Nothing, everything was fantastic

Die Villen sind mit den privaten Pools hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Essen in den beiden Restaurants ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist ruhig und nicht überlaufen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch im Beachclub ist das Service sehr gut. Wir hatten auch 2 Massage-Behandlungen - auch diese waren hervorragend.

Die Anlage ist nicht direkt am Strand. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca 5- 10 Min über einen Fußweg - es ist aber auch jederzeit unkompliziert möglich ein Shuttle zwischen Beachclub und Lobby bzw. Villa zu bestellen. Im Meer kann man nur am Vormittag schwimmen gehen, da ab Mittags Ebbe ist.

ゆったりした空間で 非常にのんびりできました。 清掃 も 良いタイミングで1日に2度入っていただけて清潔に過ごすことができました。 ホテルのクッキーがとても美味しかったです。

最終日の夜にシャワーが水しか出ず 修復を試みていただきましたが22時を過ぎてもなおらず、子供がいたためこれ以上お待ちすることができず、 スパなど 空いているシャワーを使わせてもらいたいとお願いしましたが、もうなったと言っていると 修理の方からの報告を鵜呑みにし 水しか出ないことを確認もせずに時間ばかりが過ぎました。 結局何の対応もしてもらえず寒い中水シャワーを浴びました。。。 それまでは とても良い ホテルだと思っていたのに がっかりしました。

Всё супер! Очень доброжелательный персонал! Убирали виллу два раза в день. Каждый день клали печеньки и фрукты, днем приносили чай с вкусняшками. Море в 5 минутах ходьбы со своими пляжем, лежаками и баром. Завтрак по меню, всё очень вкусно. Вилла и бассейн шикарны!

Мы провели на вилле 5 прекрасных ночей . Вилла идеальная ,большой бассейн ,отличные завтраки ,на пляж пешком около 6-7мин,у нас вилла была ближайшая к выходу на пляж. На пляже немного лежаков ,но мы приходили и всегда были свободные .На пляже очень вкусная еда по меню и там самая вкусная пицца ,которую мы когда либо ели . Сервис был на высочайшем уровне ,два раза в день меняли полотенца ,вечером приходили и готовили виллу ко сну . Заказывали завтраки на виллу,ещё раз повторюсь сервис на высшем уровне и ненавязчивый ! Мы очень остались довольны ! Кстати пляж тоже отличный ,вода начинала убывать после 14:30 и мы шли релаксировать на виллу.

スタッフ全員が大変親切で笑顔で感じ良く対応して頂けました。おかげで宿泊中快適に過ごすことができました。

トイレがヴィラの敷地内ではあるのですが外にあったので、苦手な人はいるかもしれません。海とかプールで泳いだあとは外の方が行きやすいのはあるので一概に悪いとは言えません。

It needs attention We had a toilet that didn't work the shower head had to be changed, the pool's tiles were green with algae, the usb connection in room didn't work, bicycles didn't work properly no bell my chain fell off, tyres were flat and thin rubber you could see the inside....

Wir waren zum Abschluss unseres Bali Urlaubes noch 3 Nächte in diesem tollen Hotel. Alle Villen haben einen privaten Pool und 2 Gebäude (Schlaf- und Living Room), alles total privat mit einem eigenen Eingang. Man konnte sich das Frühstück (alacarte inkludiert), Afternoon Tea (im Preis inkludiert) und Abendessen (alacarte gegen Gebühr) bequem in die Villa bringen lassen und genießen. Der eigene Pool lud bereits direkt nach dem Aufstehen zum Plantschen ein. Das offene Bad war auch ein Traum. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Der Strand war über einen privaten Gang (ca. 400 m) entfernt. Dort hatte man einen zum Hotel gehörenden Privatstrand und eine tolle Bar mit sehr leckeren Cocktails (der Mango Daiquiri war unser Favorit). Der Flughafentransfer ist inklusive. Es war ein toller Abschluss unseres Baliurlaubes und wir kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

The beach area of the hotel needs an upgrade and a shower.

Tolle Lage, schöne Villen, tolles Essen im Restaurant, manche Mitarbeitende äußerst freundlich. Da unser Rückflug erst am späten Abend war, durften wir nach dem Strandaufenthalt noch duschen und wurden mit dem Hotelshuttle zum Flughafen gebracht.

