Worse experience ever, NO air conditioning in the room, the staff could not solve the issue. No solution was given and I ask for a refund so I can move to another hotel, but never get a response only to wait and the never fix it. Very y uncomfortable stay, no A/C and when open the windows too much noise.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked in at around midnight after a long trip from Hong Kong . The hotel is close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes and is walk able 10 minutes away. The breakfast is excellent , the staff were superb and always willing to help . If you are going for a pilgrimage to Lourdes I definitely would recommend you stay here . There are a lot of other pilgrims who are quiet and respectful and so the stay is also a spiritual uplift .

Estaba limpio, la cama muy cómoda y eso es importante, el personal atento y agradable y estaco también lo bien que funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Una maravilla!!!!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Een perfecte locatie en het merendeel van het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren enkele medewerkers in het restaurant minder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Allereerst vind ik dat dit hotel geen 4 sterren waard is. Het hotel is duidelijk verouderd en zou na een grondige verbouwing en renovatie wellicht als een 3+ sterrenhotel kunnen worden beschouwd. De kamer was bovendien duidelijk kleiner dan de 25 m² die in de beschrijving werd vermeld. De airconditioning maakte veel geluid, wat 's nachts behoorlijk storend was. De eenvoudige thee- en koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer dragen naar mijn mening ook niet bij aan een 4-sterrenervaring. Het ontbijt was eveneens niet van het niveau dat je van een 4-sterrenhotel mag verwachten en voelde eerder aan als een 3-sterrenhotel. Al met al voldoet het hotel naar mijn mening niet aan de verwachtingen die bij een 4-sterrenhotel horen.

Aircon turned itself up/down/on/off all night and was very noisy and didn’t respond to thermostat. Breakfast staff were overwhelmed and vegan options very limited. Paid parking is expensive and free parking 10mins away was full.

Très déçu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre et toilettes particulièrement petites ne vous fiez pas au photo, climatisation défaillante marque une fois sur deux et pendant 5 min puis s’éteint, on transpiré toute la nuit, et surtout un bruit de ventilation très important toute la nuit côté fenêtre. Pour un 4 étoiles, le niveau de confort et les prestations sont loin de nos attentes. Heureusement, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, et le parking est pratique malgré son coût. Au vu du standing annoncé, nous avons eu davantage l’impression d’être dans un 2 étoiles.

Kamer was klein had upgrade betaald voor balkon wat geen balkon was, extra stukje amper op te staan met hekje. Uitzicht was op afzuiger restaurant en bergen. Helaas ook op tuin waar een enorme herrie was tot 2 uur snachts. Airco kreeg het niet koud

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Méditerranée à Lourdes ! 5 étoiles à tous les niveaux .., Bravo L’hôtel est très facile d’accès et un immense parking se trouve juste devant, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire. Un grand merci au directeur, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que je passe un séjour parfait. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, avec un vrai sens du service et de l’accueil. Ils ont eu la délicatesse de me proposer une table à l’écart au restaurant afin que je puisse profiter d’un maximum de tranquillité, une attention que j’ai particulièrement appréciée. La chambre est parfaite : la literie est exceptionnelle, la propreté est irréprochable et l’insonorisation est excellente. Bravo à toute l’équipe ! Un véritable 20/20. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

Some noise from people outside on the street late at night and early in the morning, which is a byproduct of the hotel's central location.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Frühstücken hatte Kantinen Atmosphäre, Massenabfertigung, schlechte Qualität der Lebensmittel für diesen Frühstückspreis. Wir brauchen keine riesen Auswahl, aber die Qualität muss stimmen! ....der Kaffee war aber sehr gut.
