Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. Debo felicitar al equipo de Marketing. Han conseguido dar una imagen del hotel que no se correspondía con su pésima calidad.

Las habitaciones con balcón (no tienen balcón) son mucho mas pequeñas y cutres de lo que sugieren las imágenes de la web, además todo está muy descuidado y se pueden observar desperfectos por todos los lados. Mal servicio tanto a nivel de recepción como de restaurante/desayuno.

The girl on reception didn’t know anything (absolutely , at all) about the places of interests. Firstly I got a room with terrible view at the inner side, kind of staff areas, but they changed it up on request . While I was booking the room, the price raised for 10 more euro((((

El hotel está a pocos minutos del Santuario, en una calle tranquila. Está limpio y el personal es muy amable :) el desayuno para ser Francia es muy completo (algo de fruta, queso y jamón, croissans, pan, bizcochos y huevo hervidos al momento)

Ottima la colazione variegata, e soprattutto con sapori tipici francesi: ricca di ogni dettaglio, e che soddisfacesse tutte le esigenze. Pulizia della camera, e cura dei dettagli sono il segreto di questa struttura: accoglienza e professionalità la fanno da contorno. Francois, Sabine ed Audrey pronti ad accoglierti come un membro di famiglia. Vicinissimo a 200 metri dal santuario e dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta all'aeroporto.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Non c'è niente da lamentarsi. provare per credere!

Location is very good. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were not as nice in reality as in the pictures. Shower was extremely small, so a bit difficult for my elderly mother. The floor was sticky in some areas when we checked in, but they did come to clean after I asked for it.

Relaxing and comfortable Stay. -Friendly and accommodating staff especially Sabine the manager-V good Breakfast - very close to the sanctuary all in all a hidden gem and in my opinion one of the best hotel in Lourdes. Ccl

Seul le pb de stationnement reste un gros handicap et vient dégrader la prestation générale.tarifs de parking honteux!! Bonne prestation hôtelière et excellent accueil ! Tous les emplacements parking devant l’hôtel sont restés libres pendant notre séjour à cause du prix et des paramètres trop loin.

Offre un peu plus large pour le petit déjeuner,mais ça n’est pas mal quand même. Notre porte coulissante qui était déboîtée donc dangereuse et que j’ai dû replacer dans les rails coulissant.chariots peut-être endommagés ?

I recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. I arrived late, past check-in time, and was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Alvarro, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The kitchen and nearby restaurants were already closed, and my friend and I were very hungry-but he went out of his way to arrange snacks and water for us, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, well-heated, and thoughtfully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps), as well as a kettle with coffee and tea. The location was also perfect-just a few yards’ walk to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, which made our stay even more special. A genuinely caring and welcoming experience-thank you, Alvarro!

Les horaires du restaurant très restreints, la propreté dans la chambre (bouilloire pas vide, et poils d’animaux à côté d’un lit) pas de wifi…

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel accueillant et attentionné, et les lieux sont très propres et bien adaptés aux enfants. Je recommande vivement .

Besides the very central location and the nice commodities offered by the hotel, we were extremely impressed by the exceptional staff and persons running the hotel. On the last day of our stay there was a national strike which affected all means of transportation. Our flight was cancelled and trains, taxis and buses were not working. We don't have enough words to thank all the staff who helped us make our way back home. In particular we are forever indebted to Mr Francois and a female receptionist (whose name unfortunately escapes us). They went out of their way do much so thst they even used their private vehicles to help us reach our destination. Goes without saying that we highly recommend Croix Des Breton and rest assured that it will be our uncontested choice should we ever visit the lovely city of Lourdes once more in the future. It is heart warming to find such kindness away from home! Thank you and God bless you!❤️❤️❤️

Accogliente con personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Colazione molto scarsa per 12 euro a persona, inoltre, nonostante la colazione era disponibile fino alle 9.30. Il secondo giorno alle ore 7.30 era praticamente finito quasi tutto. Ad esempio i jogurt naturale erano tutti finiti, un solo tipo di affettato disponibile e in quantità limitata.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel, las instalaciones muy buenas, la comida muy sabrosa y la ubicación perfecta para la visita al santuario, que era la finalidad de nuestro viaje.

Très mauvais point pour le parking de ma voiture alors qu'il était stipulé sur le site que le parking était gratuit, publicité mensongère, j'avais choisi cet hôtel malheureusement avec un critère erroné ! J'ai du me garer dans la rue et j'en ai eu pour + de 25 € pour 2 jours !!

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Croix des Bretons. It would have been great if my room's window is not on the passage where people are passing/walking.

I absolutely love this hotel. It made for a perfect stay for my husband and I in our pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. The moment that we came in, we were greeted warmly by Francois (who greeted us in Filipino) and Audrey. They gave us two complimentary candles to be used during the Torchlight procession. The room size was just perfect for 2 people. I love the old fashioned key method. Makes for a very secure stay. The proximity of the hotel to the shrine was close enough to get that walk as part of the pilgrimage and, if you happen to just wanna chill and rest before continuing the pilgrimage. Overall, if we am given the chance to visit Lourdes one more time, we will stay here again. God bless…. Charlie and Cecille

This hotel Croix des Bretons is a great place to stay for the following reasons, we stayed here from 3rd September 2025 to 7th September 2025. At the time of booking on a popular hotel website we had put a request for a room on a higher floor and the room should face the entrance of the hotel and we were to arrive after 3pm, and we were delighted because our requests were honored....the owner of this hotel was present at the reception desk when we arrived and he gave us a room on the top most floor 6th floor, room 651, facing the front of the hotel and we got the best views of Lourdes from the hotel window.... to see the Fort in the distance plus the streets and pilgrims walking up and down, and yet our room was silent at night and we got good peaceful sleep on all days. The room has an air conditioner. The owner shared his wonderful experience of his visit to over 4 cities in India of January 2025... these conversations really make the welcome special, he shared with us a new Indian restaurant which was about 300 meters away and we did order good biryanis on 2 occasions from this place. This was our 1st stay at this hotel and our 7th pilgrimage to Lourdes from Bombay Mumbai India 🇮🇳. The breakfast on all days was very good, you can self serve and get eggs boiled, yogurts, 2 type of cakes, 3 types of breads, jams, cheeses, cold cuts, museli, fresh fruits of oranges and apples and canned fruits too, vending machines of milk, tea, coffees, juices, choices of teas and Nescafe to self serve... Good choices to have from... to start your day... the restaurant staff were polite and courteous on all days. Though this hotel is the second building in the street, I feel it's the best setting because you will not get the street noice which is possible on other hotel streets . This hotel is a quick short walk and you reach the Basilica gate. You can take a good walk along the river... few steps away from this hotel. Safe, secure and huge lobby area to settle and chat up with family. We really felt comfortable.

The breakfast was rubbish and only served til 9.30am. Our room was tiny, only got cleaned once & the tea tray was inadequate. There was never anybody in the bar.