Für Abweichungen vom Standard (wir waren mit einem knappe 12 Monate alten Baby da) ist die Unterkunft weniger geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war oft nicht zuverlässig, auch nicht einheitlich und vom Mitarbeitenden zum Mitarbeitenden unterschiedlich. Der private Strand war täglich für externe Veranstaltungen gemietet, sodass Hotelgästen nichts übrig blieb als sich andere Aufenthaltsorte am Strand zu suchen. Das war wirklich nervig, insbesondere mit einem Baby.

Отличное расположение, вилла понравилась. Много зелени. Отличный бассейн. На пляже несколько лежаков и кафе. Но этого достаточно. Так как купающихся кроме нас было еще 2 человека.

From the time we booked until the day we left we communicated with, and met, friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The buggy to and from the beach was great. All meals were of high quality and when ordering breakfast we could amend and adjust to suit our tastes. We loved having our own pool.

On the last 2 nights there were inconsiderate neighbours with very noisy children shrieking and shouting until 10pm. No doubt had we notified reception they would have dealt with it. Just a shame there are inconsiderate people using such a great and classy resort.

Our second stay at Kayumanis and it was even better the second time. The villa pool was in the sun and was warm all day. The sunrise breakfast on the beach was a treat. The beach bar and restaurant is in a lovely sheltered spot and all the resort restaurants have amazing food options. A driver is available to take you to local areas. I recommend asking for a mattress topper in advance if you prefer a softer bed. The complimentary massage was the best of the trip. The big pool is wonderful to lounge in too. The complimentary airport drop-off was great and the car was spacious for our extra luggage. All staff members are really helpful and lovely. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept.

The push bikes were great to have. Better maintenance would be nice - a minor point to an overall amazing stay.

Villa bedroom and lounge had very poor dim lighting. Outside shower was like a hose sticking out of the wall. Beach debris was hidden under sand and became exposed after tide went out - then raked over and hidden by sand. The quality of the Italian cooked chicken was poor. Masseuse kept sneezing and clearing her throat while massaging - so vile I got up and left. A bit tired overall and overpriced compared to other properties and upscale hotels nearby.

Je n’ai jamais séjourné dans un endroit aussi exceptionnel que Kayumanis Nusa Dua. Tout était absolument parfait : la villa d’une propreté irréprochable, le service effectué deux fois par jour, et un personnel d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exemplaires — ils répondent à la moindre demande en moins de cinq minutes ! La piscine est chauffante qui est très important pour nager à toute heure. J’ai beaucoup voyagé, mais je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi attentionné et sincère. Grâce à toute l’équipe, j’ai passé un séjour tout simplement magnifique. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, l’endroit est splendide, paisible et parfaitement entretenu. Le restaurant est excellent, les plats sont délicieux et les prix sont comparables, voire plus abordables, que dans les autres établissements du coin. Petite anecdote : à chaque fois que je disais aux habitants ou chauffeurs que je logeais au Kayumanis, ils étaient impressionnés — c’est dire la réputation d’excellence de ce lieu. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, vous avez rendu ce voyage inoubliable. 🌺

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet établissement. Le personnel a été exemplaire, toujours souriant, aimable et très attentionné. La résidence était parfaitement propre, et la villa correspondait exactement aux photos sur Booking, ce qui est très appréciable. Le transport depuis l’aéroport et dans la région de Nusa Dua était parfaitement organisé par l’établissement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et sans stress. The best accomodation we have ever stayed in. Massive pool and super spacious villa for our honeymoon. The staff are incredibly friendly and make the stay better. Rooms get cleaned the moment you leave and this was pretty much an all inclusive stay with free minibar topped up daily. Definitely returning to this one.

We had an amazing vacation at this resort and would highly recommend it. The service was outstanding, with staff always attentive and ready to please every need we had. The food was excellent, whether enjoying authentic Balinese dishes or Italian cuisine, all at very fair prices. Our room was kept spotless with cleaning twice a day, and we loved the thoughtful touches like afternoon tea with treats, a refilled minibar and fresh fruit every day, and the delicious à la carte breakfast included in our stay. The shuttle to Nusa Dua made getting around convenient, and the resort’s small romantic beach with good music, tasty food, and refreshing drinks was the perfect spot to relax. The spa treatments were another highlight, offering a variety of experiences in a calming atmosphere. What stood out most was how the resort feels authentic and perfectly integrated with natural Balinese architecture, giving it a very unique charm. On top of that, everything was reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service and quality provided. Its location also makes it easy to explore other beautiful beaches and highly rated restaurants nearby. Overall, this resort strikes the perfect balance between comfort, authenticity, and value — we left with wonderful memories and would love to return.

