Mercure Sapporo

쇼핑후 숙소에 짐 두고 다시 밥 먹으러 나갈 수 있는 최적의 위치, 공항버스정류장도 가까워요. 도심지에 있어 시끄럽지 않을까 싶었는데 방음이 잘 되었는지 조용했어요. 캐리어 필 수 있어 좋았어요. 체크아웃이 키반납함이라니 너무 좋잖아요.

장기간 투숙하면 청소를 한다고 했는데 청소하는 날 숙소와서 방을 보니 잘 정리되어있었으나 바닥에 제가 먹다 흘린 빵부스러기는 그대로 있었어요.

Location is so convenient. Lots of delicious parfait and food nearby. Nestled right near the Yokocho ramen alley and within walking distance to Odori Park and Tanukikoji. The room felt nice and spacious and the staff are very helpful.

交通、購物和吃東西都便利的位置。室內相對比便宜的飯店大間，以價格帶來說是不錯的住宿選擇

缺點算是很多日本飯店的問題，手機無法投影電視，但這在其他國家很少遇到這種狀況

繁華街にあるものの、部屋で過ごしているときに音が気になるようなことがなくて良かった。 レンタカーを利用していたので、敷地内に駐車場があり助かった。

アメニティ類は最低限で、化粧水やボディミルクといったものはなく、水も250mlほどの小さなパックだけ。 コーヒーやお茶もいれられないのでせめて500mlのペットボトルくらいは欲しかった。 空気清浄機よりバゲージラックやコーヒーマシンなどを置いて欲しい。

Location was great. Right in Susukino, close to many of the main things in the area. Rooms were larger than expected. Smaller fridge than other hotels, but nothing too bad. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied and will consider staying here again.

Just nitpicky stuff like a smaller fridge and water, small lobby...absolutely nothing that would make it bad. I really have nothing bad to say about the property.

Location is very convenient at susukino, very easy to find. Opposite of the Kani shogun as a landmark.

Location is great and convenient. Many F & B nearby hotel, very near to subway station and the hotel are near to bus station direct to New Chitose airport and from New Chitose airport to Susukino bus station. Walking distance to Cocono Susukino shopping mall, Kinojikoji shopping street, Nijo market.

1.The bathroom especially bathtub area cleanliness need to improve. 2.At night, the room light is not bright enough.

La stanza era minuscola e a stento riuscivamo a camminare. Avevamo 3 valigie e la culla per il bambino che ci limitava ancora di più.

No individual thermostat in the rooms. Different people prefer different temperature settings. Never seen that before. Also, suggest to leave the window open, it cooled the room a little bit then you can hear the crowd loudly in the early morning. Unacceptable

ฉันจองห้องพัก ไว้ 2 ห้อง มี 1 ห้องที่เรา เข้าพัก ในโถชักโครก เปิดมา มีเส้นผม เยอะมาก และกระดาษทิชชู เต็มเลย โดยไม่มีการกดทิ้ง เราเลยต้องกด เองคะ

エコーを全面に打ち出していますがそれなりの価格設定なので、アメニティ、部屋掃除は考えて頂きたいです。 特にシーツ交換を毎日交換してもらえるのがホテルだと思っています。

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient and there’s a convenience store beside the hotel.

Location is amazing; 3min away from bus and train stations, from shopping center and delicious local stores, restaurants and more. It is very close to the Susukino Venue of the Snow Festival and not far from Odori Park. Facilities are also nice; normal amenities package; and buffet breakfast. The staff is amazing - they helped with restaurant reservation and luggage storage; and they speak very good English too. The room is spacious and it even has nespresso machine.

To be honest, nothing. Seriously. I know I had better breakfast at other places like Sheraton but it's irrelevant to compare. Mercure's breakfast is really good too with a lot of variety.

Overpriced. Rooms were not cleaned properly each day.

We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel Sapporo and it was perfect for us. The central location is excellent, and the fact that the Niseko Resort Liner picks up directly from the hotel made our trip incredibly easy. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and check-in was quick and friendly. A great choice for a short stay in Sapporo.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet, fairly standard for a hotel, and a bit pricey for what was offered.

Laundry area waiting time is too long, hope the hotel adds more laundry machine in the future.
