The hotel is beautifully decorated, everything is spotless clean and smells lovely. The beds were confortable, and the night was quiet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet, which we enjoyed on the lovely terrace, was simple outstanding! Public parking is available nearby at 21 Euros/day.

Kleines Hotel mit 10 Zimmer. Alle liebevoll und individuell ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Cristina hat ihr Herz am rechten Fleck. Sie warmherzig, freundlich zu den Gästen. Cristina hat immer Zeit zum plaudern und interessiert sich für ihre Gäste. Die Lage vom Hotel ist erste Klasse. Am Fusse der Altstadt so dass man gleich mitten im Geschehen ist und doch ist es ruhig.

Perfekte Lage mitten in Marbella OldTown und Parkhäuser nur 5min um die Ecke. Super ruhig, super gut erreichbar, super kleines, spezielles Boutique Hotel. Wir haben es geliebt. Personal vor Ort super nett und hilfsbereit, spezielles, süßes Zimmer mit eigenem Mini-Balkon - alles was man braucht.

Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung und lecker - wenn es nur ein bisschen mehr Auswahl gehabt hätte, wären wir noch glücklicher gewesen.

Ficamos no último andar, que tem uma arquitetura de cabana, com teto inclinado desde a porta do quarto até um pequeno terraço, tornando o espaço ainda mais reduzido. Poucas tomadas, com uso de régua para suprir tal deficiência. Espaço tão pequeno que nem cabe mesa de cabeceira, uma que seja.

Wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is central to the old town and made getting around easy. The breakfast each morning also had good variety.

The rooms are a little limited in terms of sunlight but this due to the building being older/ windows smaller.

A perfect stay for the start of our holiday. A lovely traditional building, in a great location in the Old Town so easy access to . everywhere. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a super breakfast. What makes The Town House stand out from many other places is the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Cristina was an absolute delight and communication was excellent. I’d definitely recommend a stay to anyone visiting Marbella and wanting to experience the bars, restaurants and culture of the old town.

Great location right in the old town. Restaurants and shops all within easy reach.Very little noise can be heard from room at night. Very comfortable beds and good shower facilities. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Beyond its amazing location and charming old-world style that truly makes you feel transported back in time, the staff was exceptional — especially Christine. She helped us with everything during our stay, and since we were on our honeymoon, she surprised us with flowers and a cake to celebrate. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.

From booking the room to leaving there wasn't anything I didn't like the rooms are lovely and really well furnished with very comfortable beds& bathroom facilities that are excellent,the interior decor of the hotel is fabulous. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible I look forward to staying here again soon.

In the room there was a fridge it's probably too big a smaller fridge would be better.

Dachterrasse ist für alle zugänglich und unser Zimmer hatte das Fenster zur Terrasse, dadurch ist die Intimsphäre eingeschränkt. Wir hatten leider einen unmöglichen Gast der alle 2 Stunden auf der Terrasse geraucht hat und wir den Rauch im Zimmer hatten.

Das kleine Hotel liegt ideal für alle Aktivitäten mitten in der Altstadt und ganz in der Nähe des Meeres. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail alle unterschiedlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

First off, the ladies who greeted us were absolutely amazing! Thank you for being great, and it makes it hard to leave this type of review. The location was fab, the breakfast was tasty, and the lobby had a charm to it. We were also in a room, right next to a sunny patio, which felt like an extension of our own room. They also let us have late checkout at no extra cost.

This stay was meant to be the capstone stay for the final night of our trip. If we had more than one night at this hotel, we would have demanded booking.com move us the next day. Why, the room had a strong, chemical fragrance smell in the room when we arrived, so we turned off the air freshners... bad choice. We woke up (in the comfy beds), went down for breakfast and when we returned, we noticed a STRONG rancid smell in the room. It was absolutely horrible, we immediately opened the windows and turned back on the air fresheners. If we had a second night, we would have refused to stay in the room, as it was that intense. I find it unacceptable that we were not informed of this in advance. Despite the ladies being some of the most pleasant people we have met on the trip, I feel not informing us of the situation was completely unacceptable.

Staff very friendly and more than helpful. And genuinely interested in our needs. They even provided umbrellas for the day of heavy rain. Cristina waited up for us on our late arrival and was genuinely welcoming when we arrived. The accommodation had character, not modern cookie-cutter uniformity, and was very clean. it had all requirements and the location was perfect.

We were so beautifully welcomed that we felt instantly at home and relaxed!! Staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. They gave us great advice re location and dining/ they were really invested in the fact that our stay was a positive experience. We had a fabulous stay as a result. The location was beyond perfect!! Room size too small, noisy standard fridge by bed, needs blackout curtains or blinds as there are street lights outside the windows. no sound proofing. Listening to neighbours use the toilet, and talking etc isn’t great. Noisy neighbours ruin the experience.

My husband and I stayed at The Town House in Marbella and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by just how warm, friendly, and helpful every single member of staff was. They made us feel genuinely welcome - not just as guests, but as if we belonged there. Their service was attentive without being intrusive, and their recommendations and kindness added a lot to our stay. The hotel’s location in the heart of Marbella’s Old Town is superb - easy walking distance to lovely cafés, boutique shops, and the beach promenade. The room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable, and full of character - marble flooring, chic furniture, and a boutique-hotel charm that made our stay feel special rather than generic. One of the highlights: the breakfast. The breakfast. The buffet was rich in variety and absolutely delicious. There was a broad selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit and juices, cereals, excellent coffee—and we enjoyed eating it out on the terrace in the square, which added to the pleasant, leisurely feel of the mornings. Others who stayed have also remarked that “Breakfast was a highlight with a lovely buffet offering a wide variety of options.”  We felt thoroughly relaxed each morning - thanks to both the food and the setting. The combination of a great breakfast + warm service + location made it a very memorable stay for us. In short: We highly recommend The Town House in Marbella - especially if you’re a couple looking for a charming, relaxing stay in the Old Town with excellent hospitality.