Very nice villa, excellent service. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you can take the cart. Excellent breakfast. The cookies are really good! Tamarind restaurant at Nusa Dua Hotel provides another spot to hang out on the beach. The pool was nice.

Приватные виллы с собственным бассейном создают особое настроение для отдыха и гармонично вписываются в представления об этом острове)) Добавьте сюда добротный балийский массаж)) Ну, а если уединение наскучит, то за 5-7 минут пешком можно добраться до моря и насладиться в полной мере пляжным отдыхом (только следите за расписанием приливов и отливов). Впервые столкнулись с очень классной услугой «завтрак в номер в течение всего дня». Джетлаг обычно мешает проснуться рано и успеть на завтрак в стандартное время, но в этом отеле «завтрак» можно заказать хоть в 10 вечера)) В отеле также есть два ресторана с отличной кухней)) В общем, если снова накопим деньги и силы лететь сутки на «Сказочное Бали», то скорее всего в этот же отель)

The staff were so kind and accommodating. Whenever we called with a question they were extremely responsive and quick. We lovedddd the menu at their restaurant and we loved how we could order it to our room. We really enjoyed afternoon tea too! The room was cleaned in the morning whenever we left, which was so convenient. Then then provided turn down service, which was a bonus and we loved it. After a messy day at the beach, turn down service was much appreciated. They offered us water by the sink every day to use to brush our teeth. Amazing bonus too! The beach is a bit of a walk, especially compared to other resorts nearby that seem to be right on the beach. But they offer to drive you in a golf cart until 10pm and that was super convenient. Overall, our trip was incredible and we’re so glad we stayed at Kayumanis.

The wifi could use some work.

Villa meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente pulita. Personale estremamente gentile, attento e sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi necessità con un sorriso. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa, un momento speciale con cui iniziare la giornata così come il tè pomeridiano con deliziosi dolci fatti in casa. La spiaggia riservata, raggiungibile con una breve e piacevole pedalata in bicicletta o tramite comoda navetta, è un vero angolo di pace dove rilassarsi e godersi il mare cristallino. La struttura è molto intima e raccolta, con sole 20 ville che garantiscono tranquillità e privacy, il tutto nella splendida cornice di Nusa Dua. Un soggiorno che unisce comfort, relax e autenticità: assolutamente consigliato.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für Pärchen! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Villa war ein Traum das Personal sehr nett und freundlich.. haben alles getan um uns glücklich zu machen der strandteil ist auch schön und nicht zu weit weg es gibt auch Fahrräder die man nutzen kann wenn man möchte.. Abholung von Flughafen hat sehr gut funktioniert.. Essen war sehr sehr gut! Nur zu empfehlen! Das Frühstück in die Villa ohne Aufpreis ist auch sehr sehr angenehm!

Fast nichts es war alles in allem sehr gut! Gerne wieder!

-Die Unterkunft bestand aus zwei privaten Villen (ein Schlafzimmer mit überdachtem Badezimmer ohne Außenwände und ein Gästehaus) und einem eigenen Pool. Wir waren wirklich überwältigt davon, wie viel Platz wir hatten und auch von der Größe des Pools. Die Hotelanlage und die Villen sind wirklich wunderschön und werden ständig gepflegt und alles war immer extrem sauber. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie im Paradies. -Das Personal ist jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. -Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich mehr als gut. Die Minibar im Zimmer ist kostenlos im Preis inbegriffen und wird täglich neu befüllt und im Preis ist ein Afternoon-Tea enthalten, bei welchem verschiedene Küchlein sowie Kaffee, Tee oder frischer Fruchtsaft serviert werden. Außerdem haben wir jeweils eine 1-stündige gratis Massage im Spa bekommen, die wirklich spitzenmäßig war. Allgemein ist der Spa-Bereich traumhaft schön und, wie die gesamte Anlage, sehr gepflegt. -die Lage ist top. Mit dem gratis Hotel-Shuttle ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten im Bali Collection oder alternativ mit dem Fahrrad in ca 15 Minuten und in ca 20 Minuten beim Waterblow. Zum Strand geht man etwa zwischen 5-10 Minuten durch einen Gang, kann sich aber alternativ jederzeit bis 23:00 Uhr mit dem hoteleigenen Golfcart zum Strand bringen/abholen lassen oder man nimmt ein Fahrrad. Bei den Fahrrädern gilt first-come-first-serve, aber es waren immer genügend Räder vorhanden. Um das Kayumanis herum sind ausschließlich Luxus-Ressorts, bei denen man abends ebenfalls Essen gehen oder untertags etwas trinken kann, also hat man auch was Restaurants betrifft eine gute Auswahl. Die hoteleigenen Restaurants sind sehr schön und gepflegt, hatten unserer Meinung nach, aber nicht wirklich Auswahl für Vegetarier. -wir können das Kayumanis wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen, wenn man einen exklusiven Luxus-Strandurlaub mit viel Privatsphäre möchte.

