Schlechte Dichtungen bei Türen und Türen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum. Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles erklärt. Zimmer und deren Ausstattung für uns Biker völlig ausreichend. Pool mit Liegen sehr angenehm. Sehr moderne Fahrradgarage!

Sauberes geraümiges Zimmer mit Hausbar (Wichtig bei der Hitze!),grosses Bad, Frühstück große Auswahl, sehr gut! Radaufbewahrung Professionelle und sichere Handhabung.

Etwas kleines Schwimmbad,TV wäre top doch die Lautstärke ließ sich nicht einstellen,einfach zu leise ,das war ärgerlich!

The location of the hotel was fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful lake and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is charming, with helpful staff and cosy rooms. We stayed there around my birthday, and I was treated to a lovely drink and warm birthday wishes, which was a really nice touch. The swimming pool is not very big, but it's definitely big enough to relax and enjoy yourself. While swimming, you can admire the beautiful mountain views. I am gluten free and there's an option to have a great breakfast for people like me:) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ein perfekter Ort, wenn man mit dem Rad am Gardasee unterwegs ist. Moderner und vor allem sicherer Fahrrad Abstellraum mit Fahrrad-Waschanlage und -Werkzeug usw., saubere Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Der Pool ist klein, zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet.

Alles war super.

Fanstische locatie , heel goede fietsenstalling, super vriendelijk personeel.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect — from the incredibly kind, friendly and helpful staff to the delicious breakfast and all the thoughtful little details that made us feel truly welcome. You can genuinely feel that everything here has been designed with guests’ comfort, happiness and well-being in mind. Every detail is just right — nothing feels excessive, yet everything you could possibly need is there. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole stay felt effortless and relaxing. It’s clear that the people working here genuinely care about their guests, and that makes all the difference- this is something money can’t buy. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. A truly special place — highly recommended!

Hotel ma wszystko czego potrzeba😁od komfortu czystośći do cudownego i bardzo pomocnego Personelu. Bardzo blisko do Jeziora piękne widoki i basen czysty i zadbany na miejscu pyszne śniadania oraz obiady i przekąski przy korzystaniu z baru 😉

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, przepyszne śniadania. Dużym atutem jest lokalizacja blisko jeziora oraz piękne widoki, szczególnie na Dolomity. Doceniliśmy również basen i dodatkowe udogodnienia dla gości.

Przy bardzo wysokich temperaturach klimatyzacja momentami nie była wystarczająco wydajna. Podłoga na balkonie mogłaby być również nieco częściej myta.

Parkeren was goed geregeld, zowel voor de fietsen als de auto. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en de bedden waren erg goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor 4 personen. Alle bedden waren fijn.

Het was erg basic, maar daar is de prijs ook naar.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, zawsze świeże i smaczne. Lokalizacja co prawda blisko ruchliwej ulicy ale też blisko jeziora. W pobliżu przepyszne lody, wypożyczalnia rowerów, sklep Copp, restauracje i pizzerie. Wszystko czego potrzeba na urlopie - na wyciągnięcie ręki. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Klimatyzacja załączana automatycznie po wyjściu - wracało się do idealnie schłodzonego pokoju (ani za zimno, ani za ciepło - idealnie). Na przywitanie woda i owoce w salaterce. Przemiła obsługa - zawsze pomocna.

Gdy przyjechaliśmy winna nie działała. Było koło północy więc nie wiedzieliśmy że dalej jest inna winda - trzeba było wnieść walizki po schodach a nie chcieliśmy być głośno. Ale to w sumie drobnostka (jak człowiek zmęczony po podróży to inaczej to odbiera), potem już nie korzystaliśmy i tak z windy.

Pobyt był rewelacyjny – wszystko na plus! Czysto, komfortowo, świetna lokalizacja. Obsługa rewelacja :)bardzo miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ;)

perfekt auf Radfahrer ausgelegt - sehr großer Bikeroom mit speziellen Haltern für Räder mit Reifen bis max. 3" breite - jeder separat absperrbar unglaublich freundliches personal - egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim frühstück, alle haben stets gelächelt, waren zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht

als 3 Bett Variante gebucht - das dritte Bett war lediglich ein schmäleres und kürzeres Beistellbett (für kleinere Personen aber kein Problem) - es hat unser Urlaubserlebnis auch in keiner Weise geschmälert

A voler trovare qualcosa, potrei dire che un po' di spazio in più nella camera avrebbe fatto comodo, ma il balcone a disposizione compensa nettamente.

