⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. I would especially like to recognize Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, patient, and helpful. She made us feel comfortable right away and treated us with genuine kindness. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made a difference in our stay. People like Eva are what make a hotel experience special. She is a wonderful representative of Drury Hotels, and we truly appreciate the way she took care of us. Thank you, Eva, for making us feel so welcome! We really appreciate you and the excellent service you provided. We would be very happy to stay at Drury Inn & Suites again. ❤️

The beds were very comfortable! They serve a nice breakfast and offer dinner and drink perks too. The pool temp was cool and the hot tub was hot! The staff was friendly and efficient. It's in a convenient location too.

The views were desert and freeways, but I wasn't there for the views.

I love the very helpful staff. So happy to have our request fulfilled for a roll in shower for my granddaughter. We love the dinner snacks. The breakfast is outstanding.

The lobby personels are very accommodating, you will really feel at home... The food from dinner to breakfast was so good... Overall, I loved our family stay in the hotel.

PRICES ON EVERYTHING. DINNER, KITCHEN NOT GOOD.

We love Drury Inn and seek them out when we are looking for a hotel. We have stayed at the one in Chandler a couple of times and unfortunately early in the morning around 3 or 4 AM there is a horrific sewer smell in the room and in the hallways. Not sure if they need a plumber or a priest, but they need to get rid of the smell. The customer service and accommodations are top-notch and the meals are great. We love Drury Inn, but this will be our last stay at the one in Chandler. We usually make five to six visits to the area every summer and will be staying at the Drury Inn in Tempe next time as we have not experienced this satanic sewer smell there.

The hotel was very nice. It was very clean and smelled good. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

I did not like that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.

It was very well taken care of. I loved the 5:30-7 pm event (I can't remember if it was officially the kick back hour).

I discovered Drury Inn while visiting Missouri in June 2026. We had an amazing experience there and enjoyed our stay and all the amenities provided. I was not aware that there was a Drury here in Arizona. There was an event in July that we attended in Chandler, which is about 40 mi away from our home so we decided to stay the night i on that side of town instead of driving all the way home late at night. Another hotel was recommended by the venue. That hotel had a horrible rating and horrible reviews. In searching the area I found out that there was a Drury nearby and was pleased since I had such a great experience at the one in Missouri. The experience at this hotel was consistent with the one in Missouri. Drury obviously takes pride in their brand and offers an amazing experience at all their locations. Coming from a choosie/picky hotel connoisseur, I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the Drury brand. It's great to know that you can choose a hotel without worrying about the basics. Their evening kickbacks and morning breakfast, which is included in the price, are a great addition to their already very reasonable prices. You just don't find these types of amenities and care for guest anymore in these times. Definitely worth staying here and as long as there is a Drury nearby during my travels, I will choose them.

Ease of booking, staff checked us immediately, our room was ready and clean. Best part was was the sunrise over the Superstition mountains.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, attended, staff was excellent, room clean, area safe, bed and pillow comfortable, pool clean, breakfast delicious plus free light dinner!!! Who beats that? 10 out of 10.

I stayed here during my husband’s hospital stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful during a challenging period in my life. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! We hadn't stayed in a Drury Inn since we were in New Orleans and I wasn't disappointed. This had a lovely evening reception with - honestly - a full dinner and drinks. A 'dessert' happy hour at the bar. A friendly, welcoming front desk staff and charming bartender. A clean, large, comfortable room. A cranking AC. Free parking. What wasn't to love? I only wish we had an opportunity to spend more than a night here. Need I say breakfast was also incredible?

Wow. What a hotel. Very clean. Free delicious popcorn. Free soda. Free dinner. Free breakfast. Free alcoholic drinks. Wasn’t crowded. Easy parking. Easy off the interstate. We got the queen suite and it was huge. I only paid $119 with taxes and everything. I wish they had a Drury in every city. Dining room was clean and had nice booths. Employees actually seemed to want to be there. They were so nice. Only great experiences.