-uns ist am zweiten Tag zufällig aufgefallen, dass die 3 Lichter im Pool nicht richtig in der Verankerung saßen. Auf Nachfrage wurde sogleich jemand geschickt, der das reparieren sollte. In der Zeit verließen wir die Villa um nicht bei der Reparatur zu stören. Nach unserer Rückkehr fiel uns auf, dass nur eine der 3 Lampen wieder ordentlich in der Verankerung war, daher mussten wir noch einmal zur Rezeption gehen und dies ein weiteres mal reklamieren. Es wurde auch gleich wieder jemand geschickt der diesmal auch die anderen Lichter sauber reparierte. Allerdings fühlten wir uns in dieser Situation ein bisschen unwohl, so als würden wir ziemliche Umstände machen und wir konnten den Pool dadurch einen halben Tag nicht nutzen. Unserer Meinung nach sollten gerade solche Dinge, die potenzielle Sicherheitsrisiken darstellen könnten, vor Ankunft der Gäste gecheckt werden. -der Strandbereich ist zwar grundsätzlich sehr schön, jedoch funktionierten während unseres Aufenthalts 3 von 4 Sonnenschirmen nicht, wodurch es nur einen einzigen Schattenplatz gab. Außerdem könnten die Auflagen für die Liegen einmal getauscht werden, da sie schon recht alt und ein bisschen verlottert wirkten. Nachdem es an einem Abend heftig geregnet hatte, waren die Auflagen auch nach 3 Tagen innen noch nicht trocken, sodass man innerhalb kurzer Zeit komplett durchnässt war, nachdem man sich hingelegt hatte. Hier könnte in Zukunft darauf geachtet werden, die Auflagen bei Regen im Trockenen zu verstauen. -das Reinigungspersonal hat zwar immer sehr schnell und wirklich ordentlich gearbeitet, aber es hat uns leicht gestört, dass unsere Sachen oft an andere Orte gelegt wurden. ZB wurden unsere Zahnbürsten manchmal in andere Becher gesteckt oder Streichhölzer, die wir zuvor extra bestellt hatten, waren nach der Zimmerreinigung verschwunden. Einmal wurde mein Rasierer mitgenommen bzw entsorgt, was für mich etwas ärgerlich war, da ich keinen Ersatz dabei hatte.

C’était la deuxième fois que nous allions au Kayumanis et nous avons été de nouveau enchantés. Villa avec piscine privée magnifique, très calme. Personnel remarquable. Toujours un petit mot gentil et toujours avec le sourire. Un havre de paix. Plage et Beach Club à quelques centaines de mètres mais buggy possible pour ceux qui ont du mal à marcher. Extrême propreté. A conseiller pour les couples.

Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. The spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable with couples options that provide the romantic touch we wanted for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this place to stay over any other in the Nusa Dua area for the tranquility and privacy it provides.

After 7 days in Seminyak, our stay at Kayumanis was just what we needed. We loved having our own pool, the staff were exceptional and exculsive feel of the complex made it different to staying in a larger hotel. Its quiet so if you are after a loud bar or resturant, don't stay here, but if you want to relax and unwind then this is the place to saty. Nothing was a problem for the staff and they couldn't have been more helpful. The free breakfasts, massages, shuttle, bikes and transfers were all great additions! We'd love to be back!

If i had to say anything, it would be that there are some small areas of maintenance needed but nothing that interferred with our stay.

We had the best time here. Aftee the first day, all staff knew our names, allergies, previous orders and all. Our room was everything we wished for and more. Clean, luxurious, beautiful pool and the best cookies.

During our stay we have not found anything we did not like.

The service at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The beach is really close by and the facilites are gorgeous and really big. we had two building (one for dining and lounge, and one with the beds and the bathroom) for ourselves. The pool was great too and the food was delicious, especially on the beach and at the italian one.

