Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten Collection

Het is een prachtig resort met super goede faciliteiten. Het eten is goed en vriendelijk personeel. Wij wisten niet dat Nusa Dua een afgesloten gebied is met sercurtiy maar hebben hier ook niks van gemerkt. Het sfeertje is ontspannen en je kan er zijn zoals je bent, niet onnodige poespas of alles heel netjes. Zeker een plek waar we terug naar toe komen

The grounds, the pools, the beach, the sauna & cold pool. It was a lovely place with lots of different areas.

Loved this place a lot! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the facilities are great, there are many activities to do, and the food is really good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location made it so easy to get around. It’s honestly the best value for money in the area. Highly recommend.

High price asked for the shuttle compared to taxi prices in the street

The pools were central and bright rather than over shadowed by buildings. The property was clean and was generally really lovely to walk around in, it was really quite peaceful with wonderful animals like ducks and lyrebirds. It’s got the Balinese culture, and structures which was wonderful to wonder about and look at.

Can get quite confusing to navigate back to your room but once I got a hang of it, it was fine.

Plenty of facilities and activities to keep yourself entertained during the stay.

Pools had loose tiles which cut a friends foot open on the first day, ruining the rest of his trip and bringing down our morale.

Probabilmente l'albergo più bello in cui sia mai stato. Struttura pulitissima, personale sempre sorridente e disponibile distanza minima dalla spiaggia. La colazione più variegata e completa di sempre. Stanza enorme con due bagni (comodissimo).

Se proprio dovessi dire, migliorerei l'illuminazione della stanza e suggerirei una formula all inclusive, e/o mezza pensione

The hotel is in a great location on a beautiful beach. In the palace lounge the service was 5* with staff all so kind and helpful. The food was always first rate and we appreciated the opportunity to mix à la carte breakfast with the buffet and the evening lounge cocktails. There are numerous restaurants on site which were all excellent. Room quiet and comfortable.

USB ports in the room would have been useful.

The staff was very kind and avaliable . The hotel was always clean and looked amazing. The beach was clean and organized. The breakfast buffet was deliciuos and full of options . the restaurants were good as well.

Everything , location, food and the biggest thing is the staff they work so hard and all so fried helpful and always happy and polite .

Property advertises immediate medical services on site if req, took 2 phone calls and 2 hrs to respond to a serious case of food poisoning from the onsite Tamerind restaurant, spent 3 days out of 7 in bed, food was well below par and the only restaurant that was good was the Asian infusion. We were compensated with an offer of a free meal and at checkout I refused to pay for the meal that made me so sick and that was deducted, still didn’t cover the $1,500 I had to pay upfront for the medical costs. No Adults only pools as advertised and if you were lucky to get one of the 1% of beds around the pool to the thousands staying there good luck! And to Mayan from housekeeping, thank you for the towel dog and going down my bag to get my sunglasses to put on the dog but there was no reason for you to take $50 from my wallet, this I discovered when I got home, shame on you, I hope you believe in karma! No we will not be returning!

I booked the palace club room and loved the private dining

The pool chairs were reserved by 7am and many were not used until lunchtime or held all day and used once. All unused chairs should have the towels removed every 2 hours to be fair on other guests. I found this so frustrating.

The grounds were lovely, pools good and right on the beach.

The rooms are very dated, Premium King (basic)l found quite expensive for the size, l guess pay for location. The fridge is so tiny and doesn't get very cold. We had to buy ice everyday to keep drinks cold. I guess they want you to buy at resort where you pay high price for alcohol due to import.

Comfortable, clean, with gorgeous pools and beachfront access. This place is just Devine! Love it here and can’t wait to come back. The beds are so comfy. Food was great and we had four options onsite, plus - definitely recommend the breakfast which has anything you could imagine.

Old property which still holds it design well… 2026 now Im told its 43 years old and now that Accor have taken over the upgrade of areas and set out is beautiful. Great welcoming staff… mot one had a grumpy or disappointed face They were all smiles and greetings

Little bit old

1st time in Nusa Dua & travelled with immediate family which included 5 g/children. There was nothing to not like. Walking distance to the Bali Collect, we all loved the pool. Thought our rooms were great as the little ones could walk straight out to a grassed open area. The hotel catered for the range of ages in our group. Ground floor rooms were best. B/fast was wonderful and we loved the Mexican & Asian fusion restaurants. All hotel Staff were wonderful and always helpful.

