The hospitality staff were friendly.

We didn’t get the room we had reserved, I asked to be moved and staff said that they would contact me. I never received a call to move even though I was told that many guests were checking out and it was possible. Our room had a musty smell, broken desk chair that my son almost fell out of. The change rooms for the pool were dilapidated and dirty. When I checked in, it took a while as the night staff couldn’t find my booking, I showed him the reservation and the room I had booked. Instead they gave me a different room that was in desperate need of repair. Including a mini fridge that had mild inside.

It was clean, and the staff were so friendly and kind. I liked having the restaurant there for breakfast and dinner and while the pool is a smaller pool it's clean and my kiddo enjoyed using it. I had a nice stay and the staff really were so friendly and helpful it made it a nice stay.

I wish the restaurant was open all day because the food was yummy!

The best part of our stay was that we got 2 rooms, one for sleeping and another for work. Very convenient!!

The air-conditioners are loud, and I had difficulties adjusting the temperature/air-flow.

The staff was friendly and patient. The restaurant food was delicious. The room was a pleasant surprise and nicer than the four points in Lanham MD. For the price I expected just that. But it was beautiful architecture snuggled in a quiet area close to the municipal building and across the road from one of Canada's famous Tim Taylor. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel charges $7.50 a night for parking, which seems like a money grab based on location and amount of parking available.

The upgrade was a really nice surprise. I caught the hotel at a bit of a delay in expected guests thanks to the storms so a lot of rooms were empty, the staff upgraded me to a full suite for free, which was great since I was mostly there to hang out with my friends in the region.

Location suited my needs. Nothing else is worth mentioning or praising.

This is the longest review I’ve ever written, but I felt it was warranted given how disappointed I was with my stay. At roughly $400 per night, I expected a much better experience. Instead, I felt like I overpaid significantly for what was offered. The room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to open and unpack a suitcase. The carpet was so dirty that it felt sticky when I walked on it barefoot. There was no proper work desk or bedside tables. The only table between the two queen beds was tiny, and the beds themselves felt smaller than expected. There was also a narrow shelf under the TV that barely had enough room for a small laptop. The bedding & towels were also disappointing. The down pillows were completely flat and provided no support. The bedding had stains and tears, and some of the seams were already coming apart. bath towels were fraying along the edges with loose threads. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, which I found surprising. Complimentary coffee was only available on weekdays and only until 10 a.m. Food was another issue. The breakfast buffet was $25 per person per day, and the hotel restaurant was quite expensive. Since there aren’t many dining options nearby other than a McDonald’s, Subway, and a pizza shop, you’re somewhat limited unless you’re willing to drive elsewhere. Parking was also not included. Even the handful of spots directly beside the hotel weren’t free. The larger lots in front of the property are public paid parking lots, which cost about $7 per day. Housekeeping was supposed to occur every other day, but my room wasn’t cleaned until I specifically requested it. During my three-night stay, I never felt that the room or overall experience justified the price. If you’re considering staying here primarily because it’s close to Brock University, I’d suggest looking at other options first. In my opinion, you can find cleaner, more comfortable accommodation for a fraction of the price

We arrived at this hotel for our nephews wedding which was steps away at City Hall. Donovan welcomed us with open arms. He provided with an upgrade to a King suite. He arranged for the newlywed couple to have an excited on their special day. His kindness made the entire occasion so special

Very good breakfast - well worthwhile booking in advance. We have stayed in this hotel many times before and it is always a good nights sleep - the suites are very spacious.

We have stayed here many times before but this time we had a very small bathroom which was difficult since I am disabled.

This is the fanciest Four Point I have stayed in Canada so far. It is very spacious and I wonder if the building itself may be another hotel such as an Embassy Suites before. The restaurant menu is pretty pricey, but the food (for dinner) is decent. The swimming pool is a bit small and out of the way for my comfort. The room is a suite and tastefully decorated, but I did not find any USB port in the bedroom to charge my phone. (Another clue for an old building even though the renovation is well done except the bathroom door frame and towels.) It was a very snowy day but no underground parking even though the hotel charges $7 parking fee. (I only stayed for one night!) This is a surprise since the location of St Catherines is not like Toronto downtown. The snow shovel job was well done when I left at 7:30am in the morning for work. It’s a comfortable and relaxing stay nonetheless.

