Muy buena ubicación, zona muy tranquila a 2 minutos a pie del mismo Puerto de Pollensa, aparcamiento fácil. La amabilidad y profesionalidad de los trabajadores. Habitación amplia y acogedora, tranquila. Piscina muy guapa.

Subir escaleras para ir a la habitación. No tener en el bufet cafetera. No tener espejo de aumento en el baño (importante para maquillaje y llevan gafas).No tener en la habitación bolsas para ropa sucia. Que la habitación la limpien día sí dia no. Todo esto partiendo que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Svegliáti la mattina presto da un addetto che puliva il bordopiscina con un soffiatore di foglie, invece che con una comune scopa.... Incuranti del diritto a riposare degli ospiti. Receptionist a cui ho riportato la mia lamentela ha risposto in modo sarcastico

Breakfast was excellent buffet. Room was great size and good facilities

No cleaner turned up for the room until day 3 of 4 The walk in shower sprays everywhere making it very dangerous and slippery unless you put towels on the ground and then run out of them. Everyone staying at the hotel bags sun beds with their towels very early in the morning, I never did this and so had to get a sunbed myself from around the back of the block. I never managed to find the life guard to help me. The staff on reception were a little dismissive and negative. Evenings I ate out with friends elsewhere and the mornings after breakfast I visited friends, so I often did not turn up to enjoy a couple of hours by the pool until around 1300/14.00 and had to ask for a towel from reception and the receptionist would say I had not asked for a towel at the correct time, so she would leave me standing waiting for a towel in reception for 40 minutes on one occasion.

Love Puerto Pollensa so this adults only hotel is perfect for us .The rooms are lovely & spotless due to maids.Food fantastic - both buffet & al la carte. All staff from reception to restaurant are tip top.

The guests who try to reserve sunbeds before 8am! We should’ve asked for lower floor - 3 flights - too much for me!

Zowel ontbijt als diner waren in buffetvorm: zeer uitgebreid, geschikt voor vegetariërs. Wel veel van hetzelfde. Maar zeker geen sterrenkwaliteit, zoals in andere reviews benoemd. De wijnkaart was divers en compleet. De medewerkers werken heel hard, de meeste waren vriendelijk. Het zwembad was ruim en schoon. De gym was prima.

De kamer was echt heel klein. Ondanks “suite”. Veel zeer oude mensen. Maar ook veel fietsers. Dus, divers publiek. Best grappig.

The hotel was exceptional in every way. Staff in every area were friendly, professional and very helpful; great service. Rooms were excellent and very spacious. All areas were really clean. Food was fabulous. Hope to return again soon.

Primera vez “adults only”… y sí, ya lo entiendo 😄 Vacaciones deportivas = piernas cansadas… y luego justo la calma que necesitas.
Nada de caos, solo gente en la misma onda – deporte, relax, spa… y buen rollo. ¿El hotel? Moderno, limpio, bonito – y cuidado hasta el último detalle.
Tenía ese ambiente especial… casi familiar, donde te sientes a gusto desde el primer momento. Y sinceramente, no encontramos nada que mejorar. El personal… simplemente todo fluía sin que te dieras cuenta.
Comida moderna, ligera y muy rica – y las cenas con ambiente y creatividad. Gracias por un lugar donde se entrena y se descansa igual de bien 🙏

Water van de douche schommelde van kokend heet naar ijskoud. Een normale temperatuur regelen ging niet. Geen toiletborstel op de kamer. Vervelend.

