We booked this apartment for location and good reviews on it.the facilities in the pool area and gardens are all kept very well our view from the balcony was fantastic we got our towels and bed linen changed every second day staff were very helpful and friendly great location between old town and the strip

Apartment is very dated and has been patched a few times and was crawling with small bugs we found some insecticide spray under the sink and we eradicated them.also the balcony was filthy I had to ask at reception to have it cleaned the dirt on the floor in our bedroom around the edges was filthy we had slider rope wardrobes loads of storage again the bottom track where the door slides was filthy dirty.bear in mind check out is 11am we were not allowed to check in until 3pm obviously it did not get a deep clean between clients the cleaners came every morning and did a quick clean thats fine but between clients it should get a deep clean.lastly we had to pay 35 euro for the use of the safe which is unfair because you need the safe for your jewellery and passport and other things . There should be no hidden costs when booking these apartments

Location was brilliant, in the middle of the old town and end of the strip. Staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

We have never ever written a negative review before, we are very easily pleased but this stay was such a let down for us. Pool & sunbeds were taken up with towels, with some towels being left unattended on beds for whole days at a time, meaning we couldn’t use the pool or sunbeds for 4/7 of our days. Even though, hotel policy states that unattended towels will be removed after 40mins, this does not happen. There are two pool areas, but both are very small for number of residents. The man at the pool bar was so rude to me which meant we didn’t go back - unlike the rest of the staff who were all very pleasant. The cleaning of the rooms was absolutely atrocious. Rooms weren’t half cleaned at all, all that was done was towels changed and bed made. The floors weren’t cleaned and in fact had dirty footprints from the cleaners. Overall, the place is quite dated and could really do with some TLC

Property sent us somewhere else cause they had no rooms left so we couldn’t even stay where we had booked. Lots of hassle and confusion with the whole thing. Really interrupted our stay. There was also men’s hair all around the sink in the bathroom in our apartment when we arrived and it was only me (a woman) and one other woman staying there so it most certainly wasn’t us. There was also hair in the shower before we even stepped in. The floor was not mopped, couldn’t walk around in socks/bare feet without turning brown

I like the overall layout of the apartments with the kitchenette. But you need to pay more attention to the kitchenette with regards to cleaning around the fridge the fridge itself, and all appliances are in working order and a little more cutlery and basic sponges for cleaning up after yourself and a cutting board.

I like the options of the two swimming pools. But what really bothered me was other vacationers, putting out their towels and the sunbed around the pool at five in the morning and not been present completely out of order. This needs to be rectified some strategy needs to be put down to stop this self, indulging entitlement. If they really want to own a sunbed, let them pay a fee. Also, I was very impressed by the pool lady and a gentleman cleaning the pools. They were excellent workers. I watched them every morning for my balcony. I wonder if the entitled people confiscating their sunbeds every morning , did they ever think of tipped, the hard-working staff maintaining the pool areas in areas, just the thought.

People were leaving their towels on Sun loungers when they left for the day so then when they returned the next morning they were still there . Never seen that before . That’s so bad

Rooms are very scattered , loads of steps depending on on your apartment, pools are on different levels and areas , too far away from the main reception area , presumably I thought all rooms had balconies,views and looking over the pool area but not all had , too noisy at night time in block looking over bottom pool area right beside all the bars and late music area.

Tres bonne situation geographique...arret de bus à 200m pour l aeroport(L161) .Playa chica à 400 m...proximité de Mercadona (500m) pour faire les courses et cuisiner â l appart'. Hotel calme et agreable avec 2 piscines. Petsonnel agreable.Je recommande.bon rapport qualité-prix !

The apartment location is in a perfect spot, right at the start of the main strip, by using the back gate it took you right onto the old town and marina plus the Biosphere shopping centre. The two bedroom apartment we had was spacious and located right at the pool, we had the perfect view and an amazing size of veranda, it could be doing with a few extra chairs or loungers and would be perfect. the 2 bedrooms has plenty storage and with an ensuite in the main bedroom helped my family of 4 get organised and ready easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaner was in every day except Wednesday and Sunday but if we needed anything on those days we only had to ask. There was always plenty of sunbeds, there were a few days were there was none left where people had lay their towels down and did not appear, however the sign does say if you're not back for 10am the staff can remove them and I did witness them moving them away so people can have beds. The pool bar was great and their toastie and chips lovely. Cocktails good too.

The aircon could have been better, we were in B1 and we did ask for it to be checked, maintenance were round within minutes but they just changed the temp which we had already done. you can see it is quite old and needs upgrading, same with tiles and bathroom maintenance, there is a lot of mould around the showers and broken tiles, you can see it was clean but could be doing with an upgrade. Same with the sofa, the cover on it was filthy and if i had to use it as the bed for someone i would have complained. we did not use the cooking facilities so cannot comment and we just used the plastic cups we were given at the pool bar. we did come cross a few dead cockroaches under the side of the fridge, there were a few under the sink, but there was a spray supplied to use, which we did. I would not let this deter anyone, these are suggestions to the complex as my kids had a great time and we enjoyed it.

Apartment was quite dusty in the corners, cutlery/dishes/glasses not replaced/washed during daily cleaning of the apartment. Beds not very comfortable.

The apartment needed more furniture, perhaps another sitting chair , a chair for the table, and more patio furniture, perhaps some sun loungers. Also it was hard to use the cooker

Tivemos água fria no último dia e as toalhas com mancha.

The pool was perfect temperature, the staff in cafe were lovely, friendly and helpful.

