Reviewed Aug 25, 2025The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025I most liked the price. Hotels in Niagara on the Lake are very expensive in summer. I would stay here again. It was no frills but nice and clean. It took us a while to find the proper building but that was likely from not reading the signs properly.

there was some light coming through the blinds at night- I should have brought an eye mask if I had one. I totally get that you might not want to invest in black out blinds but I would have appreciated them

The air conditioner was very loud, and kept me awake. The kitchen and bathroom lights are inadequate - these rooms are WAY too dark. Working at the kitchen sink was impossible - too dark to see while preparing food, etc.

Mattress was way too hard as were the pillows. Room 419 needs new blinds in room A as well as the lamp shades need to be replaced as they are all stained. The doors and frames need a paint as well as the carpets in the hallways as well as the elevator area definitely needs to be painted and carpets replaced as there are holes.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Excellent location, next to Niagara Outlets and easy access to Niagara Falls. It was great having two bedrooms for my wife and I and our daughters. The kitchen facility and full fridge were useful. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Not much, everything was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025If you’re looking for a place to stay that is accessible to Niagara on the lake or Niagara Falls this is definitely the place to be. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton but it’s a place to sleep and you’re not too far from Niagara Falls. The states are Niagara on the lake.

Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!

The room smelled like smoke/ dirty. The blinds did not work and there was no window coverings.

Isabella was very helpful with check-in and the property was very clean and quiet. Outlet shopping and dining was only a 5 minute drive and historic Niagara on the Lake was only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025I appreciated finding a location to stay near the Shaw Festival that was within my budget. It was also close to Niagara Falls, which I hadn’t been to since I was a kid. The room was clean, comfortable and had a full size fridge, which was handy since I was also going camping. I also appreciated the food selections in the activity room, reasonably priced and the scan check system was easy to use.
The Tv in the room was not great, since there was no guide, but I didn’t need to watch TV anyway.
