BLUESEA Los Cocoteros

Very central, exactly like the pictures, generous size single beds and nice size balcony. Lovely staff and daily cleaned. Elevators in building. Didn’t use the pool but was a nice size and people always at it. Balcony loved over the restaurants below but we had a sea view and could hear music and see the buzz from balcony. Wasn’t loud and barely heard anything from bedroom.

Lovely stay as always 💕 cant wait to go back.

Sin lugar a dudas, lo mejor las vistas, la situación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción y limpieza.

No me gustó que dos de los ascensores han permanecidos estropeados, durante toda mi estancia. Uno el que iba de recepción a la planta alta y el que iba desde la planta alta hasta la planta 6º.

Struttura fatiscente, servizio pessimo e gestione vergognosa. Lanzarote è un'isola meravigliosa, ma la permanenza di 12 giorni in questa struttura è stata un vero incubo. Gli unici aspetti positivi sono stati la vicinanza al mare e la gentilezza dell'unica receptionist con i capelli sciolti castani. Per il resto, la struttura è vecchissima, fatiscente e gestita in modo totalmente disinteressato. Ecco la cronologia dei disservizi subiti: Mancanza di igiene e comfort: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una forte puzza in bagno e pareti piene di umidità, di cui abbiamo anche le foto. Abbiamo inoltre trovato spesso blatte sia dentro la camera che all'esterno. Il bagno si allaga sistematicamente ogni volta che si fa una doccia, con l'acqua che finisce sul pavimento. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, il bagno non è finestrato e non dispone nemmeno di un sistema di ventilazione forzata per il ricambio dell'aria, rendendo l'ambiente estremamente umido e poco salubre. Inoltre, mancavano prese di corrente in camera, costringendoci a caricare i telefoni in cucina. Abbiamo inoltre notato che il quadro elettrico era aperto e completamente esposto, una situazione che ci è sembrata potenzialmente pericolosa e assolutamente non adeguata in una struttura destinata ad accogliere ospiti. Mancanza di servizi essenziali: per due volte, intorno al quarto e quinto giorno, è mancata l’acqua in tutto lo stabilimento. Una sera, tornati dal mare, non abbiamo potuto lavarci fino alle 22:00. Una mattina siamo rimasti senza acqua, impossibilitati persino a scaricare il WC. Ogni notte, inoltre, sentivamo strani e inquietanti rumori di animali o impianti provenire dal controsoffitto del bagno. Esperienza shock con lo staff e le pulizie: oltre al martedì, giorno in cui ci era stato detto che non avrebbero pulito, la domenica sera siamo tornati dal mare trovando la camera sporca e gli stessi asciugamani bagnati a terra.

Perfect location right on the strip, good Air conditioning in living and kitchen area, beautiful sea view from our balcony, very large apartment.

I would love a pool bar but I knew there wasn’t one prior to booking. The balcony floor was quite dirty but the rest of the apartment was clean so it didn’t bother me too much. No air conditioning or fan in bedroom but there is in living/kitchen area.

Location is super . Bang in middle of resort . 50 yards from the beach .

Problem with shower flooding but to be fair was resolved fairly promptly. External paintwork could do with a face-lift. Didn't really bother us though as we tend to be out most of the time

L'emplacement super. Près de la plage et de tout le reste.

Nous étions au 3ème étage avec un ascenseur qui allait seulement au 2ème étage[signalé en panne] donc pour les valises pas très pratique et très embêtant . Je me pose la question pour les personnes a mobilité réduite comment ils font car en plus de ça c'est noté que c'est accessible . Hormis cela le canapé était très taché. Et pour la qualité / prix c'était limite. Nous avons déjà payé moins cher et avec la même accessibilité. Malgré les rénovations qui ont été faites ça reste vieillot. Autre chose pas très sympa .les restaurants ont leur sortie de hotte de cuisine sur le toit et du coup nous avions toutes les odeurs matin et soir. Malgré tout ça notre séjour était super.... Puerto del Carmen reste un magnifique endroit.

