I loved how friendly, helpful, and responsive all the staff were. The villa was exceptionally clean and very spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The WhatsApp group with the team also made everything very convenient and easy to arrange.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that I didn’t like about our stay. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit

I stayed at Andara with my family, and I have to say, it’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit many great hotels, but Andara truly stands out. The hospitality was absolutely top-notch, and the cleaning team was incredible and always on point every day. A special mention to our lovely cleaning lady, Reem, who was so kind and always made sure everything was perfect. The drivers were also amazing and always so helpful. And now for the cherry on top — the food at Silk was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Everything was just perfect! I highly recommend Andara and will definitely be coming back. ❤️

סגרנו סוויטה עם בריכה ושידגרו אותנו לוילה ענקית בגודל כמעט 2 דונם.משהו עצום.עם נוף לקאמלה ביץ .בריכה ענקית בגודל 100 מ"ר כל יום מנקים ואפילו פעמיים ביום. יש מענה ושירות באופן מיידי. המקום ענק ולכן ההתניידות עם טוק טוק או ואן תלוי במספר האנשים. בא.בוקר בקושי היו אנשים ,גם הבריכה המרכזית היתה ריקה. א.בוקר טובה מאוד לא מגוון עצום ,הכל אסטטי ומוגש יפה. יש אפשרות לבקש שיכינו חביתות במחבת שהבאנו בגלל שמירת כשרות. גם חלב כשר הם דאגו להביא לנו.

It made everywhere else look terrible

- The 4 Bedroom Villa was with an great lay out, both floors having bedrooms, lounges and outdoor seating areas. - The Pool, the views of the beach and the mountains were postcard level. - The grounds were extensive and well kept for this Villa. - CHEF AIR was exceptional and so was the housekeeping lady named MINT. - Chef Airs food was top quality and Halal. BBQ, Sea Food, Beef and Chicken were all superbly prepared and presented! - Housekeeping was of the highest quality! Special thanks to Chef Air & Mint who were there diligently and who demonstrated high skill sin their profession and professionalism. All the staff (Drivers, Front Office, Assistant Manager, Restaurant, Gym) were very helpful and supportive.

- There were works being conducted during the day and this was somewhat a nuisance which the team resolved efficiently.- - Breakfast in the main restaurant should have a few more international options and be allowed to continue till later. At least till 11am.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andara. The staff were all lovely and always helpful. Our family enjoyed our suite. It was comfortable, clean and luxurious. We felt at home the moment we entered the suite. Also the breakfast, Silk restaurant and the spa were all top notch. Also particularly found the shuttle within Kamala beach to be very useful. Would come back again!

A superb stay from start to finish. We stayed in a three-bedroom Terrace Suite, which was very comfortable and well suited for a family. The views of Kamala Beach and the surrounding mountains were amazing, and the location was excellent. The free shuttle service around Kamala was very convenient. Breakfast was very good, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Special thanks to Abu Bakr and Chai for being so welcoming and helpful. The Kids Club was also excellent, with plenty of activities to keep the children engaged. The farewell card with photos of the children during their activities was a very thoughtful touch.

Housekeeping unfortunately did not arrive on one of the days. This was a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding stay.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Immaculate cleanliness, lovely landscaping. The decor in our villa was minimalist but tasteful. The pool was fantastic. The Andara did an Easter event geared to families that was so much fun, even my teens wanted to participate in some of the activities. The staff was gracious and helpful in every way.

No negative feedback. This property ranks in top three gorgeous places I’ve stayed.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Our 3 bedroom pool suite was absolutely incredible. Spacious and well appointed we enjoyed the room and our private pool just as much as the island itself!

The food in Silk restaurant is alright, but over priced

Very good service and people that working there are very friendly and helpful. Good location. Great restaraunt. The rooms are pretty big with statues and beautiful views.

But there are couple of major points that can ruin the holidays. The main problem is VERY poor sound isolation. Even with fully closed windows and doors you can hear everything that is going on in the streets, in your neighbors rooms etc. If you're unlucky and you have neighbors IN THE OTHER BUILDING that want to listen to music in the middle of the night - you will hear it like it's playing in your room. If you live in the building that is near the street, you will hear EVERY car that's riding on the street. Like every 30-60 seconds during the night. Especially the ones that bump music very loud. Evrying morning start at 5 am when you hear all the birds crying like crazy. Plus there's a construction side right near the Andara. It was not working during our stay, but when it starts - I'm sure with such sound isolation it will be like the construction is going on in your room. Very pity, because the place is very good with all other stuff. Especially, people that are working there. But this thing with poor sound isolation ruins it all. If not that thing, would love to come back next year, but of course it's impossible to stay and rest when you hear like EVERYTHING that is going on around during the night. Hope that the administration will take this notice as a plan for action and do something with it. Then we will definetely come back many times more.

The resort is beautiful, the location is perfect, rooms are spacious and the staff are exceptional ! We had a wonderful stay. It was also nice that they had a dedicated area on the beach with a shuttle service to and from.

Pool area very nice. Despite having one restaurant, food was excellent and varied in cuisine type. We were also upgraded to a room with a rooftop pool for free which was very kind and wonderful. Service was friendly but lacking in English (although other hotels we visited were the same).

Beach was made out to be a “club” they set up. Was a few basic beach chairs with umbrellas surrounded by mass. Access was walking along a drainage basin. Given the price rather disappointing. If the beach is important to you, stay elsewhere.

The crew at this hotel was the most charming that we met at our Thailand trip, specially Ulin from the front desk that help us a lot.

Our apartment was wonderful, gave us the space and privacy but in a hotel environment. Never felt too busy so felt very private. Love the pool, restaurant and staff were all so helpful and so kind. The shuttle service to the beach was also fantastic and so convenient .

There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe having more supplies/snacks or items in the shop would have been great.

I recently stayed at Andra Resort with my family in the Three Pool View Suite, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly suited for families. Waking up each morning to the view of the pools and the surrounding landscape added something truly special to our stay. The resort facilities are top-notch. The pools are very well maintained, We also appreciated the variety of dining options every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and served in a pleasant atmosphere. What makes Andra Resort truly stand out is the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable,Their hospitality and professionalism really elevated the experience. Overall, Andra Resort is an ideal place for families looking to relax while still having plenty to enjoy. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to return.

the breakfast clearly needs significant improvement, especially concerning dietary restrictions: ​ Limited menu, especially for those with allergies. The extreme difficulty finding suitable options for an egg allergy, leaving me with only sourdough and Nutella. To be fair They offered me an avocado sourdough option. I didn't like it.

Gute Lage, großzügige Räume

Ich war vor 8 Jahren schon einmal in diesen Hotel und natürlich nagt der Zahn der Zeit aber immer noch sehr schön. Leider ausgebucht mit kurz Zeit Touristen und vor allem. Gab vorab Schriftverkehr da ich genau das selbe Zimmer mit eigenen Pool wollte wie beim ersten Aufenthalt. Dies hat nicht funktioniert und nur Suit mit Balkon, sehr unschön!! Gerade da vorab alles abgeklärt. Kein Manager zu sprechen oder der sich kümmern wollte. Nicht einmal eine Kompensation.
