Die Lage sowie die Aussicht top. Das Personal an der Rezeption nett und hilfsbereit. Das Reinigungspersonal sehr zurückhaltend um es freundlich auszudrücken.

Das Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand für einem Hotel was 4 Sterne angibt. Die Toilettenbürste hatte ihr Beste Zeit definitiv hinter sich sowie das große Loch im Türrahmen des Badezimmers was sich unten neben der Dusche befindet. Die Regale im Bad waren alle locker so das wir sie gar nicht benutzen konnten. Das Zimmer war nicht eines 4sterne Hôtel würdig. Zum Parkplatz der sich 600 Meter vom Hotel befindet ist eine Katastrophe. Hätte man uns das bei der Buchung gesagt hätte wir dort gar nicht gebucht. Als wir das gehört Abend und das Zimmer gesehen haben wollten wir unseren Urlaub abrechen.

Das Hotel ist nur durch eine Straße und die Promenade vom See getrennt. Man hat dadurch einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß genug, obwohl es nur ein Economy - Doppelzimmer war. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und man hat herrlich geschlafen. Auch hatten wir den Seiten-Seeblick. Das Frühstück war der Hammer, die Tische wurden gekonnt vor der Glasfront des Restaurant gestellt, sodass man direkt auf den See schauen konnte, ein Hammerausblick.

Mhhh, da konnte man vielleicht nur anführen, dass der Parkplatz doch etwas weit weg war. Das ist jedoch jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, angebotene Parkplatzreservierung in der Nähe von Vorteil. Das Hotelgebäude ist eine sehr gelungene Kombination aus alt und modern! Sehr geschmackvoll gestalteter Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich. Großzügiges neu renoviertes Zimmer. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal.

Sehr gute Lage.Zimmer mit Pool ist mal was anderes Blick zum See, mal was außergewöhnliches.. Frühstück lecker. W-Lan ,Safe ,minibar ,Klima alles vorhanden!

Zimmer ohne Balkon vom Komfort geringer gegenüber mit Balkon. Wände Teilweise mit Flecken ,fussboden teilweise zerkratzt oder defekt. Geschützter Hotel Parkplatz weit entfernt (kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür) Verkehrslage läßt nichts anderes zu.

Die Lage war toll und das Tean war super und sehr freundlich.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and accomodating staff, clean rooms, new hotel building, fine dining dinner restaurant on site, it was a bit incongruous to the hotel but it had good food. Great view from the room.

Parking was offsite and had to walk quite far to get to it (10 mins each way). The room decoration was quite plain. Shower cabin was very small.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Torbole. Über die Straße ist gleich der See. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, das Bad modern und zweckmäßig. Bei uns stand auch eine Badewanne in einem Nebenraum (?) Der Frühstücks-/Speiseraum mit Ausblick auf den See.

Vor allem möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass es im Hotel KEINEN für Hotelgäste frei zugänglichen Spa-Bereich gibt, obwohl auf der Homepage mit Wellness geworben wird. Stattdessen besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Spa-Bereich exklusiv für 69 Euro je Stunde zu buchen. Die Zielgruppe sind offenbar Paare, für meinen Sohn und mich ist das sinnlos. Das Frühstück war solala. Z. B. gab es keine frische Milch, nur H-Milch und diverse vegane Drinks. Nur eine Müsli-Sorte, nur hartgekochte Eier, wenig Auswahl beim Brot. Dafür 10 verschiedene Mehlspeisen und Kuchen. Der vom Hotel empfohlene Parkplatz ist 10 min. Fußweg entfernt.

It is a lovely hotel, perfect location, and the staff at the restaurant at breakfast is amazing, spescially this one man who told us about the prince of norway staying at the hotel, we really liked him❤️ But, staff at reception, they made you feel small and kind of looking down at you. Like you have to pay extra for a smile, they should be more welcoming and a lot warmer to their costumers!

Personale cortese alla reception. Stanza con arredamento moderno, bagno comodo e ben attrezzato e una doccia spaziosa. Possibilità di fare colazione al piano terra con vista sul lago.