Walkway from parking lot to hotel entrance was not cleared of snow. Definitely a safety hazard. The new $7 charge for parking is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. The hotel charges have already increased more than other hotels. At these prices, breakfast should be included.

The dog friendly atmosphere was really appreciated. We booked a suite with a king bed and it was very spacious and the perfect for what we were looking for. The hotel lobby was nice and clean, the hotel overall seemed clean/ smelt clean. The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, 2 tv’s lots of storage, a pull out couch and a lot of seating which was appreciated.

This is just feedback but the room we were put in was very worn out, there were alot of scratches on the walls, the floor was peeling, no bathroom fan, but it was more aesthetics than cleanliness. Wondering if they put us in an older room bc of our dog? They also put us upstairs on the 3rd floor in a corner room which made it nice and quiet for us but it was a far walk to bring our dog outside to pee. First floor would have made more sense… esp since the hotel was dead and not busy on a monday. We would still recommend this hotel. But just want to be transparent, so that people are not expecting newer high end suites.

Staff was great. Breakfast food was good. Parking convenient but surprised I have to pay for it now. When in the past I never paid for parking on all my trips there.

Bathroom needs more of an update than just tile in the shower. It is a little dated and worn severely. Toilet is very short to the floor. Doesn't even feel like a standard size, let alone a comfort height. Same with the pull out bed. It was acceptable but it is a little worn out. The furniture in the rooms is pretty dated and dark and really add a ordinary feel to the stay. The rest of the hotel look and feel is dated as well.

There was a big confusion at the desk, check in, they double charge us for the deposit. To this day, I am honest, I am not sure if is resolved. They were insistent against my objections and proceeded to use two cards anyway. I felt, they cam across as a little cold, uninvolved - disinterested.

Service is so so. When we arrived at check in time, the room is not ready, and staff is very cold.

A few food things to share - Carolina in the bar was friendly and attentive; Venisha at front desk also helpful. Improvement needed: Chicken sandwich was dry and appeared to be chicken strips and not a chicken breast. The lights under the 'canopy' never worked despite my mentioning it several times over three nights. I was told, "The breaker must have tripped, Maintenance will have to fix it". It is extremely dangerous to walk from a well-lit parking lot to a dark entrance that spans 30 feet. The king size bed in room 2010 needs to be replaced--it was THE WORST hotel bed I have ever slept on. Lighting in the bedroom and bathroom also needs to be enhanced, as it was very dark despite all window shades open and lights on.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I celebrated my birthday in one of their rooms, and it was such a wonderful experience. My friends came over, and we had an amazing time — everything was perfect. The hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to. I’m so thankful to the staff for accommodating all my requests and helping make my birthday both memorable and convenient for everyone. Highly recommended!

Room was clean. Coffee maker didn't work. For what you pay for a tea I would expect it to be served with a tea pot not a cup of hot water with a bag to the side.

We choose this hotel as it was close to Brock University for home coming weekend. For some reason the rates were inflated for this weekend and we paid over $400 per night and had very high expectations. The good. The hotel was clean and the room was very clean no issues that way..The lobby presented a very inviting atmosphere The bad. I have stayed in hotels where they change the sheets every other day but they at least come in and make the beds and remove the garbage. Here I paid over $400 for absolutely no service at all. The bathroom left a great deal to be desired. It was small, now the toilet was so low that they might as well have had a hole in the floor. The toilet paper was on the opposite wall and could not be reached without getting up. Dining room. The night we arrived we ate in the dining room. The food was good and the service was excellent however there were minor hockey teams staying tin the hotel and they were running wild yelling ans screaming which carried down to the dining room. While the room was clean part of the curtain was torn off and paint was peeling on the window sill. The view. out our window as of a courtyard that was in dire neeed for an update. rooms tend to be noisy at times as the floors are not carpeted and we had people constanfly dragging furniture across the floor
