The hotel has a very nice structure tucked between the mountains just outside of Torbole, and still within a very short distance from Torbole on foot. The hotel is modern, luxurious and well desinged.

I have three observations: - in my opinion the water of the pools was not sufficiently clear - the receptionist continue to speak with other people and do other things while I was checking out - the receptionists offered me a 5% discount if I was booking directly and not through Booking - that's quite ridiculous to me - my room was an "economy room" and breakfast was not included. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and reasonably price, but it should be more clear on Booking whether breakfast is included or not.

Fabulous hotel - they have thought of everything - clean - modern - such friendly and helpful staff and great food! Beautiful setting and so close to the front - we will absolutely be back.

Für Biker und eBiker sensationell eingerichtet. Einstellraum mit Setckdose und Reinigungsanlage für Bike. Die Räume sind super mit vielen Ablagen und Klimaanlage. Es gab ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad! Na een lange autorit met ons zoontje van 5 maanden mochten we al vroeger op de kamer. Dat was voor ons ontzettend fijn en maakte meteen een wereld van verschil. Ook mochten we meteen aanschuiven bij het ontbijt, wat we enorm waardeerden. De service was uitzonderlijk. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Voor ons verdient dit hotel dan ook méér dan een 10! Daarnaast was het hotel heel verzorgd, de kamers waren schoon en comfortabel en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Alles was enorm proper. Wij raden dit hotel absoluut aan en komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug!

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich toll. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Blick vom Balkon aus. Freundlichen Personal mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Ist dem Begriff eines sportlichen Aktivhotels würdig.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Gardasee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich.

Великолепный отель для отдыха и активного время препровождения! Отличная локация - недалеко от центра всего 400м. На территории отеля большая парковка. Также есть два бассейна и один прямо очень большой и можно тренироваться. Для занятий велоспортом этот отель просто находка. Для вашего железного коня здесь предусмотрены все условия на пять звезд. Сам отель в отличном состоянии и с великолепным внутренним дизайном - ощущение комфорта и уюта здесь все время присутствует. В номерах все продуманно и очень приятно. Завтраки на пятерку и разнообразны. Я ставлю отелю наивысшую оценку заслуженно! Добавить больше нечего. Приезжайте и получайте наслаждение!

The ONLY complain i have is related to the AC. The room could not get cold enough, the way my boyfriend and me like it (around 20 degrees or less). So, in June, it was hot. However, they told me in the hotel that that is an issue related to the town and that unfortunetely they cannot do anything about it. For the rest, specially the service and quality of personnel and exceptional breakfast, everything was good.

We are here the second time, now just my husband and me only. The first time was even with our tiny dog in the sun- also there was the experience great. The rooms are really great furnished with a great atmosphere. You look mostly towards the mountains and have a great pool for real swimming - also the restaurant and all the other places are always kind of renovated and good in shape. The most important is however the service : it’s a family hotel and you can tell by every little detail and taking care of the customer

Wir kommen seit zehn Jahren hierher. Gleich bleibend hohe Qualität, tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe am See,freundliche Gesichter und ein top Frühstücksbuffet. Es macht immer wieder Spaß, hierher zu kommen. :-)

The breakfast was excellent. So much variety and all incredibly delicious. The lap pool was so refreshing and the extra relaxing pool and lounging chairs were great. We came for a road cycling holiday, and the hotel had everything you would need for biking - they connected us with a bike shop for rentals, provided us bike lights that we have forgotten, and had pamphlets on so many rides to do that left straight from the hotel. Also great bike storage and a bike maintenance area for upkeep + bike wash station. We also did the wine and olive oil tasting, which was terrific. We will absolutely be back, can't say enough good things.

Es herrscht eine gute Stimmung in diesem Hotel. Alle Team-Mitglieder sind sehr freundlich, gut gestimmt und stets aufmerksam. Ein 25 m langes Sportbecken ist beheizt, so dass wir es sogar noch am 9. November lange nutzen konnten. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein wunderschöner Wintergarten mit schönem Möbilar. Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet unter anderem verschiedenes gebratenes und gekochtes Gemüse, Lachs mit Zwiebeln und weitere gesunde Leckereien.

We all enjoyed the lovely facilities, ambience, helpful staff and the location of this exceptional hotel. We went in low season but there was still enough guests around but wasnt too busy either. We loved the pools, sauna and the breakfast area. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel and the area was to. The hotel is a 5 min walk uphill from the lovely town and lake Garda. Near enough to get to the restaurants and lakeside walks, far enough away from the traffic and noise! We found all the staff helpful and welcoming. They shared information for cycle routes and we really enjoyed hiring bikes and doing this during our stay. The whole place felt clean and well run. We would certainly like to visit this hotel - or another Aktivhotel - again in the near future.

