impossible de l’ouvrir du coup), les équipements vieux et salles de bains vétustes, le lit (deux lits simples collés et avec des draps simples - pour le prix payé il faut renouveler), les services “normaux” en paiement (le coffre fort de la chambre en paiement, les serviettes pour les changer, la chaise haute pour bébé, le parasol - bref tu payes tout en supplément!), le petit dej et les diners (toujours la même chose ), les activités (pleines de choses annoncées et presque rien dans les faits), aucune activité pour les enfants et le mini club toujours fermé (c’est quand même une destination familiale et il n’y a rien, ni une air de jeux pour les enfants), la piscine des enfants sale (toujours du sable), le contrôle des règles (il y a des horaires pour la piscine mais à minuit des ados se baignent, hurlent et dérangent tout le monde mais l’hôtel ne fait rien du tout, service des chambres très moyen (une fois de temps en temps et ps de ménage des espaces communs). En gros vaut mieux louer un appartement simple que cet établissement car il n’y a rien de plus offert comme confort.

Por el precio que se paga deberían de incluir al menos agua en la media pensión, ya que en otros por bastante menos dinero sí que se incluye. La limpieza también puede mejorar, ya que bajo mi percepción no se hace tan “ a fondo “ como se debería, sobre todo al entrar a la habitación después de otros huéspedes.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and helpful. It's a short, flat 5 minute walk to the lovely sandy Cala en Bosch beach which has beautiful water for a decent swim. There's a nice walking path around the coast with beautiful views. The pool is huge and we always managed to find a bed, but there is a bit of sunbed hogging with towels going on. We opted for half board and found the food to be of a better quality than we had expected for the price. There's tablecloths and friendly staff. The chef cooks your meat/fish to order. We found the salads and desserts especially good. The apartment itself has everything you need. The air-conditioning works well, which was essential in 33°. We had room service every day with clean towels if required. The sofa bed was comfortable. I did bring an eye mask after reading a previous review about some light coming in through the glass over the door. It was good to have pool towels and soap are provided, but ladies bring your own shampoo and conditioner! Considering there are over 100 apartments and it was peak season the place did not feel overcrowded and was made for a quiet peaceful holiday.

It wasn't a deal breaker, but my 85 year old father struggled with the steps in the resort. Into our apartment block the rise of the treads was high and there were no handrails and he tripped one day. That said the staff were very attentive and had decent 1st aid at the desk. Just a warning if you have mobility issues that there are several different levels across the site and the flag stones on some paths are uneven. Also to enter and exit the pool is by ladders only, no walk in steps, again for anyone with mobility problems then this is a barrier.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca de restaurantes, de la playa y de todo tipo de servicios. El desayuno muy variado con muchas opciones de dulce y salado, tipos de pan, bollería, etc… Las habitaciones muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Hemos repetido ya dos años y seguramente, volveremos. La piscina espectacular y súper limpia. Y las hamacas nuevas y muy cómodas.

Il mare è vicinissimo, come anche diversi supermercati e il porticciolo per uscire la sera. Staff molto gentile e cordiale, specialmente a colazione e cena. Sembrava di stare in un paesino, molto carina l’organizzazione dei diversi appartamenti. Bella anche la piscina, non enorme ma con una zona bella alta e una bassa per i più piccoli

La doccia era un po’ vecchia e dal lavandino scendeva acqua perché inclinato verso fuori. La cena espressa era ripetitiva e non è stato facile trovare cibo adeguato a bimbi in svezzamento, però spesso ci hanno preparato delle verdure semplici dalla cucina.

La cena era garantita fino alle 22 ma alle 21 già iniziava a scarseggiare il cibo. Servizio in sala non sempre attento. L inizio dell'orario della colazioni è previsto per le 8, troppo tardi se si voleva raggiungere le calette più belle a quasi un'ora di macchina dall hotel

Apartamento cómodo y práctico, en zona tranquila y muy familiar. Buena ubicación a distancia andando de puerto y playa. Zona de piscina con vegetación y agradable. En general nos gustó bastante para pasar unos días en Menorca.

