Das Gelände war ansprechend, Feuerstelle, große Gartenanlage, Tennisplatz, etc.

Das Zimmer war komplett renovierungsbedürftig, Teppiche alt und eklig, Betten auch eher alt, außerdem hat es nicht gerade gut gerochen. Badezimmer war ok.

Perfect location for the Franconia Notch loop or Flume Gorge. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast food: eggs (a bit watery), turkey sausages, pork sausages, home fries, bagels/bread, muffins, cereal, juice, etc. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Beautiful setting and scenery, very well laid out. Landscaping was gorgeous especially around the pool and little pond.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a good general breakfast. Location to the park was good. The carpet on the floor was a little dated in our room.

We had to change rooms the first room we're smelly and stinky With no scenery we called the front desk and asked to move our room and they happily did for us the stay was good but in the beginning was not so good because it was a bad room The room smelled moldy and had a bad snow coming from it almost made us sick But we did call the front desk and ask to move our room to a better room and they did Move us to a better room that had a nice scenery The staff was very nice And accommodating

Breakfast was great. Location is amazing! Arcade was cool! Indoor, Outdoor pool options was nice. Jacuzzi and sauna so relaxing. The grounds and outside area of hotel are beautiful and well kept up. We also used the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make S’mores

Honestly, the restaurant wasn’t that great. Small portions (especially side items) and felt over charged. Perhaps bigger side item portions would make the plate fuller. Steak needed more seasoning. Drinks were good.

I liked how beautiful they actually made the outside of the hotel and how comfortable and relaxing it was just to sit outside. I love that they have a restaurant because that makes meals easy. I liked that they had a game room and indoor and outdoor pools.

Le personnel était très gentil. Les lieux étaient propres. Le déjeuner était au-delà de nos attentes.

La seule chose, et c'est personnel, les lits étaient mous. Nous ont préfère un lit plus ferme.

Breakfast was not my favorite. Scramble eggs were really runny. Sausage was undercooked. Had a stomach ache that night.

All the spider webs in ceiling cleaned and I found a bug under sheets.

The place is kind of run down. They have done things like add plastic decking to the patios but it just barely hides the old materials. Hot tub and indoor pool were absolutely packed. One other item, pet friendly room does not include a pet. There is an extra fee for that. On site restaurant burned and is closed.

What a beautiful resort! Well tended but not fancy. Loved all the flowers and the pond and landscaping. Obviously not a luxury resort. Just a really great motel with multiple buildings and pools and recreation. I enjoyed just relaxing at poolside. The hot tub was rejuvenating. Pleasant place and pleasant staff. And really all the guests were pleasant too! Just a friendly place.

None of the reviews I saw mentioned how the back of the resort was bordered by I-93 so the farthest west rooms would be hearing constant road noise, especially semis at night. I think that would be helpful, just to set expectations and maybe guide a new guest to reserve a more central room. Yes I would stay there again. Breakfast was meh. I know they made an effort but eggs and sausage were 2 notches worse than mcdonalds and the coffee was weak. Bagels and waffles were good.

The room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold offerings. The grandkids loved the outdoor pool as the weather was hot. Nice indoor pool for the cold weather. And it is right next door to Whale's Tail. What i really liked is that the place seemed like a comfortable, old-fashioned resort. And the restaurant on site was fantastic and reasonably priced, as was the resort itself.

There was a good amount of outdoor games. Was very homey having wooden bridges and benches outside.

Layout for breakfast was disorganized, had to make waffles at far end then go to opposite end for whipped cream. Was missing waffle toppings. Needed another meat option for breakfast. Indoor pool was very cold and small, made it very crowded in the evening. Hot tub jets are basically non existent. Only one was working.

I loved how spacious and beautifully maintained the grounds were — flowers and hummingbirds everywhere and staff constantly tending to the property. The view from our room overlooking the pond was gorgeous, and the kids were thrilled with both the indoor and outdoor pools. The fire pit, gazebo, and outdoor seating at each room made the whole place feel warm and inviting.

They accommodated an early check-in. Location is closr to everything.

The air conditioner was so loud. Nit the normal hum but a loud clunky grinding noise. Which we ended up having to shut off to sleep which made the room hot to sleep.

Love the location! Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning This is my 3rd time staying and all positive experiences. I really like that they offer different room sizes, 2 rooms with 3 queen beds, to accommodate your needs.

The property was gorgeous! So beautiful at night. They offer lots to do, we enjoyed the pools and the fire pit. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was delicious! They were really on top of keeping all the food stocked, hot and fresh. The restaurant next door was good as well. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Convenient location

Little more dated than advertised

The bed was very comfortable and I liked how we could park right outside our room and walk the property easily. There was laundry on site and my kids and myself loved the game room. Check in was easy. A bang for your buck depending on what your expectations are.

The property itself was outdated, our room had a mildewy smell, the breakfast was alright. We were there during a heat wave and the halls had no AC and there was one in the game room however you would not be able to tell unless you were right up against it. Had they put another AC in there and kept the door closed it would have been more pleasant. The pools seemed like they were trying to be maintained but could have done better. The indoor pool had a smoke alarm beeping on low battery the whole time we were in there. They had all the amenities they said they did however again it was outdated and low effort put in to maintain...they were just there. I am not one to complain typically so I did not bring up or complain about any of this to staff.

Staff was excellent! Room was nice, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Pool was great, clean and refreshing. Restaurant on site was a plus!

Not the fault of the resort but the guests on the weekend were very loud, especially the room above us! Funny thing is, it was a couple with one child. They pretty much let her run wild, jumping off the beds, banging on the floor, well into the 12am hour.

Staff was helpful and very nice. plenty to do around resort.

As a adult couple the area can seem a little desolate, to us city folk this was a downside but I could see it being a positive for some. The main light has a bright white led bulb, would prefer a softer light for the main room, we ended up using the entrance and closet lights instead of the main. Tv is totally locked down, which I wouldn't mind but you cant even pull up a TV guide. Casting from a personal device is locked out

It was great, room excellent, pool and games room. Sports bar and restaurant really good, great staff. Wanted to watch World Cup soccer, which was fine but in silence as it was bingo night! Bingo was a great laugh!!! Staff and locals all top fun
