The pool was lovely our room opened up to the pool with sliding doors, it was peaceful, the pool had kits of trees which made it shady. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was fabulous!

Our room had a funny smell. They came and fixed it though. You had to pay extra for the coffee and it was very expensive and not awesome

Restaurant staff were very helpful with dietary requirements.

We were told we had priority of an early check-in but room was still not available even at the normal check-in time.

The Premier room is large and very well appointed. Great accommodation. Room was exceptionally quiet with garden view.

Very clean, very comfortable beds , amazing staff. Felt welcome and at home ! Free shuttle available to the Bali Collection or to the beach every 10mn Bikes available too.

We had a great stay at Nusa Dua Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfast had a good variety, and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool. We had to check out early for our flight, and they kindly prepared a breakfast package for us to take along, which was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Easy access to everything and clean

Didn't have the right food options for me and also no spa facilities. Gym could be better for the price. No airport transfer either

The location was quiet beautiful shuttle bus to Bali collection. Staff were exceptional and looked after us incredibly well. Food was great as well.

It’s a really quiet / peaceful hotel with lots of relaxation spaces around the pool and in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful.

Centrale ligging, vlakbij het ziekenhuis en de stranden . Personeel is erg vriendelijk en bereid hulp te bieden waar nodig . Prachtig zwembad met veel groen eromheen, heerlijk rustgevende plek . Onze kamer was ruim en netjes met stortdouche en handdouche. Vervoer met de grab-app is handig en goedkoop (scooter of taxi )

Bedding in the premier suite was awesome hubby is 6ft 6 and 100+ kg we slept comfortably, rooms were well equipped and staff were accommodating.

We did have to wait an extra hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready.

A little walk to the beach.

Best value for money. Not quite in the beach but only a 5-10 min walk which is great on Nusa’s dua where they have beautiful paths, gardens and statues. (Bali is generally hard to walk around so this was good)

Но он скорее бизнес отель а не для туристов. Очень маленькая территория, маленький бассейн, с семьей там было нечего делать. Рядом мало магазинов и кафе, потому что комплекс закрытый, нужно выезжать до ближайших, а ресторан так себе.

Великолепный отель чик по разумной цене - завтраки - просто великолепные!!! Эти завтраки были самыми крутыми из 6 отелей которые мы посетили в рамках этой поездки!! Персонал - сказка!! Очень дружелюбные и всегда готовые придти на помощ!!!

Amazing staff that were polite, kind and remembered my children’s names. They were very helpful.

There is a lack of atmosphere. Pool was very quiet, but we did travel in the off season. Could have had more opportunities made available with travel to the beach etc. We did a lot of walking.

I bought a bottle of Savblonck wine That was. Delivered to my room. I was shocked the hotel charged me over 1 million When I checked my bank it equated to 1 hundred Australian dollars for a bottle of wine that you can buy in Australia for 10 Oz dollars!

The room was clean and the food was excellent.

The wooden floors in the bedroom didn’t have any carpets. The floor was too slippery for older persons. There were no facilities to speak off.

A bonus for customers would be a shuttle service to Kuta or Sanur, maybe twice a day! As the property is a little out of the way, it would make the stay more convenient and would not feel so isolated. Just a suggestion and could be added into the daily hotel rate at a very minimal rate(?!) Also please show and promote how to get to the beach, we did not see any info on directions to get to the beach.