Faltaba algo de menaje en la cocina pero nos apañamos. El agua de la piscina bastante caliente y con mucha arena de playa. Buffet de desayuno correcto pero de la cena escaso y de calidad cuestionable. Las noches que había una cantante se oía demasiado alto en el apartamento, teniendo en cuenta que íbamos con un bebé y que hay muchas familias, creo que deberían tenerlo en cuenta y hacer poco ruido a partir de las 21h-22h.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was a good size for our family of four. Comfortable living space and bedroom. Kitchen area with breakfast bar. Air conditioning and 2 x TVs with BBC and ITV. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good with plenty of choice. Pool bar serving good lunches pizza etc. We went out for dinner each evening. Cleaning was done every day. Nice lobby area with really friendly staff at reception. The swimming pool was nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers. All in all we had a great time and comfortable stay at the hotel. 5 minutes to 2 beaches and marina for restaurants and shops. Supermarket across the road and bus stop to Cuitadella.

La ubicación está bastante bien, al lado de dos calas muy bonitas y con muchos restaurantes alrededor, aunque para desplazarte a cualquier sitio la media hora no te la quita nadie. La piscina es bonita y agradable. Las camas muy cómodas. La habitación tiene lo necesario, es grande y la terraza también bien.

Mobiliario un poco anticuado. Armarios escasos. La limpieza diaria bastante justa (la mesa de la terraza estuvo una semana sucia y la de comer también). La ducha perdía agua y se inundio el baño dos días hasta que lo arreglaron. Pone sofá cama aunque en realidad es una parte del sofá cubierta con una sábana, no un sofá cama en sí. El bar de la piscina es muy escaso. Dicen que tienen snack a mediodía pero en realidad es un bar con carta que si hay mucha gente se saturan y dicen que no puedes comer hasta que pase bastante tiempo. Horario un poco corto de desayuno, empieza a las 8 y si quieres ir a las calas famosas pronto vas tarde. Ponia que tenía animación para los niños por el día pero no tiene nada, solo alguna noche que había una chica poniendo canciones y bailando con ellos pero poco más. Ponia que dejaban sombrillas y toallas pero ni dan sombrillas y si quieres cambiar las toallas de piscina en los días que estés te cobran. En general, esperaba bastante más.

El apartamento espacioso, comedor con cocina abierta, terraza y habitación a parte. La ubicación nos gustó pero es una zona muy tranquila. El buffet está bien pero nada espectacular. Personal muy amable.

No estaba 100% limpio, no sucio, pero no super limpio. El agua de la piscina muy caliente.

El apartamento era muy cómodo. El espacio de la piscina me parece muy bonito . Aprecio mucho que se termine de desayunar y aún haya hamacas libres en la piscina puesto que los clientes no se levantan a las 7 para reservar poniendo su toalla ( aunque alguna si había) . Los horarios del desayuno maravilloso hasta las 10:30 . Horarios españoles como debe ser para no madrugar en vacaciones. El desayuno muy bien.

Por decir algo: la música de la piscina por la tarde no me parece adecuada. Es un espacio que invita al relax , al descanso y al disfrute en familia y ese tipo de música de discoteca no me agradó ( no estaba alta en cualquier caso)

We stayed for a week at the end of July. Family of 4 and booked a 2xbedroom apartment. We thought the location was fantastic with two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and easy walk to both beaches. The air con in the apartment was an absolute god send and worked perfectly. We had two bathrooms-one with a shower and one with a shower over a bath. Beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was always clean with no fighting for sunbeds in the mornings. We could come down at 10am and still find something. Nice little pool bar serving snacks and drinks and we really liked the fact there was no loud music blaring all day. Just a nice chilled vibe. Breakfast was fab with loads of choice and freshly cooked eggs. We really enjoyed the choice at dinner too! We didnt realise half board didnt include any soft drinks/water with evening meal but these were reasonably priced and we paid at the end of the stay. Would definitely return and would recommend it to everyone!

