È la terza volta che vengo in questo albergo. Con rammarico la cucina è peggiorata molto, carne proposta immangiabile da tanto che era dura. Al mattino mi chiedevo a che epoca risalivano le brioches tanto erano stantie. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia......no comment

È un albergo per gente dei paesi del nord Europa. Si riempiono di birra scadente, e a loro va bene.

El personal muy amables todos, en especial Mercedes una camarera y todo muy limpio.

Que no habia aire acondicionado y el sofa de los apartamentos es muy duro.

Els matalassos eren molt fluixos, t’hi enfonsaves. Els coixins semblaven una fulla. No hi havia aire condicionat. Vam haver de pagar per un ventilador 3€/dia.

Fantástica ubicación, con la playa a 5 minutos andando (playa Grande con bandera azul, amplia con zona de hamacas pero también con amplias zonas sin hamacas y recomendable por la buena temperatura del agua) y la parada del autobús del aeropuerto a 7 minutos (ida) , 13 minutos vuelta. El trayecto desde el aeropuerto en bus público tarda 35 minutos y cuesta sólo 1 euro y 40 céntimos. Personal amable y resaltar el fabuloso buffet. Un 10 para los cocineros y resto del personal del buffet. La piscina está bien. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. No es lujoso, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Tienes un supermercado justo a la entrada del complejo de apartamentos. Y a 4 minutos llegas a la avenida de las playas, donde tienes multitud de restaurantes (innecesarios si eliges la recomendable opción de todo incluido, o como mínimo te aconsejo desayuno y cena) y tiendas de souvenirs. Es una zona con mucho turismo británico (pero no de borrachera) y muchos restaurantes tienen por la noche música en directo.

No hay wifi. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado, pero salvo que te toque un apartamento de la planta baja, puedes dejar abierta la puerta de la terraza para que la temperatura sea agradable. Luces muy tenues en todas las estancias, con lo cual la lectura de un libro en formato papel será un suplicio para tu vista.

El personal de 10,la comida tambien de 10,mucha cantidad variedad y limpieza,repetia ahora mismo.

Todo me os la situacion de la habitacion,si abrias la ventana x el calor te ven los q pasan a sus habitaciones,es la unica pega q le pongo,pero pasamos el colchon al salon y fenomenal.

Très bien situé pour aller à la Mer. Un arrêt de bus pour se déplacer juste devant. Grand appartement on peut y cuisiner tout est prévu. Le petit déjeuner salé est bon

Odeur désagréable du matelas et peu confortable. Dommage que le petit déjeuner n' est accessible qu à 8 heures. Le repas du midi et soir sous buffet ne sont pas top ainsi que les cocktails du bar. Transat pris par les serviettes alors que les gens y sont pas et un peu vétuste, mais à 18h y a de la place. Dommage que le manque de civilité des gens en laissant leur gobelets, pailles, assiettes cartons alors qu il suffit de debarasser. C est un hôtel only adultes mais des groupes de jeunes y séjournent , jeux de ballons piscine et alcool à gogo.... gâchis de nourriture. Sous notre chambre, il y avait des travaux donc pour se reposer c était pas évident. Pas de clim ni ventilo... Chambre la fenêtre donne couloir ou il y a du passage et lumière donc on peut pas ouvrir Quant au balcon il donne sur une rue ou il y a des baes bruyant

Housekeeping changed towels and made beds every 2 days.

Constant noise pollution, the walls are thin so every morning I was treated to 5:45am wake ups thanks to the kitchen staff who would shout and roar and bang and clang for hours every single morning I could hear them even with earplugs in. You're working right beside each other guys, indoor voices please while the guests sleep. Each night from 1-5am then guests would come home steaming drunk banging and slamming doors, shouting and singing, no security or staff presence to deter them. One night I was woke up at 3:45am to some drunkard slamming his fists on my door thinking it was his room. The floors were very dirty, your feet would be black after 30 seconds. The shower changed temperature from freezing to scorching every 20 seconds or so even without touching the handle. Lights and sockets were not working in the bedroom. There was no hot water after 10pm for some reason. Food was poor and I found the restaurant staff to be really rude and unwelcoming especially the bigger lady in the white shirt. You should retrain them on good service or to be welcoming at a minimum. Did not avail of the free bar at all after having the worst "mojito" of my life, it genuinely tasted like the smell of cigarette ashes, I then tried a whiskey coke and it was those really cheap and weak watery spirits. Towels would be on all the sun beds before dawn and then left empty for the day.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the food had a surprisingly good range of healthier options for an all-inclusive. The staff were generally polite.

