Os funcionários foram todos muito gentis

O banheiro é bastante desconfortável e a cama de casal também.

A szoba nagyon beázott a tetöablaknál. A wc papir kényelmetlen helyre volt téve. Nagyon kevés a parkolohely.

The cleanliness was up to the mark.

I booked the room at this hotel and I was supposed to pay at the property. On the day when I was going to hotel, they sent me an email that my card details are invalid so confirm your payment details, and I did. I received email payment details are valid and card confirmed. Then i arrived at property, I paid amount. Later after few hours I received another email saying that my accommodation booking has been cancelled which is not possible because I had already paid. That was really bad thing. Hotel staff did this to avoid paying tax to booking.com. So for me it was a scam. But as i already paid so i completed my stay there and just left it. Room was quiet small as compared to the amountI paid. Breakfast was very normal. Location was just fine.

Geht so! Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war gut! Der Parkplatz war sehr gut!

Das Frühstück war eher schlecht, nur Supermarktware, Aufbacksemmeln und ranzige Butter. Der Kaffee war gut für Tee gabs keine Kanne. Die Lage war gut, aktuell aber große Baustelle gegenüber. Das Zimmer war klein, nur 1 Stuhl, unter dem Dach nur ein kleines Fenster

La stanza molto piccola, il letto che diceva di essere matrimoniale, invece erano due materassi singoli avvicinati che durante la notte si sono aperti ( nemmeno qualcosa per tenerli fermi ) e il parcheggio che sul sito diceva garantito mentre poi in loco ho dovuto usufruire delle strisce blu a pagamento. Tra l'altro un membro del personale mi si è rivolto in modo sgarbato e prepotente quando ho chiesto spiegazioni proprio sul parcheggio.

Σχέση ποιότητα-τιμής, δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις προσδοκίες της τιμής, οι παροχές, πχ πολύ μικρό πρωϊνό. Μακριά από το κέντρο. Και για κάποιο λόγο όταν φτάσαμε ο υπάλληλος στη ρεσεψιόν ακύρωσε την κράτηση μέσω booking , με το πρόσχημα ότι δεν ήταν έγκυρη η κάρτα μου (ενώ ήταν κανονικά) , για να πληρώσουμε στο εκεί όλο το ποσό και όχι μέσω booking και έτσι έχασα και μια κράτηση στη booking και το προνόμιο για να ανέβω σε επίπεδο 2 Genius.

All was very good, room was excellent, clean and AC was very very good. Location is very good as well and very near to public transportation that can takes you anywhere. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.

Nothing to mention, we overall enjoyed the stay very-much :)

Τα δωμάτια ήταν τρομερά μικρά σαν μικρά κελιά. Τα έπιπλα είναι πολύ παλιά. Οι παροχές δεν είναι καλές (ένα μικρό σαπουνάκι που πρέπει να το έχεις για τα χέρια και το σώμα κλπ). Το πρωινό από γνωστή αλυσίδα γερμανικών σούπερ μάρκετ. Πολύ κακή ποιότητα αν σκεφτείς ότι είσαι στη Μπολόνια μια πόλη με ωραίο φαγητό. Και πολύ πολύ πολύ ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει. Δεν είναι καν στο κέντρο. Από τον κεντρικό σταθμό είναι 40 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Hotel v dobrej lokalite. Srarší, ale čistý. My sme mali izbu hned oproti schodom - bolo pocut hluk do rannych hodin. Postele pohodlne a izba priestranna. Klimatizacia sucastou. Ranajky boli tiez fajn.

Parkovanie pred hotelom - hotel negarantuje parkovacie miesto, je ich dost malo.Hlucnejsia izba.

Es war ein Einzelbett, ich wusste gar nicht, dass es noch so schmale Betten gibt. Die Dusche ist definitiv zu eng für einen normalen Erwachsene Mann

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, i servizi sono un po datati ma puliti ed igienizzati. In camera frigo fornito di acqua. La posizione poi è veramente eccellente! Colazione ottima, varia, dal dolce al salato. Lo staff bravissimo disponibile e paziente!

Wszystko nam się podobało - i pokój, i łazienka i wygodne łóżko. Parking był realnym atutem. ŚWIETNA OBSŁUGA: mili, kompetentni i pomocni ludzie na recepcji. Recepcja całodobowa. Uśmiechnięte i miłe panie sprzątające pokoje oraz uśmiechnięte panie z obsługi przy serwisie śniadaniowym :) Śniadania dobre. Czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko Porta Maggiore di Bologna. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta.

Wszystko było OK! Byłoby jeszcze lepiej gdyby - skoro w pokoju jest kapsułkowy expres do kawy - były zapewnione w cenie kapsułki albo możliwość ich zakupu w recepcji. Można też już w ofercie pokoju napisać na jakie kapsułki expres - bylibyśmy przygotowani. Szkoda czasu na poszukiwanie właściwych kapsułek do ekspresu zamiast zwiedzania. Byliśmy trzy noce (2 osoby) i dostaliśmy 2 kapsułki.