We were on the 3rd floor which was amazing for the views but the lift between the 2nd & 3rd floor wasn't working and the stairs are Black Marble. Coming back to the apartment in the evening, no sensor lights ever came on & we were with an 86 yr old man and we were very nervous in case he slipped on the stairs.

The location was perfect

There were very few electric sockets. You had to unplug the kettle to plug in the toaster. Charging phones, ear phones,hearing aid, watch, iPad etc. Nowadays much more sockets are needed. There were no bowls for breakfast cereal or a desert. The lift to the top floor was out of order.

Location excellent.. comfort..staff ..cleanliness thoroughly enjoyed our stay..as I have done many a time.

It is very tired. Shower is strong but runs into the bathroom . Regular cockroach problem but what ever they sprayed around the room they were dying.

Nos encanto! Aunque faltaban algunas cosillas para ser un apartamento, como geles, sal, café, aceite, lo básico para que estuviese completo. Pasamos 4 dias y no teníamos pensado hacer grandes comidas. Por lo demás el apartamento es precioso y las vistas increíbles, camas y baño muy cómodo. Volvería

Falta de productos, lo básico como café sal o aceite. También echamos en falta un horno, para hacernos una pizza o algo rápido, la zona es muy turistica, me sorprendio la cantidad de bares irlandeses que vimos

Lift not working on arrival. Have stayed here before and this seems to be a common occurrence. Luggage had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. No assistance offered by guy on reception !!

Er was weinig kookgerei en slechts twee kookpitten Zeewater in mei is nog koud Lift soms kapot Eén ochtend geen warmwater

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.

Πολύ μικρά δωμάτια. Τα superior δεν είναι ακριβώς αυτά που δειχνόμουν στις φωτογραφικές, είναι απλώς ανακαινισμένα αλλά πολύ μικρά.

Room was very outdated, no hot water in the morning, very basic, could do with a tidy up. I understand it is a very large property but not to hard to paint and re plaster walls also multiple tiles and steps broken around property, I'm not the type to complain or leave bad reviews however I hurt my left foot on one of your broken steps!!!!

Brilliant location with no noise issues from outside. Everything provided apart from iron/ironing board. Tv had 4 English channels ((bbc & itv were 2). Spacious with great views from higher balcony’s.

Nothing to dislike. Air con was in living room only so unsure how hot it would be in the bedroom in summer months.

Electric was out when we got there no fault of the apartment but no offer to help with cases to the top floor room 606 we found it difficult as we're in our 70s a nightmare yo be honest and the noise from the pub the Irish rover after 1am is unacceptable completely different to our stay in November

As stated above we were amazed the difference between now and November apartment 606 could do with a face lift doors in bedroom and bathroom need attention but trying to get to the apartment on arrival ie no help was very stressful

The apartment was dirty, shower and bathroom tiles were dirty. Door to balcony couldnt open properly without pulling it strongly. Couch and armchair were all stained. The apartment overall was very old and run down it needs refurbishment and painting.

When the electricity went out for about 6 hours and noone communicated with us at all about the situation.It returned after 2am. I didnt think this was very professional.

Great location,spacious apartment cleaners do a good job .Close to bars and restaurants and apartment was quiet .Great sea view . Your about 6 min walk from a spar shop you'll see on google Maps, just past paddys point an irish pub.

Accommodation lifts were breaking down , so if you have mobility issues best to take a garden view Apartment at bottom level . Our room was one level up which still gives a great sea view and only one flight of stairs if lifts break down .

Great position just above and back a bit from the shops/bars on the main strip. Surprisingly no obvious noise from music bars etc. Beautiful view of sea. Great shower. Roomy.

Tired furnishings. Sparsely stocked kitchenette. 2 forks 3 teaspoons etc. Dirty couch. Sticking door to balcony. Old plastic white furniture on balcony. Squeaky bed.

No TV signal for most of my stay. On my departure day the lift wasn’t working. I suggest a bit of painting throughout the property as it’s a bit tired looking