Tiene un jardín muy cuidado, piscina para niños y adultos y ofrece alguna actividad para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son bonitas y las camas cómodas. El bufet del desayuno y cena muy variado y la comida muy rica.

La piscina es tranquila y agradable. No parece que estes en un hotel, si no mas bien en un pueblecito tipico de Menorca.

Demasiado tranquilo, sin animación atractiva, el bar nocturno cierra a las 23h y la terraza queda vacía. No merece nada la pena la media pensión, el precio por cenar es demasiado caro para la poca variedad y calidad de lo que se ofrece en el buffet.

Hotel muy bonito , parece un pequeño pueblo. Areas de sombra y arboles. Jardines cuidados. Desayuno bueno a destacar la reposteria. Personal amable y cercano. Piscina con area para niños pequeños . Habitaciones amplias tipo apartamento con suficientes utensilios .

Necesita actualizacion del mobiliario, de la piscina y de las areas comunes. Habia mal olor en el drenaje de fregaderos y ducha cada vez que se utilizaba. La cena con poca variedad sobre todo de platos principales .

La ubicación y las camas muy cómodas el personal del hotel son muy amables.

We have such wonderful memories of this hotel. We first stayed here 12 years ago when our children were still little, so coming back felt very special. The location is excellent, especially if you rent a car, as there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. The rooms are comfortable and include a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything you might need. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.

This was our first trip to menorca and we will definitely be back! Overall the hotel was great , spotlessly clean maid service everyday. Breakfast was great can’t comment on lunch or dinner. Perfect location , deffo recommend hiring a car we saw so much and explored lots of beaches ! Only complaint we had is the lack of atmosphere at the pool, just a bit of background music would have been fabulous, not even necessarily English speaking music Spanish would have been good too…..I found It just too quiet 😞 Pool bar never had what we wanted in stock either As a mum of 4 it’s not somwhere I’d bring kids not much at all for them at the hotel mine would have been so bored! Another observation is I didn’t see a TUI rep once at the hotel

El hotel me pareció muy lindo y cómodo, con muchos servicios. Conseguir sitio para aparcar por la zona era fácil. El ambiente muy tranquilo. Los apartamentos son amplios y están muy bien, equipados con lo necesario.

Our first visit back to Menorca in 20 years and this Hotel didn't disappoint. Despite extreme heat conditions all staff without exception were friendly and helpful and the air con apartment was a real bonus as well as daily cleaning and towel change. Great pool with life guard and plenty of shade too. The breakfast selection was amazing, plenty of variety with omelettes cooked to order and very quick clearing up and re setting by lovely staff. Special mention to Irina, always smiling and then running the pool snack bar and sometimes the bar of an evening, an amazing member of staff! A short walk to the harbour with shopping, a good choice of restaurants and a great place to enjoy the sunset.

Just back from a week in Menorca after nearly 18 years away and as a family of 5 we had a wonderful time at the Club Menorca hotel. I don't normally write reviews but as I picked this hotel due to the reviews , I thought I would add my comments for everyone else to ponder over. Firstly the hotel location is perfect and near all the attractions of the resort. We had three rooms all facing the pool which was a bonus and the air conditioning was a real necessity after being out in the heat all day. Every area was clean and the maids came in every day. The food at the pool bar was some of the best I'd had compared to other hotels with a higher rating I'd stayed at over the last few years. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming and a big mention to a lady named Irena who worked in all areas of the hotel. She was mainly in the pool bar but was super friendly and really looked after us. A real credit to the hotel. The entertainment was good but not really well attended but this could have been due the football being on. We did hire a car which got us out the resort for a couple of days which I would recommend Overall a great hotel with a relaxing atmosphere.

Increíble la atención de la recepción, habitaciones muy lindas y perfectamente limpias. Pileta muy linda y agradable.

El desayuno era buenísimo yo lo agregaría directamente costo de la reserva.
