Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Suwon

Very nice.

Desayuno fantástico.

Demasiado lejos del centro para ir andando.

The room is clean and the lobby is comfortable , the location is fine, nothing too special since I only have one night stay, but the breakfast is fantastic, many option and type of food included.

Nothing to be dislike

It's clean and room size is spacious

All is good.

Clean and walking distance to nice restaurants

Clean facilities, kind staff, nice view, wide room 👍

Nothing to say.

Only thing I dont like is there are no free tooth brush and paste, that is not good. If we paid a good amount, why cant even get free tooth brush and paste.

It was a pleasure to experience such wonderful hospitality and service during my stay. The delicious indian food truly enhanced my visit. I was particularly impressed by the polite and supportive nature of the room service and reception staff. Their dedication to providing a comfortable experience was evident throughout my time there. I am grateful for such a positive and memorable stay.

Clean and very comfortable

Breakfast buffet and location

Comfortable hotel with goodbus connections and park next door

I love the hotel staffs and the cleanliness.

Far from main shopping area.

Cleanness

We enjoyed every aspect of staying in this hotel... From the helpful friendly check in staff to the excellent house keeping.

front desk receptionist attitude so bad ,need more training and service also several officer work in the morning they very agly fear motion as like gang star .

most structure is good but hall way area smell like moist mild and mold .also hallway like mildew or mold smell .

Clean, professional and helpful staff, good quality food. I would recommend you staying in this place if coming for business

Location/How the room looked

Room was so hot and AC didn’t work, and we had bedbugs

Good overall

coffee machine in the room was not working.

Overall services provided are great. Thank you Mr. Florian for helping me during my stay by upgrading my room experience and with my Wyndham membership too. Also thanks to Mr. Alex with helping me with my SIM. All the staffs are friendly. You even get Indian and Japanese menu for your room service.

Good things: -Indian food -Helpful staffs -Dinner timings are wide Cons: -Paneer items are less -Lamb meat is not that great -Black bengal goats can be used instead of sheep -Just one dinner lounge staff, it should be at least 2

Really good choice at the breakfast buffet and all looked freshly prepared

Nothing really.

Amazing check in, stay and check out. The hotel is clean, modern and chock full of amenities on site plus a lot do do around it’s location. Would highly recommend for any business trip in Suwon. Service again… top notch!

There is no bar in this hotel.. what kind of hotel doesn't have a bar!?

Great service. Pleasant and attentive staff. Wide choice of breakfast. Conveniently near bus stop.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff! Nice, spacious and clean rooms, great view and varied breakfast. We would have loved to stay longer than one night!

Nothing, it was perfect :)

Extremely satisfied with the overall services from Ramada staff. Staff was highly professional and quick in providing best possible services to guest. Atmosphere of the hotel was great. Room hygiene maintained extremely well. I have received high quality services from front desk reception, room services, room cleaning etc. I really appreciate Ramada plaza staff, keep the good job!

The location is good and well connected by subway and bus. Food was good, they have taken care to provide veg food, plus lounge. Gym is spacious and well maintained, plus they do have sauna facility. Overall it is very nice.

2 weeks at Ramada and we have enjoyed our staying. Clean rooms and awesome service..1 thing i can point out is parking ramp was very cramped so i almost got damage on my vehicle.

Noises coming from adjacent room

The hotel room operates only if you have the room key in a slot by the door. Therefore the A/C would shut off while out of the room. Even over night, the A/C did not cool though. Asked for extra pillows and at first the staff wanted to charge me for them. Booked this hotel primarily based on the dining options but only the buffet was operational due to renovations. Several options near by for food though. There is a hospital across the street so prepare for sirens around the clock. The room was also not what was pictured so it seemed a little tiny and out dated. Pros: felt safe during the stay, could walk to convenience store and some dining near by, bus stops near by, and gym was easily accessible.

Professional staff, clean hotel in a nice location.

They restaurant was much better in the past. The labelling of food at breakfast could be better. For example, there is no mention if curry was vegetarian or contains meat or what types of meet!

The room was absolutely beautiful. We had a corner room and it was absolutely huge. Everything was very clean and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

I was particularly impressed by the very professional, hospitable and helpful staff members. Really appreciate the experience I got while staying there. Food and ambience was great. Location wise it's undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Suwon with amazing connectivity to trains and buses.

Location

rushed me to finish my food once past their breakfast hours… heater like not working…