Amazing breakfast served in your villa or in the restaurant (at any time after 7am to suit you!!). Wonderful and friendly staff who make you feel very special and can't do enough for you. For dinner, the food and drink in the restaurant was very good, albeit a little pricey! The villas are very nice and private and you don't get disturbed. The cleaning staff are alerted when you are having breakfast and zoom to your room to clean it whilst you are eating! It wasn't a cheap stay but it was well worth the cost for the sheer luxury.

Останавливались на 4 дня в конце месячного путешествия по Индонезии, вилла и персонал превзошли ожидания. Сотрудники отеля очень стараются и выполняют все запросы, у нас было несколько нестандартных запросов, который они выполнили без проблем. Территория вилл очень чистая, в номерах есть все необходимое, даже капсульная кофеварка, что в Индонезии мы встретили впервые. Отличные завтраки, которые можно заказать на виллу. У комплекса свой небольшой пляж с баром и шезлонгами, идти пешком до пляжа минут 7

Нет москитных сеток на двери, но над кроватью балдахин, спать в целом ок

We loved both the villa accommodation itself, the butler and service was brilliant. The breakfasts were delicious. And the path to the beach (7-10 min) from the villas was convenient. Perfect place to stay in Nusa Dua, especially after a long flight

Nusa Dua as a region itself may be boring for a long stay. But we stayed for 2 days, and even felts a lack of time to see all the best sightsees

We were firtunaye yo spend 3 weeks including Christmas. Stunning villas, very clean, well managed. The team couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Food was excellent and plentyful, afternoon teas were gorgeous. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or you can call for a lift down if you prefer. As this was our 3rd trip to bali we found our prefered hotel and if we do return for a fourth visit we will be back.

Basen przy willi byl dość duży z idealną temperaturą, wspaniały personel SPA, podwieczorki, jeżeli ktoś nie chciał jeść ciastek mógł zamówić owoce.

Obiekt niestety nadgryziony już zębem czasu, basen wspólny robił wrażenie brudnego, szczególnie kafelki na dnie, klimatyzacja w willi nie jest wydolna przy wysokich temperaturach na zewnątrz, przez co w pokoju jest gorąco.

Has access to private beach area despite the villas being set back from the beach. Complete privacy. Lovely restaurants and spa was wonderful. Responsive butler service via whatsapp

Everything was great!

This one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was pretty comfortable. Good size bed though mattress a little hard. TV and wifi worked well and good availability of powerpoints/ boards. The toilet and shower were both outdoors which was a bit hard at night time. Bar fridge topped up daily but unfortunately only coke, lemonade and beer. Afternoon tea daily was included in our stay and that was nice- included juice or hot drinks. Breakfast was also included. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fresh and tasty-meals on the small side. The villa pool was very nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The only downside was an onsite wedding the first night which kept us awake after travelling from Australia. And the Villa next door was being refurbished so a lot of noise during the day which made it hard to relax in the pool. Location is great- walking distance to shops and beach as well as Bali Collection.

The villa were perfect beautiful and very comfortable , smell of the flowers were everywhere . The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay , it was very comfortable to have a breakfast in the villa at any time of the day ! Many thanks to our driver Wayan , he was very helpful and nice . Best stay in Nusa Dua !

Attualmente mi trovo nel 3 hotel della mia vacanza e questo è stato il primo dove ho alloggiato e il primo dove ritornerei sicuramente. Sono stata nella villa Marbau (non sono certa se ho scritto il nome coretto) Tutto è stato impecabile a partire dal trasferimento dall’aeroporto con Wayan al check’out. Nella villa non mancava assolutamente nulla di cui la macchinetta del caffè a cialde che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e al mattino ho sentito più uccellini meravigliosi nel giardino della villa che negli hotel che sono nella giungla. La colazione abbondante è molto buona, il servizio in villa molto veloce e nel massimo rispetto dell’ intimità, pulizia ottima, il centro spa top, nei dintorni si ha tutto, insomma tutto perfetto e consiglio almeno 3 giorni qui. Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver contribuito al nostro piacevole soggiorno

This is the most beautiful property to stay at…we stayed at Kayumanis Nusa Dua for 8 nights and we absolutely loved it…the staff were exceptional and nothing was ever a problem. The location was great and if you needed to go somewhere outside the property, the staff were on hand to take you there. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the beach club was great for terrific for a yummy cocktail or two by the beach…..Ohhh and the spa treatment was heavenly! We will definitely be back - Kayumanis has our heart ❤️