Nos encantó todo. El desayuno y cena buffet superó nuestras expectativas, todo estaba delicioso y también había menú a la carta. Las instalaciones muy lindas también, muy buena ubicación, vistas a las montañas, el staff excelente. En especial Alex, ella nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos y siempre nos daba las mejores recomendaciones.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Amazing food, even for eating vegan/vegetarian (naturally still more meaty options, but also some very nice veg ones and you can see that they’re trying). Lovely shower with good water pressure. Great towel service. Smooth communication in English. Easy online check-in and option to rent a car for the next day with the lovely reception team (they call the local car rental for you, you can leave the key with them in the end, multiple parking spaces around the hotel, all super smooth and easy). Everything is very clean. Super close to the beach and all the beach cafes. Cute little supermarket just across the street as well. Definitely would be up for coming back! Gracias por todo!🫶

Le buffet pas soigné et pas varié, manque de créativité. Hôtel qui nécessite un sérieux rafraîchissement. Charnières douche rouillées, meubles abîmés, chaises en Skaï qui s’effritent. Nettoyage sommaire et cage d’escaliers pas propre. Rapport qualité prix mauvais.

The staff was amazing, they seemed to be genuinely happy to be there doing their job. Everyone was friendly, especially Marga, Selma, and Eric at the front desk, Alex and Nico in the dining area were so helpful every day! I can't praise the customer service quality enough.

The location is perfect, just a short walk (2 mins) from a the lovely swimming beach and all the shops. It was a lovely hotel, very clean, and had everything we needed for a girls cycling trip. The food was excellent too.

The only slight negative was the availability (or lack or) of the drinking water at meals. You could pay 2.50 euro for a very small bottle at the table, but as a group of cyclists, this was expensive way to keep hydrated. So we brought our own drinking water to the table (we bought wine from wine list) but this didn’t go down well with the staff. I don’t mind paying for water, but 2.50 euro for under 500mls at the table is too much. Plus the top up machine in the foyer (that you had to pay for) was expensive. So we ended up buying plastic bottles from the SPAR, and storing them in our fridge and smuggling it into dinner. The staff also seemed surprised every evening when we turned up as a group of 8. Even though we were there for 5 nights. I m not sure why they couldn’t just saved us a table every night for 8 people! We did try and ask!

Sun loungers are in short supply. People are basically putting a towel down at 7am. There's not enough space for all the apartments. They would be better putting a roof terrace facility in place.

Staff were lovely - Alba, Jesus and another waiter in the evening for dinner. Food is v v good and location is perfect - so near the sea.

Unfortunately some of the other people (group of 5 women/Karens insisting they have 5 sunbeds in a row, noisy and self unaware) However, this is beyond the control of the hotel. Hotel does, however, need to get on top of the reservation of sunbeds - way around this is to simply number all the sunbeds with the corresponding room number. So if you are K01 - you have a sunbed. Stops the ridiculous sun lounger reserving which is an unnecessary headache when trying to relax on holiday !

Tasty food with lots of choice. Variety too with extra choices some nights. Pool area very attractive.

Our first bedroom had air con which did not seem powerful enough. Lowest temp achieved was 25 degrees. I went to reception the first night. Wasn’t fixed. First 3 nights I was so hot I only got a couple of hours sleep. Also very loud music from hotel behind until 11pm- unable to sit and read in room as a result. A rocky horror show and Queen night. Decor of room dated and some dirty surfaces on arrival. In spite of going to reception daily only got moved on 4th day. Next room cooled to 23 degrees with air con but I was finally able to sleep. Very thankful. Minor problems with second room- curtains coming off rails etc Out of 7 nights away the first 3 were ruined by inefficient air con. I feel the basic rooms need refurbed and the air con system upgraded. We had stayed in 2 hotels in the south of the Ireland the week before going to mar senses. In both of these hotels the air con was able to deliver comfortable cool temperatures in spite of the hot weather. A fellow guest hired 3 fans to try and keep cool in his room. Mar Senses was twice as expensive as the hotels we stayed in previously but not nearly as good. Also small things were lacking- no washing up liquid or cloth. Both of these were provided in our cheaper previous aparthotel.

Close to the beach, friendly staff

Hard to get a sun-bed as people were up early to reserve, hotel was full for our stay so at max capacity. Literally our only feedback, not a complaint just observation - rest was great! And we bought our own brolly for €15 and made the most of the beach which was lovely and space always became available later in the day.

