Reviewed Jun 7, 2026excellent location right in the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. spacious room and almost everything is in place. Buffet breakfast and dinner were quite good and reasonable in cost. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay quite pleasant, in particular, Ms Devu, Indu, went out of her way to keep ready our rooms by noon, when our group checked in. we booked 9 rooms, May 30-01 April.
paper napkin or tissue paper could be kept in the room, however I am told that it is available on request. otherwise, no negatives at all.

Reviewed May 29, 2026It was a comfortable stay. The staff were nice. Rooms were adequate and near shopping areas. The breakfast spread though not as lavish as some 5 star hotel was superb. So tasty. Had idlis so soft with that thick coconut chutney that I am still thinking about them. Arrived at 2 am and they were still so pleasant at the reception

Reviewed May 24, 2026Excellent value for money. The property is very light , clean and welcoming, the staff are humble and attentive, and the spa services are exceptionally good. Very satisfied with the overall stay.
One small point to mention was the smell in the room, which may have been from the air freshener. It was not totally unpleasant, but the fragrance felt quite strong and was not really to my personal preference, although my wife did not seem to be bothered by it.