Buona colazione con tanta offerta per chi può mangiare liberamente ogni cosa, peccato che le opzioni per chi ha intolleranze o allergie non siano così tante e il personale dovrebbe essere formato meglio a riguardo.

Le jacuzzi était à 40°, beaucoup trop chaud pour nous, le parking est éloigné, et le personnel n’est pas très respectueux du bâtiment…

Absolutely perfect stay — stunning lake views from both the room and restaurant, superb location, modern architecture, spotless facilities, and incredibly friendly staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! ☺️

Camera a fost ceva rău....pentru 4 stele nu merita banii....a fost o camera economy, la ultimul etaj al hotelului...toti peretii erau zgariati si plini de urme de la încălțăminte si troller....patul era format din doua saltele unite, cu toate ca am cerut un pat duplu....nu ne a plăcut deloc camera...in schimb locatia, perfectă. Micul dejun a fost cel care ne a făcut sa mai uitam de partea cu camera...mâncare f buna si diversificata. Aici 4 stele!

Wspaniała lokalizacja, urocza miejscowość i świetna lokalizacja w środku miasteczka z pięknym widokiem na Gardę i jednocześnie dosłownie 3 min piechotą do plaży gdzie jest część do pływania wpław i ogromna część do surfingu. Hotel czysty, zadbany, świetna restauracja, która potrafiła zapewnić też opcję glutenfree. Polecamy pokój z widokiem na jezioro i tarasem z jacuzzi.

Personalmente ho trovato il parcheggio della struttura lontano e situato in una viuzza stretta e la colazione proponeva poca scelta o almeno non di mio gradimento, mi aspettavo un po' di più

De locatie direct aan het haventje is fantastisch.

Het personeel is voornaam maar miste de vriendelijkheid van de dames achter de bar. Daarnaast staat de auto toch wel ver weg en is het een aanzienlijk stukje lopen.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite with the exception of one of the two ladies in the breakfast serving area. The room was perfectly clean. The A/C seemed to not work in the middle of the night or at least the temperature went up quite a bit. The breakfast and coffee were good. We would stay here again. We did not try out the spa this trip

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit wenig Platz für unsere Sachen und der Parkplatz war ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

للأسف تجربة متعبة وما راح نكررها. وصلنا وما كان فيه أحد يساعدنا بالشنط واضطرينا نشيلها ونطلعها للغرفة بأنفسنا، وبعدها قالوا لنا ممنوع نوقف السيارة عند الفندق مع إن فيه سيارات ثانية واقفة! أعطونا عنوان لمواقف وجلسنا تقريبًا ساعة ندور عليها لين حصلناها، وطلعت بعيدة ولازم نوقف ونرجع للفندق مشي. اليوم الثاني رحنا للمواقف ولقيناها فل وما فيه أي مكان، رجعنا للفندق نستفسر وما لقينا أحد بالاستقبال وجلسنا أكثر من ساعة نحاول نلقى أي شخص يساعدنا، والفندق أساسًا مقفل والدخول له برمز سري. بالنهاية اضطرينا نوقف في مواقف بفلوس تبعد تقريبًا ربع ساعة مشي، والطريق متعب جدًا فيه صعود ونزول خصوصًا مع الشنط. ولا يوجد شطاف المكيف سئ جداً جدا جدا لا يستحق المبلغ لا انصح فيه الخدمة سيئة جدًا وموضوع المواقف متعب، وتجربة لن تتكرر

The location is great. The hotel is great. Their Aqua restaurant was great. The staff was great. We paid for a room with the outdoor jacuzzi, they gave us Room 204. We couldn’t be outside and enjoy our patio or jacuzzi without 4 other rooms watching us and the balcony floor dropping things on our patio. There is also a floor to ceiling window in the hallway near the room and elevator where anyone can look out the window, right onto our patio/jacuzzi area.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Lago di Garda! We booked the romantic package, which included a one-hour private spa session for two, a delicious tasting dinner, and a room with its own private jacuzzi. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Torbole is a fantastic location if you're looking for the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. There are several beautiful hiking and cycling trails to explore, and the village has a much more peaceful atmosphere than nearby Limone, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a dream destination, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Top Lage, gelungener Mix aus modernen Anbau an traditionellen Bestandsgebäude. Unser Zimmer verfügte über eine große Terrasse mit direkten Blick auf den See/ besser gehts nicht. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, der Blick auf den See unvergleichlich. Das Restaurant hat zwar keine Terrasse, aber der Blick und unser Tisch inkl. Panorama Blick hat es uns an nichts fehlen lassen.

