Curtains couldn't be closed completely because some hooks were missing or not in place. Tiles were broken in the bathroom, dirty rugs, basically rooms need renovation

Very old building, dirty carpet, floor tiles were broken and almost loose, curtains didn't close completely. Definitely needs a renovation.

location was tough area for traffic. 6-8am it takes 40mins to go 2 miles. Same in evening 5-7pm. Hotel staff told me not to use taxis they are not safe and to use uber. also told me to stay at hotel because the town is not safe.

Muy bonito desde que entras, cuarto amplio y muy limpio. Camas muy comodas, baño grande, el cuarto tiene de todo, cafetera, escritorio de trabajo, TV con cable, closet, agua. Vale cada peso que se paga. Hotel silencioso con bonita vista, estacionamiento de renta para semana por si viajas, precio accesible y no necesitas reserva previa para dejar tu auto. Tienen un comedor bueno y servicio al cuarto. Tienen Van otra llevarte al aeropuerto y recogerte. Personal muy amable.

Os funcionários e o café da manhã são os grandes destaques do hotel. Nota 1000 para ambos!

O quarto é muito antigo e cheira a mofo. O chuveiro/banheiro tem bastante a melhorar, inclusive a limpeza do box.

Long Airport layover so we decided to rest before next flight, close to airport and had a restaurant for dinner with good food

We had a 6 hour delay at the air port due to the Microsoft mishap, so we arrived to the hotel around 1am. Jonas was the receptionist that night and he helped us to get the shuttle from the air port to the hotel ans check us in fast and simple. The only if was that some of their power plants were not working so the lobby and restaurant area was hot and some of the elevators didn't. I arrived on Monday to to leavf my vehicle in the hotel for my flight and I had lunch at the restaurant, I ordered arrachera well done and it didn't looked well done and the meat was hard and chewy which surprised me because they have good meat in Monterrey.

Room quality

Parking lot was easily accessible, staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, excellent service. The hotel was conveniently down the street from the airport in Monterrey, very safe at night.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a desk and a lounge chair in the room. Multiple outlets by the beed to charge devices. The staff were very helpful. They had filtered ICE!

Only problem was I wanted a king bed and got two doubles

Some misunderstanding with the transport facility from the airport to the hotel.

First time here, two night stay. I can't think of any negatives. Airport shuttle was quick. Bar and some light eats were well tended. Nicer and better maintained than other airport hotels for the price. The workers seem to look out for you like they have been trained. Feels like it is well managed with happy workers. The really good restaurant virtually next door (El Papalote) makes this hotel super appealing too.

Stayed for an overnight. Hotel is just by the airport. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was about a 4 minute ride for $200 pesos. Ubers were charging about $340 pesos for the same ride. The room was clean and spacious. We ordered room service, and the food was great and was delivered to our room in less than 20min. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport. We just did not know about it when we got there. Great for a quick stay.

Waited way too long for a meal in the restaurant

Didn’t like the shuttle only working 5am-10pm and having to take a Uber for a property advertised by Expedia having a shuttle service and no time limits. Didn’t like noisy AC system and overall lack of noise insulation from neighbors and overhead flights.

Ice machine not working. No cups for coffee inside the room. AC working intermittently. Staff visited and fixed but second day same situation.

The hotel is in bad maintenance. The carpet border was coming off the wall. The entire room felt stuffy and smelled of dirty carpet. The climate control was not working (room overheated) and the windows locked up, even though the design of them was meant to be openable. The staff and service was very good, I can't complain about that.

Kinds staffs, but lack of knowledge about their own facility made me waste more than an hour after midnight until settiling in. Disfunctional phone made me unsuccessful in calling the front desk.

Restaurant staff was very nice and accommodate English-speaking. All Amenities closed. POOL CLOSED. The website is misleading. Pictures look great but resort is not that good. Go somewhere else. Bait amd switch

Just stood for a night before an early flight. Everything was ok.

Room was generally clean and in good condition eccept for a sticky stain on the tile floor, between the hallway and bedroom junction. The breakfast was tasty and personal were courteous and friendly. Will definitely recommend and continue to return.

The place is exceptionally clean people are very cautious of the COVID-19 property was great but cheap tickets did not tell me that the pool was closed and nearly all amenities were closed down due to the COVID-19 I asked for possible discount because of this but they advised me that wasn’t an option. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Not like a Crown plaza. I waa was expecting more. Good price