Housekeeping is scheduled every two days, but on the third day my apartment was not cleaned: the bed was not changed, and towels left on the floor as instructed were removed but not replaced. I had to go to reception and request that these basic services be provided. Only then, on my last night, was the apartment fully cleaned, bed sheets changed, and towels properly replaced. The pool is poorly managed — guests queue early to reserve sunbeds for the entire day, making it difficult to find a spot later. Rooms are also noisy due to limited soundproofing.

Bit of a fight for a sun bed at the pool at times but managed!

Die Lage des Apartments war ideal, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars gleich direkt nebenan. Dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, nahe zum sehr schönen Strand, die Bushaltestelle etwa 600 m entfernt. Der Meerblick aus dem 4. Stock war atemberaubend, der Balkon sehr sonnig. Das Apartment war perfekt ausgestattet, die Küche war wirklich für Selbstversorger geeignet. Wir hatten allerdings Halbpension und waren mit dem angebotenen Buffet immer zufrieden. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption, bei der Zimmerreinigung und im Restaurant. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Alles lief reibungslos und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

rooms were lovely, spacious, and clean. Very simple hotel but very satisfactory, you get what you pay for. Excellent location too.

You have to pay for the wifi which is ridiculous in 2025. No aircon in the rooms - didn’t bother us too much, but if it were hotter could have been a huge problem. Food was very basic and not great quality but this was expected for the price.

Location was perfect. Pool a decent size. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable. Like the environmental energy saving options. Choice of sockets in room, good hair dryer and large shower. Areas and rooms clean and cleaners constantly in.

Rooms are basic, and has a lot of wasted space, as it is now all inclusive, the full kitchen is not needed, so could be reconfigured to make bedroom larger. Lounge sofa looks comfortable but really isn't. Half the wardrobe is blocked off and the sliding door set up blocks access to the shelves. Having to pay for WiFi and safe. No pool towels offered. Bathroom towels small, thin and rough. Can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms or outside. Dining area is small and serving options even smaller, which meant limited choice and very repetitive options, which are not warm. We often had to eat out and shop at spa for food. More variety would be welcome along with a better choice of snacks including sandwiches, pizza, burgers, fruit, crisps, rather than cakes, quiche etc. The hotel is an adults only, yet still has a childs playground and pool, which be could be tuned into more lounge space/small gym/jacuzzi. The restaurant, bar, toilets, reception and accommodation are all in separate buildings, accessed by steps or steep ramps, all of which are very slipperyy when wet, some rubber mats would definitely stop people slipping and falling. Also not great in bad weather to be constantly getting wet moving around the hotel, maybe some canopies could be an option. Sunbeds are worn and several broken, and there is the usual queue for sunbeds and after 9.30 you are out of luck.

The Hotel Manageress Monica and her staff where Fantastic. I turned up on the Monday after my flight was Cancelled on the Sunday by Ryanair last minute Booning.com decided to cancel my Hotel apartment weeks stay. Fortunately the reception gave me a room at a fair price and upgraded me to All inclusive. At that point you and Ryanair whete a joke. The Hotel pulled yous out the shete. Whoever cancelled my Holiday should be sacked. I would have texted or emailed you if I had not bothered to turn up. I was thinking never to touch yous with a bargepole again. Im definitely never using Ryanair again after sending them countless emails for answers and getting nothing back. So yo answer you Question The Hotel Apartments.

Staff in the dining room and in the pool bar. Their faces look like they've eaten shit, no one smile or welcome. Just care how much will sit on the table to take nupkins and cutlery out of your face, and it feels like in prison. There were no free tables in the cafeteria, so I sat down at a table for four and started eating. The manager came and asked how many people there were. I answered, "One." She told me to go eat somewhere where there was a table for two! I objected and continued eating, then she came over to me and showed me where to go with my plate and continue eating. I left my food on the table because one of the staff members started threatening me in the dining room in front of the manager in a white shirt! In the pool bar Z generation, no English, no care. In apartments cockroaches. Sunbeds 10% broken.

Hotel was clean,staff were efficient and friendly and great location

The location is perfect.All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming.The rooms are so spacious and spotless,as is the entire complex.I always enjoy my stay there.Always a lovely atmosphere with the other guests and such a relaxing complex to stay at.The menu is improving every year and you would never go hungry.