Locația este excelentă, camera curata și spațioasă, iar personalul foarte amabil.

Micul dejun ar trebui completat cu mai multe produse vegane, fructe și legume.

We had a lovely room overlooking the lake; very clean and well appointed. Nice touch getting all soft drinks from mini bar included as a reward for booking direct. Staff were very helpful and inviting- will definitely return. Ps - don’t miss a meal in the restaurant- excellent!

Frühstück war phänomenal, Zimmer sind top.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas angespannt, wenn man ein- bzw. ausladen möchte. Mir persönlich haben Liegen im Außenbereich zum Entspannen gefehlt, aber das ist aufgrund der Lage wohl nicht umsetzbar.

Reception staff greeted us with a smile and complementary drinks. A very nice touch! An excellent restaurant (Aqua) with excellent food and incredible people serving us. Particular thanks to Ivano! Great guy. Breakfast was superb. Truly superb. Incredible choice, taste and a view of the Lake right in front of the hotel. Great coffee, made on demand. Our room (the last available) was the comfort room. It was basic but incredibly comfortable beds, nice bathroom and elegantly designed. Would recommend - but no view of the Lake from our particular room. Location was fantastic! We arrived by bus and left by ferry. Both conveniently located a few minutes walk from the hotel. Amazing beaches, restaurants and shops immediately surrounding the hotel.

Honestly, nothing. The people at Lago Di Garda made our stay pleasurable and unforgettable. Would highly recommend.

The room was ok. Architecture was not proper. It was for 3 person. I asked for 2 separate beds but they were very small. And there is a sofa which is not useful at all. Plus it was written that children under 18 were not allowed, but that wasn’t the case, and they make quite a noise.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It’s right by the lake, which makes it very convenient and enjoyable. The only thing I regret is not booking a room with a lake view. There are several beaches within walking distance, as well as many restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy delicious food. It was a great place to stay and explore the area

מלון נקי ושקט, ארוחת בוקר טובה וגודל חדר מתאים מאוד.

התקשורת עם אנשי הצוות קרה ולא ידידותית. אין מרחב לישיבת חברים בלובי מסודר, היינו לפני כ 8 שנים במלון והיה מקום בזה. ניסיון לשבת בלובי הקטן ליד המסעדה גרר טענות מאשי הצוות. למרות שלא התנהגו בקולי קולות, אנחנו חבורת רוכבים בני למעלה מ 70 ולא ילדים פוחזים.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We fell in love with it during our first visit, and returning here felt like coming back to a place we truly cherish. The rooms are perfectly neat, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast is an absolute highlight – the selection is huge, delicious, and there is truly something for everyone. But what makes it unforgettable is the breakfast view; enjoying your morning coffee with such a breathtaking backdrop is an experience that stays with you long after you leave. We also highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant. The food is outstanding, beautifully presented, and tastes as amazing as it looks. A huge thank you to the entire hotel and restaurant staff – everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. On top of everything, the location is brilliant, making it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surrounding towns. We will definitely be back again!

I stayed here with my family on a quick, two day vacation to Torbole. The hotel was wonderfully clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very large, and there was amazing hospitality. The proximity to the lake-beach was unbeatable, and there are many great restaurants and gelato shops just walking distance from the hotel. The room was modern, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. As someone who worries about cleanliness in hotels, I felt right at home with the spotless room and hard wood floors. Cannot wait to come back!

Badzimer war viel zu klein. Ebenso zu kleine Ablageflächen.

Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Dass Buffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Es fehlte an nichts und wenn etwas vermisst wurde konnte man das Personal fragen, der Sonderwunsch wurde erfüllt. Für unsere Fahhräder gab es einen extra Fahrradraum mit Stromversorgung für unsere E-Bikes.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Hotel Lago Di Garda und besonders das Hotelpersonal wie Zimmerservice, Frühstücksservice und Reception kann man nur lobend erwähnen. Wie fühlten uns wann auch immer wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten sehr gut aufgehoben.