We had such a memorable trip staying at Aktivhotel in Torbole, north lake Garda. We couldnt believe the hotel is 18 years old, its so well kept, and every winter when they close for 3 months (they have just done this) they update and renovate the hotel for the new season. The staff were all lovely, especially the reception team. Also amazing coming back from breakfast and our rooms were already cleaned. Very well organised. The whole hotel was clean and beautiful. We also loved the pool and saunas, which were not too busy during our trip. A five minute walk down the hill and you reached a wonderful Italian restaurant and plenty of shops and of course the stunning lake. A few shops were already shut when we went, first week of November, everything was definitely winding down being the end of season. We enjoyed walking and cycling and the reception team were helpful with tips and organising electric bikes one day when we wanted to go up to the waterfalls. A wonderful trip and we could of stayed longer, but the first half of our holiday we spent in Venice. We then flew home from Verona, which was an hours taxi ride away. A lot of guests were serious cyclists so clearly its great for that here. We chose it more for the size, facilities and wellness aspect. We are a family with teenagers and we all loved it. Lovely comfy beds and quiet hotel and neighbourhood that we slept really well.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved the facilities! The Gym, pool,and sauna were great. Breakfast was excellent! The staff even provided us with a picnic box when we had to leave early for our flight. Loved the wine tasting and pizza party evening.

Das Frühstück war extrem gut und hochwertig, schade war aber, dass es jeden Tag genau das gleiche gab. Sehr lecker, aber keine Abwechslung. Die Snacks am Nachmittag sind nicht im Preis inkludiert, das hat uns enttäuscht. Das Personal ist super lieb und die Sauberkeit is top. Das Zimmer war klein, der Balkon sehr groß. Angemeldet hatten wir uns mit Hund, jedoch war es sehr gut, dass wir sie dann nicht dabei hatten, denn ein Hundeplatz, geschweige denn eine Box, hätte im Zimmer nie Platz gehabt. Preis Leistung ist für uns nicht ganz stimmig, ansonsten ein sehr feines Hotel. Das Hotel hat öfter nachgefragt, ob eh alles passt und alle Wünsche und Anmerkungen wurden bestmöglich erfüllt.

Absolutely amazing stay. We loved Aktivhotel. We came for a road cycling holiday and could not have been happier that we chose to stay here. The routes leaving directly from the hotel were amazing, and they helped arrange our bike rentals and provided us with lights as we had forgotten our own. The hotel is so well-equipped with a bike maintenance area, bike wash station and secure storage with all bikes locked behind key-code entry doors. The lap pool was another huge bonus. We did olive oil and wine tasting that was complimentary on site and the breakfasts each day were spectacular. The staff were absolutely lovely and we already can't wait to go back.

Très bon emplacement à moins de 5 min à pied du centre, parking a disposition, petit déjeuné incroyablement bon, dégustation de vin de la région et possibilité d’acheter les produits sur place, le personnel est souriant et bien veillant. Nagyon csendes helyen található, ahonnan a központ és a vízpart 10 percen belül elérhető gyalogosan. Nagyon bőséges és változatos volt a reggeli. Az esős időben sokan bent maradtak a szállodában, de így is volt hely a több személyes szaunában és ugyan kicsit szűkösen, de a konditeremben is el lehetett férni.

A szobában nem volt kávéfőző, csak instant kávét kaptunk.

This hotel is an exceptionally incredible place to stay if you are an active traveller - particularly a road or mountain cyclist, or a hiker. It is very thoughtfully equipped with a bike power-wash cleaning station, tools, storage lockers for accessories and muddy hiking boots, and other features that perfectly fit the needs of active travelers. The hotel is also equipped with a whisper-quiet and very effective air conditioning system. The location of the hotel is quintessentially Italian - up the side of a steep hill, alongside an olive grove, accessible by 2 narrow one-lane roads controlled by thankfully interlocked traffic signals. There is no road noise - just quiet hillsides and the occasional church bell. The breakfast buffet is ample, reasonably varied, and of high quality. The hotel does not have regular evening meal service, but does some intermittent food events that are fun and a great value - a pizza night, and a BBQ night during our stay. If all that were not sufficient to rank this hotel 20 on a scale of 10, the hotel staff would, Every member of the hotel staff - from housekeeping to front desk - was exceptionally thoughtful and considerate. Christine and Leonardo on the front desk deserve special commendation for their thoughtfulness and insightful recommendations on everything from hiking trails to dinner reservations. Dinner at Al Porto in Torbole is an absolute must - the food is spectacular, and the insight into Italian culture is rich and colorful!