The place was so dirty, I had to go and ask the cleaner for a cloth to clean, I mean everywhere was filthy, we couldn’t even walk on floor on our bare feet as it was so dirty, I asked the cleaner to wash and hoover , she didn’t really understand what I asked , there should be cleaning equipment so we can do it ourselves. I wouldn’t mind doing. The Bed ,,,,,, ohhhh dear ,,, I caught bed bugs . I had little bites all over me .

Particularmente me tocó un apartamento alejado y subir escaleras, la próxima pediré un apartamento más cerca de la recepción y adaptado a mi situación personal, pero la estancia fabulosa.

The location was perfect and the fact you have 2 pools to choose from. One white and one with a snack bar with nice cocktails.

Rooms slightly outdated, and room door kept sticking. However location and cleanliness stayed this.

Nos tocó una habitacion en planta baja justo enfrente de la piscina y no escuchamos nada de ruido, venían a cambiar toallas y hacer las camas todos los días menos miércoles y domingo.

No estaba muy limpio o quizás su aspecto un poco antiguo da esa sensación, hay que caminar mucho por todo el recinto para llegar a tu estancia, pero repetiría sin duda. Por cierto no hay aparcamiento durante el día pero ellos te dan una llave con un deposito de 5€ para entrar por otra parte del hotel y aparcar en un descampado y eso esta muy bien!! Tenían cucarachas andando por el recinto pero en la habitación no teníamos nada.

Location of apartment within the complex not ideal for solo female traveller

I stayed here recently in room 204 which does give views across to the sea, and does have a part pool view to the left. The hotel staff where great and very friendly and made sure I was checked in and found my room OK. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very well maintained and a pleasure to look at, the pool areas are also very nice, there are plenty of sunbeds to choose from and the area around the pool is clean and tidy. The pool does have a bar area to buy drinks and food, which was very good value and open until around 6 pm I believe.

The inside of the room was a little outdated and it appears that they have tried to upgrade parts of the apartment but not all, the aircon unit was very noisy and very old as where the windows, and the ripped curtains cracked floor tiles, loose sink and tap and general missing paint, mastic to the bathroom area. I was provided with clean bedding and new towels. I have to ask myself, would I stay here again and I would say yes, although the rooms are not perfect, they are OK and the pool area and grounds, as well as the staff made it a good stay.

The location was perfect, 2 mins from the main strip and accessible to old town and new. Sea view was amazing from almost every room.

Air conditioning was not the best, was more cooler having the doors and windows opened which resulted in having cockroaches. bed sheets were never changed throughout the whole 8 nights and only made up Lack of towel changes.

Etwas gross und weitläufig. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer nach Fisch gerochen, sodass wir auf de Sofa geschlafen haben . Wir hatte. es gemeldet, nützte aber nichts, tja. Schwierig zum Parkieren. kein charmantes Angebot am Pool um etwas kleines zu essen, Burger, Sandwich, Ice-cream, etc.

Life guard was on a power trip. We didn't have kids with us . She pounced on small babies in baby pool that may have had a toy to play with. Many people had words with her. They need to put brushes on the bottom of the doors to stop cockroaches getting in at night. We had to put towels down on the floor to stop them.

Le logement est très spacieux, nous étions au RDC avec terrasse accessible à la piscine ce qui était fort appréciable et pas trop bruyant. Le cadre de l’hotel est super et entretenu. Petit bémol au niveau du ménage.

L’emplacement près de la plage du porto del carmen assez bien desservit

nous avons constater que il y a une invasion de cafard dans l’hôtel pas seulement dans les espaces verts mais DANS les chambres les cafard sorte des plaintes , des joints , les rebords de fenêtre et des dessous de porte . Il y’a en n’a dans le lit les draps dans les chambre salon et salle de bain notre VOYAGE À VIRÉE AU CAUCHEMAR quand on a fait littéralement 3 chambres et que les 3 chambres était infester de cafards. C’est pour moi un scandale pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ou plutôt hôtel 3 cafards . Car oui je veux bien entendre que nous sommes sur une îles qui présente beaucoup de cafard MAIS dans le lit dans les chambres salle de bains c’est inacceptable et je demande un remboursement

Friendly reception, very welcoming and easy instructions to room. Location is excellent and met our needs for our family holiday. Easy access to plenty of good restaurants and walking distance to both the old town and the new town. We have stayed a few times and will definitely stay again. Perfect swimming pool with life guards all day and nice pool cafe/bar.

Apartments could do with a little refurb but they were clean and for the cost they are value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is right in the centre, making it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. Everything from the lobby to the rooms felt clean, fresh, and well looked after. The reception team were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was local recommendations or quick assistance.

WiFi was mainly available in the reception area not the rooms

They couldn't accommodate an early check in . We were on the third floor and no lift available which was tough to navigate with heavy luggage. A lot of areas need a bit of work ie painting of outside walls .

Really good location, short walk to both the old town and the new town and no big hills. Also easy to get to the Bisofera shopping centre. Bus stop directly beside the hotel. Pool was nice and no issue with sun loungers.

Poor Finnish on shower tiles and under kitchen sink also for what your paying to stay there should be flawless small things ...when I tryed to book for October I was told to go on website when I would have paided a deposit there and then it would be nice to be able to book a room I'd like with sea view and double bed also bed for child...also room was a bit noisy from road I no nothing can be done about that

The view was lovely from our apartment and the garden apartment was suitable for my elderly mum.

Things that could be improved on would be more sockets in the kitchen, and having a couple of sun loungers on the balcony/ garden.