L'hôtel est pratique pour y passer une nuit. Il y avait l'air d'y avoir certains gâteaux non industriels au petit déjeuner qui étaient bon. Il y avait la clim. Les lits étaient agréables.

Nous avons demandé un lit double et nous avons eu deux lits simples rapprochés. Le petit déjeuner était composé principalement de produits industriels ce qui est un peu décevant. Le choix était restreint. Les portes de la douche de la salle de bain ne fermaient pas complètement donc beaucoup d'eau tombait sur le sol ce qui a tout trempé. Nous recevons le prix de taxe de séjour qu'une fois arrivés sur les lieux et pas à la réservation ce qui nous laisse une "surprise" sur le prix ! Il est noté "places de parking prévues" et finalement après la réservation on nous apprend que les places sont limitées et donc dépendent des personnes déjà présentes ! (nous avions réservé cet hôtel en particulier pour la palce de parking intégrée).

Huone oli hiljainen ja siellä oli yhden yön oleskeluun tarvittava.

Huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu, josta ei ollut mitään hyötyä. Huoneen lämpötila pysyi todella korkeana, vaikka ilmalämpöpumpun sääti matalalimmalle viilennykselle.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, Parkplätze sind nur sehr wenige vorhanden, dann muss man auf die öffentliche Kurzparkzone ausweichen. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück war überschaubar. Für die Durchreise war es ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

the breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices, you can reach the center in few minutes ( 1,5 km ) the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Yogurt that was kept outside the fridge for some reason , there was a costruction yard on the other side of the street , of course is not hotel fault , but there were a plenity of rooms available on the other side of the hotel at least they couded tell me.They told they got a free parking , but when i arrived was full ( they have a total of 5-6 parking spot , means that probably is always full since the hotel have more rooms then parking stall )

Hotel bardzo sympatyczny, śniadanie na zimno w formie bufetu, wybór raczej skromny (3 rodzaje dobrych jakościowo lokalnych wędlin, żółty ser, jajko na twardo, pieczywo, płatki do mleka, coś na słodko, do tego kawa z ekspresu), ale w smaku jedzenie było dobre i spokojnie można się najeść. Hotel ma swój bezpłatny (dla gości) parking, wifi działa, okolica cicha, spokojna, do centrum (Piazza Maggiore) niecałe 2 km. Po drodze do centrum kilka miłych pizzeri/kawiarni. Do stacji kolejowej (Bolonia Mazzini) ok 1,2.

La proximité quasi immédiate de l’incomparable centre historique de Bologne.

Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Receptie personeel waren heer aardig.

Hôtel très agréable et confortable. Très bon accueil et possibilité de parking (nous sommes arrivés tôt et il restait de la place). Très bon emplacement hors de la vielle ville mais tout pour y aller à pied facilement.

Hotel molto bello in posizione strategica, di fronte all’ospedale Sant’Orsola e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bologna con un percorso tutto all’ombra dei portici di strada Maggiore.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, spaceous room and bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast was very good, ham, salami, mortadella, cheese, cakes, sweet pastry, coffee, juice. You can walk to the centre, takes 20 minutes, bus stop just near by. Bologna is so nice, for us, even nicer than Venice.

La habitación bastante grande y limpia.Precio correcto para lo que es y para pasar una noche. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

No había hueco en el parking. La chica de recepción tenía poco interés en explicar nada ni resolver dudas. Olía mucho a tabaco en la recepción. La zona de desayuno es poco agradable y el desayuno en sí no vale mucho la pena. Hay una larga caminata hasta el centro histórico de Bolonia.

Location was pretty good. Breakfast was great. There is a free parking if there is space but you can also find a parking space around. Staff was amazing. I was late for check-in. I called them before I arrived and they said no problem. Really good hotel in a good neighborhood.

Maybe its time to renovate toilets. It was clean but old.

Hotelul detine o parcare proprie gratuita mica. Eu am ajuns acolo si am fost trimis sa parchez pe strada la parcarile cu plata. Ei profita de faptul ca parcarea publica este gratuita de la 20:00 la 08:00.

Bon accueil à la réception. Par chance il restait une place de parking libre, un vrai avantage. Bonne climatisation dans la chambre. Personnel de l'hôtel au petit déjeuner et à la réception au top.

Arredamento datato, cuscini scomodi e scopettino del WC ossidato/arrugginito. Servizio lavanderia caro (Credo che sia a causa che si riversano su una ditta esterna).

Un gros problème de porte de douche qui s’est brisée intégralement lorsque ma fille a voulu se doucher. La salle de bain et la chambre ont été rempli de débris de verre. Deux légères coupures au doigt et au pied. La réceptionniste ne s’est pas déplacée pour constater les dégâts, car elle était seule. Elle a donné les clés d’une autre chambre pour se doucher et une pelle et un balaie pour nettoyer ! Je ne m’attendais pas à une telle réaction !
