Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location is amazing, lives up to its name, it really is central to everything, town centre, train station, restaurants and Mount Titlis cable car station all within easy walking distance. The staff were also great, very friendly and helpful.
The car park is small.

Единственное замечание к официантке Tanya во время завтрака. Она очень медлительная, когда кончались поодукты ,она не спешила принести новую порцию. Мы прождали полчаса и она так и не наполнила соки, не принесла хлеб, не добавила ветчину и сыр.

Nous avons reçu une chambre non conforme à celle réservée. Lors du déménagement j'ai oublié ma montre dans la chambre non conforme.et j'ai immédiatement signalé cette perte à la réception. Malheureusement ma montre s'est volatilisée comme par hasard et je ne l'ai jamais revue.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Der kleine Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Möglichkeit, Wasser zu kochen. Das Frühstück mit Rühr-oder Spiegelei und verschiedenen Brötchen. Und dass wir einen ruhigen Sitzplatz bekamen, als so viele Reisegruppen da waren.
Der Balkon war über dem Parkplatz mit vielen Bussen und Kleintransporter, dadurch lärmig. Es waren keinen Tee-und Kaffeebeutel vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir Teebeutel, aber Kaffeebeutel hatten sie keine. Die Zimmertüren waren dünn und schlossen schlecht, dadurch sehr lärmig.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Wir hatten ein spezielles Eckzimmer mit Balkon, das kaum über rechte Winkel verfügte. Im Zimmer waren ein Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber keine weiteren Utenilien zum Kaffee oder Tee kochen, vorhanden. Dass als Dusche nur eine Regenwalddusche, aber keine konventionelle Brause, vorhanden war, war für uns eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Betten waren sehr weich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, am ersten Morgen kontinental mit der Möglichkeit, Eierspeisen zu bestellen, und am Sonntagmorgen als grosses Buffet inkl. full English breakfast. Im Haus befindet sich auch noch ein wunderbar riechendes indisches Restaurant, das wir infolge kurzen Aufenthalts jedoch nicht besucht haben.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es können nicht alle Schweizerdeutsch, was ich interessant fand. Mit Hochdeutsch oder Englisch ging es dann aber immer. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und für die erste Nacht erhielten wir eines ohne. Nach Beschwerde meinerseits erhielten wir am nächsten Tag dann eines mit, herzlichen Dank! Die Badezimmer sind wunderbar! Das Buffet ist ausgezeichnet und vielseitig.
Allgemein sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich schalldicht. Bei Zimmern, welche direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl sind, hört man diesen regelmässig.
