Wonderful hotel, excellent hotel staff!!! They went above and beyond to insure our stay was the best!

The only possible thing I can come up with is it would help to send out a little map with email showing where the parking lot was situated and how to get back and forth.

Perfect location, perfect staff, very stylish and yet comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are well designed, good air condition. We will stay there again.

Veldig koselig hotell i en historisk bygning i gamlebyen. Perfekt beliggenhet, man kan gå rett ut i den idylliske gamlebyen og det er kort vei til stranden. Ekstremt god service og hyggelig ansatte. Veldig god frokost. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

The service and friendly staff who stop to make conversation and make sure your stay is comfortable The cleanliness and turndown service with slippers, waters and little snacks The style of Hotel Claude is very stylish, classy and welcoming The location is quiet but less than a block off the old town and a few blocks to the beach. The rooftop patio with the most exceptional breakfast, personally served to your hearts content.

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like

Minden szuper volt, a szállás tiszta és kényelmes, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes. A hotel hangulata varázslatos, igényes, a reggeli is különleges, változatos. A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló és a parkolás is megoldott. Csak ajánlani tudjuk! :)

The location was great and offered parking nearby for free. It was clean and the staff was very polite and welcoming.

Breakfast is superb, fab service, quality ingredients, lovely location on the roof top.

Changes in facilities and decor since our last stay are impressive on first impressions, but a little style of substance in my opinion. Glass bathroom door not providing sufficient privacy while using toilet. Leak from the shower flooded the bathroom, not resolved during our stay, despite being known about prior to our arrival. Air con not up to the job, during our June visit.

Hotel Claude is a 17th Century home that's been coverted into a Boutique, Luxury Hotel in Old Town Marbella. It's tastefully designed with only 7 curated rooms, each representing a different place in Spain. The hotel is in the center of restaurants, shopping, bars & walking distance to the beach. The space is elegant & thoughtfully designed. The service provided by Alba, at the Front Desk, Feny our Breakfast Server & Olivia who is also at the Front Desk and manages Breakfast was outstanding! Complete hospitality! They are there to help with recommendations on anything that you need. The Breakfast provided each morning on the terrace was a wonderful way to begin the day & absolutely delicious! We look forward to staying at Hotel Claude, the next time that we're visiting Marbella.

Everything was down to the details; it's a very nice little hotel, well located close to the beach and the center. Access is a little bit tricky, but not complicated. The staff was superb from check-in through check-out. The rooftop is a jewel.

Staff were amazingly friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. Loved the honesty bar and terrace at the top. Really excellent location for old Marbella and walking distance from beach.

The only thing is that rooms have windows to inner courtyard and it can be a bit noisy because of other guests coming home or checking out early. Nothing the hotel can do and it was mostly really quiet

Do not hesitate-this place is amazing! The staff really go above and beyond their duties, they were so warm and friendly. The breakfast was so delicious (and with proper coffee!) served on the rooftop. Everything in the room felt luxurious- the coffee, toiletries, towels! We didn’t have dinner at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Location is quite but right in the heart of the old town

5* experience…even heated towel racks! With only 7 rooms, the staff is very attentive! Best breakfast award! The girls were most helpful with our luggage as well! Loved the artwork!

Our room (Califato) was small, difficult to keep at a good sleeping temperature until we opened the window which helped a lot! The bathroom scales need a new battery..or just be removed:-)

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál, který nás opravdu hýčkal. Výborné snídaně formou menu nebo téměř cokoli dle přání. Možnost nasnídat se na střešní terase, případně tam i kdykoli jen tak posedět. Krásný design pokoje i celého hotelu. Úklid pokoje 2x denně - klasický úklid přes den a v podvečer přichystání na spánek (čokoládka na nočním stolku, zatažení rolet, doplnění zásob v koupelně, apod.). Součástí minibaru byly i knihy k zakoupení. Parkování zdarma (na hotelovou kartu) v blízké veřejné garáži. Skvělé umístění hotelu na konci "hlavní" ulice s mnoha restauracemi, kavárnami, obchody. Jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsme zatím zažili a kam se rádi vrátíme.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und hatte nicht wirklich Kofferablagefläche für zwei Personen.

Estetyczny hotel i dekoracje. Miła obsługa. Dobre śniadanie, na bardzo przyjemnym tarasie. Świetna lokalizacja jeśli ma ochotę się pospacerować po centrum Marbelli.

Drobiazgi - prysznic w apartamencie naprzemiennie lał chłodną i parząco gorącą wodą, nie za bardzo wiedzieliśmy jak się obrócić przy śniadaniu.

Just about everything! The attention to detail was second to none! The hotel is on the plot. Hotel staff cannot do enough for you and make you feel so special.

If I was being very picky… our room was a little dark

Everything, from our check-in, every staff member we spoke to were lovely and friendly. They even had a little cake for my birthday ready for me. The hotel itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. The team in this hotel are second to none. Breakfast was beautiful and if you get the weather the terrace is a beautiful place to have it. Bedrooms are all different, but wonderfully big, clean and the beds are so comfy. Lovely touch with the complimentary mini bar.

Service and food excellent. Fittings 1st class. Shower was strong and hot with a pleniful supply of water. a lovely bijoux hotel.

Our room was on the small side with minimum natural light. The lighting systems were state of the art but that means coloured indicator lights brightly shining during sleeping hours.

Hotel ma niesamowity klimat, elegancki, ale jednocześnie bardzo przytulny. Śniadania na tarasie to czysta przyjemność – przepyszne jedzenie, cudowny widok i spokojna atmosfera. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy i troskliwy, naprawdę czuliśmy się rozpieszczani i zaopiekowani. W żadnym innym hotelu nie doświadczyłam takiego poziomu gościnności. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Alba, Hanna, Olivia and ALLLL OF THE STAFF ARE THE MOST GRACIOUS AND KIND! The location was absolutely perfect—everything was walkable, and we were surrounded by great restaurants and charming streets. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and fresh options every morning and they were so accommodating and we were able to enjoy it on our private balcony. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The hotel itself was cozy and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay! If I could I’d choose this hotel (and the staff) in every place I visit, I was truly blown away! They did turn down service, provided chocolate and wine, the team was just PHENOMENAL!!! The small touches made us feel like we were family/royalty all at once.

Hotel położony na starym mieście, idealne położenie dla lubiących zwiedzanie. Pieszo na plażę de Venus maksymalnie 10 minut pieszo.Do plaży puerto banus trzeba jechać taxi , koszt 18 euro , warto tam też pojechać. Hotel , wyśmienity butikowy Hotel, jest tutaj tylko 7 apartamentów, co gwarantuje ciszę i spokój, W apartamencie znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne , pokój jest sprzątany dwa razy dziennie. Śniadanie kameralnie na dachu , naprawdę, może wydawać się to ,dziwne , ale bardzo miłe przeżycie . Warto dodać, łóżko sypialniane , jest duże i wygodne , przede wszystkim materac jest jeden duży w całości. Łóżko stabilne , nie rusza się jak to często w innych hotelach. De kamer was iets te klein voor ons. Erg laag en je moest goed opletten dat je af en toe je hoofd niet stootte.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Das individuelle Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Erlebnis und könnte für mich durch nichts übertroffen werden. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. TOP.
