Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Location good.

Breakfast was a little limited and food supplies such as eggs were not refilled.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und verbindlich, kannte jeden Gast mit Namen und hatte immer schon den passenden Schlüssel in der Hand. Durch den freundlichen offenen Umgang vermittelte sich eine familiäre Atmosphäre und man konnte sich sofort wohl und sicher fühlen.

Das Hotels befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone, sehr zentral. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist schick modern. Das Zimmer ist super komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, für jeden etwas dabei und perfekt angerichtet. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Roberta, Christian, Stefano und das gesamte Team!

Hotel ottimo per posizione, personale cordiale e attento.

Good location near Trieste's Grand Canal. Very friendly and helpful man on reception. Plenty of cafés, shops and restaurants within a minute's walk from the hotel door. Large room with good air conditioning. Trieste is an interesting city - not overwhelmed with tourists and we liked the beach up the coast for swimming (Barcola) and the Museum of Peace/20th Century History, a bus ride away in the eastern suburbs. The castle is lovely with a gorgeous café, well needed refreshment after climbing the enormous stone steps from the city.

Accommodation was fine. For Trieste - returning to Trieste from Barcola beach in the evening is very difficult using the otherwise good city buses. They don't run very frequently and are mostly totally packed out with passengers meaning we needed to walk home through a deserted industrial area at night.

Расположение центральнее не придумаешь! Ночевали два раза по одной ночи. Выбор гостиницы пал на эту, поскольку практически сложно найти варианты проживания семьи из 5 человек, где 3 - это дети. Семейный номер расположен на 3 этаже (есть лифт!), окна выходят на церковь и центральный сквер возле гранд-канала. Рядом очень хорошие кафе и пиццерии, который работают до поздна. Нормальный завтрак. В номере очень чисто, удобные кровати, в душевой - гель для душа. Работает кондиционер.

Мебель устаревшая, у некоторых не хватало ручек. В душевой кабине нерегулируемая трубка душа. В номере ничего нет кроме мебели и холодильника. Окна выходят на оживлённую улицу, где в 5-6 часов утра начинают вывозить мусор, привозить товар и т.д. Но если не открыты окна - всё хорошо.

Lokalizacja. Stefano który był wszędzie na recepcji, w kuchni na stołówce parzył kawy - sprawdzał co donieść.

Brak parkingu i informacji o jego braku, W pokoju klimatyzacja albo działa mocno albo trzeba ją wyłączyć brak regulacji. W prysznicu słaby odplyw. Telewizor wisi tak żeby go nie oglądać.

This Hotel was extremely good with friendly, helpful staff and a decent breakfast. It had everything we would expect and was in a brilliant location for eateries, the centre of town and the cruise terminal.

It was slightly unusual that the reception and Hotel rooms were all on the first floor and above.

Sehr gefällt mir , nette Personal, Hotel war im Stadtzentrum. Stefano immer gutes Frühstück gemacht . Hotel war immer öffnet. Hotel war nicht groß aber war fein . Fernsehen, Kühlschrank, Badezimmer mit duschen. Jeden Tag das Bett richtig gemacht .

Sehr zentral gelegen. Bar bzw. Kaffee gleich um die Ecke! Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Parkgutschein in der Tiefgarage, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber! Gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht! Bei einem Zimmer war der Duschkopf nicht abnehmbar und viel zu klein, daher floss kaum ein Wasser! Beim zweiten Zimmer war alles ok!

Colazione scarsa

Ein kleines schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles frisch. Der Frühstücksraum ein bisschen klein. Das Personal dafür super nett und vor allem Stefano extrem hilfsbereit und findet für Probleme, einen perfekten Ausweg. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Hilfsbereitschaft. Im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder.

Excellent location, good air conditioning. Good choice at breakfast except for bread

No choice of bread. . Breakfast served until 10 but if you arrived after 9.30 hot food was freezing,, waiter obviously wanted home at 10 so real pressure to eat in a hurry, tided things off your table while still eating. Not relaxing.

Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile

Die Dame an der Rezeption und Herr Stefano waren extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir durften nach dem Check-out auch Sundern Gepäck noch zur Aufbewahrung dort lassen. Frühstücksbuffet war mig Liebe hergerichtet, dafür gibt es ein extra Plus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Wir werden wiederkommen!!

La ubicación es brutal. Está en pleno centro de la ciudad. El nombre le queda perfecto. Es un hotel pequeño, pero es cómodo y limpio. El personal muy amable.

Para ser Trieste, la capital europea del café, el que se sirve al desayuno es malo. Pero es algo solucionable.

Pésimo servicio. Sin aire acondicionado y hacia tanto calor que tuvimos que abrir las ventanas. Nos comieron los mosquitos y apenas dormimos por el ruido de la calle. Por favor no vayan. Nunca me había pasado algo así. Carisimo para el mal servicio.

che avevamo una seconda coperta, che il cagnolino non ha avuto problemi e che ci hanno gentilmente dato la ciotola dell'acqua. Ci hanno offerto una bottiglietta d'acqua senza farla pagare, visto che il nostro Aereo ha portato ritardo e siamo arrivati all'una di notte. il Personale è presente sempre. Così così che la colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo, ma c'era la possibilità di fare colazione lì. Va bè, con tanti bar nell'area Pedonale non è stato un problema. Il bagno in comune è stato un diversivo simpatico, che uno usciva in pigiama in corridoio a qualsia ora.

Bhè il discorso del bagno in comune. Meglio averlo in stanza. Poi, la stanza un pò più ricca, intendo nel mobilio e il bagno che c'era la doccia e il lavabo (meno male, che io avevo capito che nn c'era neanche questo), più moderno. Ma siccome Trieste è quella città bellissima che è, con il suo contesto. Non fa niente, sarà stato così perchè è questa che è. Ciao

Ideale Lage, man ist in der Nähe der serbisch- orthodoxen Kirche, des Hauptplatzes und des schönen Viertels bei der Viale XX Settembre. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

La gioia di sentirsi a casa a Trieste, essere vicini ad ogni cosa e poter rientrare per qualsiasi evenienza ad appoggiare qualcosa, cambiarsi, riposarsi, per poi uscire di nuovo... impagabile. Di fianco al Canal Grande, ci siamo sentiti al centro del mondo! E' presente l'ascensore, piccolo ma moderno. Lo staff è sempre cortese e disponibile a dare le chiavi e custodire i bagagli. Il parcheggio Park San Giusto applica lo sconto in convenzione con l'Hotel ed è molto comodo!

La posizione è la cordialità del personale ed in particolare di Stefano addetto alla colazione.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, soprattuttoa piedi; hotel grazioso, camere ampie e pulite; staff cordiale e disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni eventuale richiesta e/o informazione.

Purtroppo, solamente all'ultimo minuto, siamo stati informati che, per motivi "tecnici", l'hotel non poteva effettuare il deposito bagagli nel giorno del nostro check-out; fortunatamente, essendo in auto, abbiamo risolto, ma ci poteva creare un problema se fossimo stati coi mezzi di trasporto pubblici, xchè avremmo dovuto anticipare la partenza, perdendo una parte di giornata di visita della città.....una informativa più puntuale, sarebbe utile per effettuare una scelta più consapevole!

Nonostante un email dove mi si assicurava di poter fare il check in tra le 12 e le 13 ,al mio arrivo la stanza non era pronta e ho dovuto lasciare i bagagli in reception,mentre non era possibile assolutamente lasciarli il giorno del check out.
