Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Had a very good experience. Overall people at the front desk. Desk were awesome. Wish that a buffet was included at no extra charge. Swimming pool was nice.

It’s getting a little rundown since the last few times we’ve been there. It does look like they’re doing some upgrades, hopefully because I really like staying here but also want to enjoy my stay. If you stay by a balcony be prepared for vehicle noise. Or hearing people talking.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The kitchen staff was great, no complaints there. I called and asked if dogs were allowed which was a yes. I booked a King bedroom and I was placed into a room with two twin beds. Somebody else got upgraded with the king room I had booked and when asked if they could move us to another room, front desk gentleman just said it’s not his problem. I use booking.com a lot and this is the first time a staff member said it’s not his problem. I won’t be staying at that hotel anymore.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El personal de hotel muy amable en especial una chica que estuvo en el turno. En general el hotel y ubicación están muy bien por el precio, además que incluye desayuno gratuito y lo mejor es que es en un horario amplio.
En la habitación solo había una conexión de luz, eso dificulto el conectar mis enchufes para mi compu y planchar mi ropa ya que la conexión estaba por el baño. Hay que considerarlo en caso de ir por trabajo como en mi caso. Fuera de eso todo bien.

We had planned our day around this reservation, and being notified so late left us with very few alternatives. I expected much better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

The room was decent. The AC did not work well. Nights were very hot with AC turning off. The showers had absolutely zero hot water. Everyday we showered with cold water. Our room was near the staff area and they were very loud early in the mornings. Not allowing us to sleep in past 7am.

I was disappointed with my experience regarding the complimentary breakfast. When I booked through Booking.com, the reservation stated that free breakfast was included for me and my guests. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the complimentary breakfast only applied to two adults and did not include my children. I explained that I had added my daughters to the reservation when booking, but the staff advised that they do not honor complimentary breakfast for children, even when they are included on the reservation. This information was not clearly communicated during the booking process and resulted in unexpected additional costs. I believe the breakfast policy should be stated more clearly to avoid confusion for families traveling with children.

When we arrived on our first day, we were assigned a room with a noticeable sewage smell, and the shower drained very poorly. It made the room quite unpleasant to stay in. The next morning, we spoke with Sandra at the front desk. She was kind, understanding, and promptly moved us to another room. That simple but thoughtful action completely transformed our vacation experience from disappointing to excellent. We truly appreciated her outstanding service. Because of her service, we can easily tell others how great the hotel is, and we can see ourselves going back. Thanks Sandra!

Lo que no nos gustó, es que pedimos un cuarto para incapacitados y el que nos dieron no tenía ni siquiera un sujetamanos 😔

Charging extra for visitors when you have a two beds room. Lied about the free breakfast when actually was only 200 points which is not enough for to have breakfast meal for two people. Hiring bilingual staff would be a plus!