Serious issues with sun beds, all reserved by 8am. I experienced unpleasant incident, hotel staff I felt were not sympathetic. Rooms were very basic, more like 3 star standard. Expensive drinks. Half board food became repetitive & staff were slow to replenish dishes. No welcome drinks offered. Coffee pods, water all were charged as extra. Uncomfortable, basic beds/pillows.

Amazing hotel from the minute we arrived we received a warm welcome, all staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, food excellent we were half board, bar staff went above and beyond to make sure we always had a table in the evening to watch the fantastic entertainment. Close to beach and restaurants Spar supermarket opposite. Apartments well equipped and big enough for 3 of us to share. We were a group of 5 and we would all return. Have recommended to my son who has now booked

I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom "in" the room. I would have preferred a separate room.

Wonderful location for cycling. Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff, good food, and well maintained. My 'go-to' Mallorca cycling hotel. Thank you for yet another amazing stay.

With this many bikes, it would be great to have a mechanic on-site for a few hours each morning and some more expensive/robust bike stands. But that would be icing on the cake.

Hotel is as good as it looks in the photos & is immaculate, but it’s the staff that took it to the next level, who were exceptional. We stayed half board & food was fantastic especially the desserts! Would happily recommend to anyone, thank you for looking after us so well.

The main meals in the restaurant let it down, with choices and the hotness of the food. the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a quiet location a stone’s throw from the beach front with its many bars and restaurants. Like us, many of the guests were cyclists, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Buildings are low rise and we had a stunning view of the mountains. There was a lovely pool bar with friendly attentive staff. A wide variety of food was served in the restaurant, and a good selection was included on the à la carte menu.

Unfortunately there was nowhere to store bikes therefore they had to be carried up two flights of stairs to our room. Whilst we had a fabulous spacious room, the bed was uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Food in the restaurant could have been hotter.

Already areas of hotel had lovely decor and very smart! Lovely pool area, nice quiet hotel.

The food at night was terrible, not sure who was cooking eating this hotel a 2 star for food. I can say the breakfast was absolutely spot on, so much choice and tasted good.

Excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent, on the first street back from the esplanade so was quiet. The pool area was beautiful and the entertainment was excellent.

Not too keen on the sink being outside the toilet and shower room.

Cannot recommend this enough hotel! Staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful. Hotel was clean, food was so good and the choice! Gym and spa also excellent.

Indoor pool and sauna as well as the gym unfortunately closes at 8pm. Gym is ok equipped but could be better. The gym has daylight and is very clean. Very good breakfast, very good Dinner buffet. Very nice staff at all times. For me the bed was a little hard a d the cushion not soft enough, but that is a matter of taste. Parking on public ground (for free) was no problem at any time and feels absolutely save.

The suite is nice but the shower does not hold the water and you can easily set half the room under water.

Both the hotel and grounds are spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic.

The staff was outstanding.. from the reception to service and cleaning staff, everybody was super friendly. We overheard multiple conversations of the staff and they were very nice with each other too. The nice work environment shows in the service quality, the cleanliness and overall well kept hotel. Not too big, location is great at the 2nd front row only 1min walk from the beach but yet calm. Food was fresh and tasty and there is a nice cocktail & wine menu too…

I wouldnt say I disliked it since there is always maintaining going on, but some balconies show signs of the sea breeze and the interior has sone wearing off too (very small I am actually searching for something to say here). Some rooms are towards the street (not very busy), especially block H could be louder since the kitchen is beneath and the carbage too.. The windowns wont shut down that noise.

I’ve stayed here many times and the location is perfect for me as a cyclist.

The massage received in the spa was cut short and below expectation. This was remedied by reception very quickly. We asked for our bed linen to be changed and the staff were reluctant to do it despite it being the only time it was changed during our stay. The bed and furniture in the room was not comfortable.