Hotel sa nachádza v skvelej lokalite, ide o prerobenú staršiu budovu. Izby boli čisté a komfortné. Personál príjemný. Parkovanie je možné po rezervácii cca 600 metrov od hotela (na hotelovom parkovisku, ku ktorému sa ľahko dostanete). Hotelová reštaurácia ponúka dobrú večeru, v príjemnom a kľudnom prostredí.

Po príchode na hotel bolo v okolí recepcie cítiť pach (akoby z pokazeného odpadového potrubia). Na izbách to našťastie cítit nebolo.

Lovely hotel very boutique style, clean and hospitable, great rooms with a comfy bed, but pillows a bit hard. Breakfast good, staff helpfull would stay there again. Ideal location in lake Garda stunning views over the lake handy for resteraunt and to get the ferry round the lake.

Das Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels waren einfach SUPER. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Vom Frühstücksraum konnte man direkt auf den Gardasee gucken. Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen.

החניה של המלון במרחק 700 מטר מהמלון. תחזוקת השירותים לקויה (הניגריה נוזלת, מים יוצאים מהמקלחת לחדר הרחצה).

Best views of the lake & mountains. Not only would I stay there again but the service & location was perfect for us on our quick trip to enjoy this lake. Views of the mountains & marina was perfect. Not to over crowed allowed us to walk around explore the town without a car & eat good foods!

Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See war traumhaft. Das Frühstück war super, auch dort war der Blick auf den See wunderschön. Das Personal im Restaurant sowie an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is a small boutique hotel that is in tip top shape. Just beautiful! Our room faced the water...what a spectacular view of the lake. Our room was very quiet and the A/C was perfect for a very warm night. The room was well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous...both the service and the food.

Parking is extremely difficult. The hotel is in such a beautiful location facing the water that I imagine it is hard to have accessible parking. The parking offered to us was 600 meters away. It was closer and less expensive to park across the street in the lakeside public parking. I will say that it was worth the inconvenience to have such wonderful views of the lake while staying at the hotel.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr umfangreich.

Ein paar Informationen zum Service wären hilfreich gewesen. Warum in Zeiten von Wasserknappheit die Handtücher täglich gewechselt werden, erschließt sich uns nicht.

We booed two triple rooms here to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. The hotel is located well and overlooks the lake. The views are out of this world. There are restaurants and cafes nearby and there was a halal restaurant within a 100m which was great for us. The hotel rooms are beautiful but for us, the bathroom was amazing. It was huge and looked like a spa! It contained all the amenities required. The beds are comfortable and rooms have good space for luggage. We had breakfast included and although limited, it was fresh and topped up frequently. They offer a selection of coffees too. We stayed here for two nights and it was definitely a good choice.

The location was spectacular. Central in Torbole and right on the lake, near all the bars and restaurants and close to the ferry. The breakfast was superb. Lovely room.

The only dislike could not be helped at all. As the hotel was lakeside, the parking was a good way away. It was 600m (10 minute walk) from the hotel, but was secure. This was a little inconvenient, but understandable.

I spent 3 nights at Hotel Lago di Garda in Torbole last week. I liked the location of the hotel. It is right on the lake. There are a ton of restaurants in walking distance. It is also conveniently located close enough to the tollway to make day trips easier. The room was bigger than I expected with a huge patio with a view of the lake. One thing to be aware of is there is another hotel with the same name located 15 mins away so make sure you pick the right one when getting directions.

The location was amazing with unsurpassed views.

The outdoor spa hot tub wasn’t super private.

Tikai nedaudz piemaksājot, tikām pie izcila Comfort numuriņa ar vannu un balkonu ar skatu uz ezeru. Personāls bija ļoti laipns un visa apkalpošana augstākajā līmenī. Brokastis izcilas, ar plašu izvēli un iespēju pasūtīt vēlamo kafiju (nav tikai americano) un panorāmas skatu uz ezeru. Mūsu nākošajā ceļojumā uz Gardu, šeit atkal atgriezīsimies.