Sunbeds need a bit of tlc, a lot broken sunbeds and a big queue to get on on the money. Food was luck warm at lunch and dinner time . Machine cocktails tasted off...

Clean tidy Silvana was exceptionally good on the front desk 👌. Pool very good. Drinks selection Good. Room tidy and basic,balcony good.Grounds well maintained. Food selection felt ok for first 4 days. Then went downhill dramatically shame .

Queuing for Sunbeds? We didn't lower ourselves to queue. Our BIGGEST problem was Smoking and Vaping to many Smoking issues in the bar area even though there was an area in the bar for non smoking but outside by the only Toilets 2 tables for smokers. There needs to be a rule where ALL smoking is allowed Only in an outside area away from bar. We also were disappointed that vaping and smoking right outside the main restaurant door we actually sat in the restaurant near entrance as only table available while all we could smell was vape on smoke not good. On these issues we will not be returning which is a real shame.as the location. We actually felt we were a minority as we don't smoke. Other areas in Spain like Ibiza have designated Areas at ALL times for smokers and vapes. Only reception was a smoke free area. We felt like we wanted to use the bar area after evening meal to relax and socialise with other guests but due to the high percentage of Smoking guests we didn't bother luckily you don't provide any entertainment. Shame!!! Perhaps this feedback will possibly prompt you to think about the issues above.

One of the receptionist was very rude always spoke over me English accent blonde hair, I stayed for 7 days but I wanted to stay another week there was available only for 4 days but I was told ther might be if someone canceled I went down on Monday waited 30 minutes because the manager was on the phone and this blonde English rude woman she to busy call back down next morning I said to her could you recommend another hotel hotels busy hotels busy this not my job she told me the Wednesday morning she told me call down but I slept in so I rang down hoping not to get her but I did she said in a high pitch voice I pacificilly told you to be down her in morning ok I slept in I said but is there availability I said she said all booked out I just said could not have rang my phone in the room she said no no no we don't ring around after people but what's the phones for then I'm saying that here I dnt say that to her wen I was checking out I was talking to one of the girls that was cleaning my room since I stayed there I gave her a good tip and she asked me did I enjoy my time ther I said I did but the blonde reactionest put me of to stay here again but the woman that was cleaning my room said to mention it to the manager because I payed 1450 euro and a class place to stay I like to stay there I'm booking up in a few minutes for a week but I just don't and dealings with this blonde woman iv had 17 holiday since Christmas and never injured this ,thank you tom

Its location is perfect, so close to the beach and the strip, rooms with sea views are amazing, all inclusive is nice for day time pool side drinks.

The food isn't amazing, this year wasn't as good as the previous 2 years, but that aside its cost, comfort and location is still well worth it

Staff were friendly, location great, easy access to the shops, beach and buses. On last day after check out they gave me all inclusive pass as my flight was at the evening. Well appreciated 🙂

The only one small minus was that the door close so loud and I could hear my neighbours but that's not a big issue, generally the place was quiet (only the doors) 😛

Very good location for everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great despite some of the reviews, good selection and it was always fresh. All inclusive was well worth it.

The beds were a lil uncomfortable but nothing major. No air con which I knew in advance of coming over but fans were available to rent which I didn’t avail of as I didn’t need one.

Un poco de ruido por parte de un grupo de huéspedes en la piscina. Era imposible estar relajado, tenían música muy alta, revuelo y un poco incómodo entrar en la piscina cuando estaban ellos. Acapararon la zona.

Lo que más: la calidad humana de todo el personal que trabaja en este complejo de apartamentos, la ubicación, la limpieza, la amplitud de los apartamentos.

La escasa zona en la piscina (espacio, hamacas) para las personas que se hospedan (en nuestro caso agosto: ocupación completa) y la comida ( aunque no se si puedo ser exigente por el precio del todo incluido)

No tiene aire acondicionado las habitaciones muy calurosas tiene un bar en frente que hasta las 2 de la madrugada imposible dormir

Muy cerca de una muy buena playa. Todos los días había variedad para comer en el buffet y la comida estaba muy buena.

Guirilandia. Cogen las sombrillas de la piscina a primera hora y como quieras pasar el día en la piscina, levántate temprano. Todos los bares y restaurantes es para turistas, todo adaptado para ellos.