We stayed here while visiting family. We got a room that has a living area, which was very spacious. There is a counter area between the bedroom & living area that has a coffee maker & fridge. It's also a good sized area to put travel stuff. There was a tv in the bedroom and one in the living area. The bed wasn't super comfortable. The bathroom is good sized. No separate water closet. There was plenty of storage areas, but one of the drawers in the dresser stuck, which was a pain. We could hear the people in the next room when they had a fight. The male was yelling at the other person about how he didn't want to be there. It was sad. Point being, the walls are thin. We went swimming one day. The pool is pretty small considering how many rooms there are at the hotel. It's also in the shade in the afternoon, so not really an area to hang out & enjoy the sun & pool. It's not a resort by any means, but it's not labeled at one either. There is a complimentary breakfast each morning. They serve exactly the same thing every day & it's not a huge selection. By the 3rd day, we went out for breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was good! The drawdown window curtains provided good aesthetics and ambient environment.

This Drury Inn stands out for its warm friendly hospitality. Chaz at checkin, Rary & Nancy in the bar & manager Bitsy Mueller made a pleasant stay even more so. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Didn't like the price of 99.99 Sunday and 149.99 on Monday. Didn't like dogs in the dining area.

This hotel is an excellent value and easy on and off to the freeway. My room was clean, well kept up, and I wasn't aware of noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast bar is amazing. The staff are very friendly. We used the bar in the evening and the bar tender was friendly and gave us excellent service.

Bed could have been more comfortable

Terrible check in experience. I stayed for 5 days and wanted to extend the stay in my specific room for 20 more days, but was told that room was not available for the next 5 days. I checked out and stayed at an airbnb for 5 days and came back to drury for 15 days. They offered me early check in at 10am for a $30 fee, and I accepted. When I returned for my 15 day stay, they had me in a different room than what was promised, on a completely different floor. I said no, I specifically booked room 814, and they said it was not available, so I was going to cancel and go to another hotel. They eventually said it was available, but it needed to be cleaned and it would take 30 minutes. They would not let me put my things in an available room so I had to sit in my car with the air conditioner on because I had a lot of temperature sensitive things. After 40 minutes I went back into the lobby and asked if my room was ready and she said yeah in 30 minutes. At this point I got the manager involved. It wasn't until 1230 I was able to check in. I was then charged the wrong rate and had to have it corrected, and I asked to have the early check in fee removed, and the manager said he would (He should have offered this in the first place). When I checked out, the fee was still on my bill and I asked a second time at checkout and again was told it would be removed and it still has not been. I thought for the inconvenience of sitting in the car for over an hour, having to cancel work appointments and losing hundreds of dollars, and the fact that I am a loyal Drury customer and I stayed there 20 days in a month, I would have been given some sort of compensation, but no. I will never go back to this place again. Also, you can hear every single thing if somebody is in the room next to you or the hall. When you take a shower the water pressure will just go down to almost zero several times a minute. The room decor is very outdated and since they rushed to clean my room the tub was filled with hair when I got there. It even still had some of my hair from my last stay 5 days before. Most of the staff is nice, and the bartenders were great, but Leilani is terrible at her job, and the manager was nice, but was not very helpful. I doubt I will stay at a Drury again, and definitely not this location.

Nice quiet room that was a good size. Bed was comfortable and everything was better than expected. I stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn and this hotel was a much better value for the money.

EVERYTHING! The front desk was kind and courteous and helpful. The breakfast and happy hour were amazing. The little grocery store had most anything you would like or need. There was absolutely no mold in the caulking around the tub/shower. (this is very annoying to me when there is, especially when they just caulk over it) the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I love the fact that there was a microwave and a refrigerator. There was plenty of light to do anything as far as reading or work or just watching TV. The TV and channels was well explained. The decorations and color palette was very neutral and good.

Being told by the front desk that we need to obey rules and not jump on the beds. First off we are both in our 60’s and we have stayed there several times. If there’s ever been a problem, I doubt seriously we would be welcomed back. We have the utmost respect for the property. We love coming there and we have come 3 times in the last 6 months. This was the first time we were lectured on rules, while kids were running around the lobby unsupervised by parents. We had just returned from a cruise and we were to tired and to old to consider jumping on the bed! At our age we would probably break a bone if we did. The woman was one of the oldest staff that we have seen, but the younger staff has better respect for guests. She needs to be told her actions have consequences. Like me writing this, when previously I have raved about staying here. We will love coming back next month with no lectures about us jumping on the beds. Very insulting and I told her so. S. Cole