This was the third year we have stayed at the Caravel and it never fails to impress. The breakfast is superb, and the ladies know exactly which coffee you like &the rooms are clean & functional. All of the staff are so nice, the cleaning ladies are fab and, this year, we spoke to Isak who was a great help in advising us what to do and where to go. We will be going back again next year.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und werden auch weiterhin dort buchen. Tolles Personal, toller Service und der absolute Knaller ist der Bike-Keller!! Bike-Wandlifte, Kompressor-Pumpe, Bike-Waschplatz und Fahrradträger-Parkplatz am Parkplatz… !!!

Úžasný personál, jak recepční, tak dole na snídani. Skutečně velmi profesionální přístup a zároveň pohostinnost, pětihvězdičkový dojem. Kvalitní vybavení a nábytek, velmi příjemný pokoj a koupelna. Nádherný prostor restaurace. Příjemný bazén s brouzdalištěm i plaveckou částí. Skvělá pozice - par kroku od jezera, obchůdku, restaurací, hřiště

Sehr schönes Mehrbettzimmer mit Balkon und ordentlichem geräumigem Bad. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar und sehr reichhaltig. Auch sehr positiv war der viele Platz für die Fahrräder und auch dessen Videoüberwachung.

Das Hotel liegt so nah an der Straße, dass wir über Nacht das Fenster geschlossen gehalten haben, dafür aber die rauschende Klimaanlage an hatten. Dieses Geräusch war leicht störend.

Snídaně byly tak jak se na čtyř hvězdičkový hotel sluší. Snídaňové paní byly úžasné. Hlavně paní co to tam vše vedla. Bohužel nevím jak se jmenovala, ale má bíle nalakované nehty.

Lots of choice at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent air conditioning system in rooms. Pool is nice and clean, the area is crowded in late afternoon as its small, but pretty good for a dip.

The beds are very hard so I got a sore back while on the holiday.

Leider war es sehr laut am Pool da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt wo alle Urlauber ankommen und durchfahren ! Haben uns aber daran gewöhnt! Jedoch Urlauber die es gerne ganz ruhig haben möchten, sollten dies bedenken!

Hotellet ligger lige ud til en trafikeret hovedvej. Vi fik et værelse på øverste etage, men støjen fra trafikken var alt for høj. Det var svært at slappe af.

Colazione 5 stelle, in particolare il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e molto disponibile, veramente al top.

A reggeli nagyon szuper volt. A szoba tiszta volt. Tökéletes a lokáció. A személyzet rendkívül kedves.

A medence vize lehetne egy picit melegebb.

Ottimo albergo, nuovo e pulitissimo. Camere spaziose, ben tenute e la colazione era super.

Di massima nulla, l'unico consiglio che mi sentirei di dare è che l'impianto di condizionamento non raffredda moltissimo (con 32 gradi fuori) ed è un po' rumoroso. Tuttavia, è utilizzabile.

Die Lage ist vom Verkehr her nicht die Beste aber das wars auch schon.

Allt, bott där förut, perfekt när man har cyklar med dig. Perfekt frukost med precis allt o mycket trevlig o skämtsam personal. Fantastisk cykelförvaring o en skön sval pool efter varm cykeltur, kommer tillbaka nästa år

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick und waren daher auf der ruhigeren Hotelseite, abgewandt von der Hauptzufahrt an den Gardasee. Am Frühstückbuffet war Schinken, Wurst, Käse, Rührei, Speck, Mozzarella, Aufstriche, Joghurt, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Brot und Gebäck, sowie Kuchen und Croissant ausreichend vorhanden, und immer wieder wurde nachgefüllt. Für die E-Bikes gab es eine separates Kellerabteil. Bike-Waschanlage vorhanden, ist kostenpflichtig.

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Lage. Sofort am See und in der entzückenden Altstadt! Der Pool ist klein aber fein - für Sport begeisterte Urlauber das perfekte Hotel.

Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück- ist aber nur ein persönliches Empfinden.
