Reviewed Sep 1, 2026My fiance lost his set of keys while we were going around Sapporo. We asked the reception staff if they could help us call the establishments that we might have left the keys. Ichi (not sure if her full name is "Ichihara") helped us call the underground mall, uniqlo, etc, and were able to find the missing set of keys. I've stayed previously with family in other Daiwa Roynet locations, and the experience has always been good. We'll definitely book this hotel chain again when we visit Japan/
nothing. Everything was good.

良く言えば、安定感がある。 悪く言えば変わり映えはしない。 でも、いつも泊まってしまう。

Reviewed May 8, 2026機場快線出來到札幌後接著走地下道可以接東豐線，搭2站到豐水 走5號出口上來經過一個轉角即可到達飯店 距離NIKKA地標只有5分鐘不到路程 距離貍小路和二條市場也都非常接近 如果有興趣逛街晃晃的話可以慢慢散步走到電視塔 上去看看風景 樓下看看花 晚上周邊還有非常多拉麵店營業至晚上12點左右 房型是有乾溼分離的 整體算大 窗戶能夠自由開關 不怕悶
電梯每次經過2樓，也就是櫃台所在的樓層都會停滯，不是誤觸是每次都會停留! 房間內有多一份枕頭不知道為什麼很.....硬?? 床上的就很正常 有點奇怪 可能是為了喜歡硬枕頭的顧客準備!

こちらのホテルには全く問題ないのですが、すすきのという立地は、便利ではありますが、外国人観光客のマナーがイマイチで、次回は大通りか札幌駅寄りにしようかなという思いがあります。

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026位置就在博野，離主要的十字路口一個街口，如果要走到貍小路逛街，或是二條市場，都很近。雖然飯店本身沒有停車場，但是隔壁的TIMES是合作的停車場，而且有邊門可以相通，樓下有一間7-11，採買很方便。
早餐的選擇太少，每天餐食選項都一樣，位置太少

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026電話に出た男性と、受付のスタッフの連携が取れていないもしくは男性がマニュアルを理解していない 提携の駐車場の確認電話をした際に、出し入れ自由、駐車料金はかからないと言われたので、朝市等いくために出し入れしたら最終日に合算の金額を払ってくださいとフロントから言われた そんな大した金額ではないので普通に払いましたが、それなら最初に言っていて欲しい、追加で料金がかかるのはこちらも身構えてしまう、後味が悪い 部屋内は綺麗でした ただ、浴槽周辺髪の毛が落ちすぎています 特に、仕切りのシャワーカーテン付近 全く無しにすることは難しいのはわかりますが、30秒でも確認されてみてはどうでしょうか 頑張ってみてください

Main attractions- Hokkaido Shrine,Clock tower, Tv tower, nijo market, Tanukikoji street , few halal restaurants are reachable by walking. 7-eleven, Lawson just next door. Airport transfer bua station about 200m of walking.
Room space a bit small for 4 people. But that was the largest room that they have..
