Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Good location where you can walk down to the ferry port to get the ferry to fort kochi for just 6 rupees. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Good value for money, very clean hotel with good WiFi, comfortable and quiet rooms with buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff und helpful security people in the parking lot.
The "all-you-can-eat buffet" offered in the evening was a disaster. The staff was completely untrained and overwhelmed. Ordered drinks never arrived. They had to get my beer from the bar, and paying for it was a nightmare. Definitely avoid this buffet!

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026A very nice hotel by any standards. Beautiful reception , huge rooms with big double bed and large bathroom with rainfall shower. Breakfast superb as part of package. Hotel has lovely roof top but a better 3rd floor restaurant and bar. So impressive
If you want to be in the heart of Fort Kochi it is a metro boat away and complex to get back to hotel after boat finishes at 8.30 ... however for me hotel made up for it!!

La réception pas toujours dynamique. le taxi de l'hôtel pour se rendre à l'aéroport est cher. La vue n'est pas merveilleuse , mais en Inde c'est fréquent

Bis Mitternacht dröhnte eine Disco 3 Stockwerke unter uns, daß der Boden dröhnte und die Betten vibrieren. Es war Samstag, aber dennoch für ruhe- und schlafbedürftige Menschen eine Zumutung.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage war sehr gut. Einmal über die Straße und man war am Wasser. Die Wassermetro zum Fort Kochi war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Qutar Air hatte eine einstündige Verspätung. Der Taxifahrer, der mich hätte abholen sollen, ist einfach wieder gefahren. Ich musste mir am Flughafen eigenständig eine Ersatzfahrt suchen. Da ich eine schwere Sehbehinderung habe, war das äussterst unangenehm.

As we were leaving early and were offered packed breakfast, this fell way short of expectation. Dry, crumbly bread slices supplied with butter and jam but nothing to spread it with. Not much of anything. Could’ve done a lot better.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Amazing hotel, clean rooms, especially liked the bathroom. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Bar is very nice, great alcoholic beverages selection and I especially liked that you can order food in the bar as well. Room service was also exceptional, food was delicious.
Limited food options for breakfast for non Indians and coffee was bad. Lots of noise in the hallway in the early morning.

Reviewed Nov 27, 20251. Good spread of breakfast meals even though they were not warm enough when left at the buffet table 2. The hotel staff from the Bell Boy , to the Check-In staff and the restaurant crew were courteous and helpful.
1. They were unable to open the safe deposit locker for me, despite few maintenance staff came with master keys, and this was to put my valuables before going out. Matter was reported during checkout. 2. The management should improve on their document tardiness as there were spelling mistakes such as "Sinature" for "Signature", and at the hotel restaurant wrote "OTAS" instead of "OATS" label in the food counter. 3. I stayed in ROOM 602, and occasionally outside was slightly noisy perhaps the maintenance office was nearby.

Ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację , jeśli chce się zrobić zakupy na pobliskim targu (Broadway), znajduje się również w niedalekiej odległość od stacji metra. Zdecydowanie przewyższył nasze oczekiwania .
Należy popracować nad czystością pod prysznicem.

Absolutely generous and delicious breakfast with great variety. Location was perfect, easy walk to cliff restaurants and shopping. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will be very happy.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Kochi!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Staff were very helpful. Check-in/ checkout were efficient. Breakfast was quite ok.. Lunch was very good, at a reasonable price. The room was relatively small, but clean and well-maintained. The toilet was clean and adequate.
Wi-fi was almost non-functional. The access from the main road is very crowded during the peak hours, and parking space is not generally available in the evenings.