It is exceedingly hard to complain about anything at this hotel. It is, indeed, superb in every regard. But, it may be useful for some to know that the hotel’s occupancy may skew to younger families - which translates to an ample number of toddlers motoring about the breakfast room, and in the pool. It is delightful to see, but probably not a good fit for that dreamy romantic get-away you might have in mind.

das Frühstück war ein Brunch mit reichlich Auswahl und hoher Qualität. Die Lage wunderschön und sehr ruhig. max. 200 m und man ist in Torbole. Die Strasse ist etwas steil und wird von vielen Radfahrern benutzt. Zimmer, Bad alles bestens und auf dem Balkon saßen wir direkt unter einer grossen Palme, herrlich.

This is a beautiful hotel ran by beautiful people. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our initial contact with Christine and Tristan right from the outset was very impressive. They arranged transportation from Rovereto station to the hotel and pre arranged home transportation to Verona airport. The hotel is very smart and the decor is tasteful. We had booked a superior suite with a view. We were even asked what firmness of mattress we would like. The bed was extremely comfortable the room was pretty and bathroom facilities were beautiful. Everything was smart and functioned perfectly. Hotel facilities included gymnasium, sauna, large swimming pool and a smaller jacuzzi pool, table tennis table and a fully equipped bicycle repair workshop. The breakfast is outstanding. Ok, there’s no full English but there is grilled bacon (thin), fried or scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, toast……. My one and only compliment is the orange juice at breakfast; that was horrible. Other than This hotel is of a reasonable size, but still small enough to be intimate. By the time we left, we were on first name terms with most of the staff, all of whom were lovely warm hearted people.

Great location. Very nice and comfortable place. Everything was neat and organized. The staff is outstanding, very kind and generous. They made sure everything was as expected, and even more. There are lots of activities available through the place, and they offer valuable advice.

A lovely hotel just outside the busy part of Torbole. They have all the things you need for a great holiday. Lovely pool (with always a sunbed available), a gym and a sauna. Everything for your bike and more. The breakfast is surely the best we ever had, and the man who cleans the breakfast is the most friendly guy in the building! From the hotel it is a short walk downhill to the centre and the lake. Their BBQ night is a must-do when you stay at the hotel. You pay the high end, but you get a lovely and relaxing place to stay in return.

Bonito, con buena zona de piscina, cómodo y con un desayuno muy bueno, con embutidos de calidad y pastelería excelente (tienen hasta máquina coldpress y compleios vitamínicos). Hay párking dentro, el personal es muy amable y simpático.

Wir haben ein Standardzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind (14) gebucht, das - auch mit Blick auf die Unterbringung unseres Gepäcks - etwas beengt, ansonsten aber tipp-topp war.

What an outstanding stay. It is a very nice hotel with so much more. The people here is what really makes it special as you get personalization and attention to ensure you have a great stay. From wine and olive oil tastings, BBQ's, Pizza Nights, organizing treks into the mountains, it is easily one of the best stays we've had. Lake Garda is beautiful, but staying at Aktivhotel was part of the highlights of our trip. It is one of those places that we would definitely return to as what they offer, is hard to find. if you want to relax or be active, stay in or go out, catch some sun or swim a circuit, they are there to help. Just an amazing stay!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die perfekt auf sportliche Aktivitäten ausgerichtet ist. Ist man Radfahrer, Läufer, Wanderer o.ä., ist man in diesem Hotel perfekt aufgehoben. Die Fahrräder können sicher in einem überwachten Container untergebracht werden. Es gibt mehr als genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Im Pool kann man seine Bahnen ziehen oder auch einfach nur relaxen. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Alles frisch und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und bemüht. Des Weiteren gibt es abends immer tolle Angebote wie Wine Tastings, All you can eat Angebote usw. Bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer hat man sich anscheinend viele Gedanken gemacht. Abgesehen vom coolen Style der Einrichtung ist alles super Funktional. Auf ‚kleinem‘ Raum wurde dafür gesorgt, dass man all sein Zeug praktisch verstauen kann. Das einzige was mich persönlich etwas gestört hat, war der schon etwas penetrante Raumerfrischer. Alles in allem war ich super happy mit der Unterkunft. Ich werde garantiert wiederkommen und würde es auch unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was immaculate but what makes it a 10/10 is the staff. They have a great team who put a lot of effort into each and every guest. Christina at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful with recommendations. The location is a short walk from the town and breakfast had a good selection.