If I have to.pick.on something it would be the fridges just didn't get cold enough, and when our room was made up, there was usually something little forgotten. Nothing that a call to h/keeping didnt fix.

People were putting their belongings on poolside lounges early in the morning and then leaving to do other activities for extended periods of time leaving no lounges available all day. Drinks very expensive

De stijl van het hotel in Balinese stijl, het was voor ons de 2de maal (25jr) geleden en toch zie je dat er wederom van alles is vebeterd, vernieuwd, gewijzigd, blijft in continue verbeteringen... Het WoW effect is hier nog steeds aanwezig, gezellige restaurants, Pools, privé strand enz.

De kamers mooi, toch wel een beetje verouderd, nu alle comfort was aanwezig, wij hadden een Premier Room.

The hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bali. The hotel is strategically located in front of Nusa Dua Convention center. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast is excellent with many variety of dishes. There is also direct access to the beach with amazing scenery.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovation der Zimmer wäre notwendig. Obwohl wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung für ein Late Check-out hatten, wurde uns vor Ort zuerst gesagt, es sei nicht möglich. Nach längerer Diskussionen und Vorweisen der E-Mail war es dann doch möglich.

Huge property with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach under the huge shady trees and lots of hammocks. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Awesome breakfast with lots of choices from different countries.

Returning guests for over 13 years, we decided to celebrate my twin sister and my 60th, so brought our family from Perth and Melbourne across to celebrate. My husband worked with staff who made everything perfect. We had the most memorable family celebration. We also had a maintenance issue with our room, and the staff bent over backwards to resolve and support us. This is definitely a hotel we recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxation, but. Plenty to do if you’re sporty or like to shop ( Bali Collection)

Room was very good, large, clean and fresh. Facilities overall were good. Lovely beach bar and nice restaurants with good food. Beautiful, expansive gardens. Close to the Bali Collection, but we were not told this by the hotel, but by our taxi driver- excellent shopping and eating area.

My friend and I booked the spa. This was 'ok' but disappointing. We had just come from Ubud, where the spas we visited were amazing. Much cheaper (3x cheaper) for a full hour, rather than 50 minutes, and offered a much friendlier, more personal touch. Didn't like that we had to pay in advance for our treatment at Nusa Dua- it felt like a business transaction rather than a pleasurable experience. The treatment felt rushed as it was only 50 minutes for full body, rather than an hour. I had to request relaxing music as it was silent- a little awkward when it is just you and the therapist. Once the music was turned on (the therapist had to leave me to go and do this), it was quite inaudible as it was controlled centrally from the reception desk. Once the treatment was over, we were not told to take a few minutes to relax. We were left to find our way back to the reception, and then we were just waved off without asking how our service had been. I had to request tea- ALL other massages we had had in other places (upmarket spas and cheaper town centre places), had offered post massage hot teas such as lemongrass, ginger and lemon etc. When I asked at Nusa Dua, there was nothing available, so we were given another cold juice, same as we received on arrival. We also found at the end, that there should have been a choice of several oils. We were not offered these and had whatever they gave us. The experience was lacking and for such a high-end hotel, we had expected more. Very average unfortunately and we were left disappointed. We had already booked a leg and foot massage for the next day, but we cancelled this after our full body massage.

Great location on a lovely beach with 2 big pools and a children’s pool. There is a swim up bar and other bars and an Aperol van as well as a range of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.

Attention! Property is under renovation works!

The property charged us a cancellation fee even though the entire Premier Rooms area by the water and pool was closed for renovations. We were offered a room at the far end of the complex, even behind reception. This does not meet our expectations of a beachfront resort with its own private beach area. We therefore declined the stay, which is the hotel's fault due to the closure of all Premier Rooms (not even the cheapest category) by the pool and sea. It's bad enough that we made the trip for nothing. We feel cheated

Die Anlage war sehr groß und wunderschön. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Pools und auch der Strand waren super.

Love the staff and friendliness. They helped me learn Balinese words. They were attentive and followed through what they said. Very happy

The breakfast buffet towards the end became a bit repetitive.
