Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas - SHA Extra Plus

My wife and I have stayed at the Cape Sienna many times over the past 10 years - we return again and again because we love the comfort, the excellent service and friendly staff, the superb setting and location, the wonderful breakfast buffet, and the luxurious rooms. Highly recommended.

The beds were comfortable and the views were breathtaking, breakfast had more than a decent options to choose from and the vanilla sky bar is exceptionally good.

Amazing views, 5 star food, great value for money

- Room was lovely, we had the sea view jacuzzi romance suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was great. - nice spacious pool with plenty of places to sit. -friendly helpful staff. - free shuttle bus to the beach. -location was perfect, not a far walk from the town and the beach. -the hotel also has a airport transport option for an additional fee that was booked in advance.

Breakfast was more on the expensive side and there wasn’t a large range of food that me and my partner would eat.

The location is great to go down to the Kamara beach and the hotel swimming pool has a breathtaking landscape from the cape where the hotel stands on. We enjoyed the beautiful osean view while having a breakfast buffet.

Everything. Location, food, breakfast, staff was fantastic. We had 4 rooms for my group and everybody were very happy. There was some renovation going on but it didn’t disturb us at all

The food at Isole restaurant was a big disappoinment, we had the set menu and honestly the food was bland , tasteless and completely forgettable. A real shame because restaurant is fabulous and the staff we're brilliant, only the food let them down , not great when it's a restaurant... Just being honest - try harder

The fride didnt work properly and was small. The food at beakfast was ok but not really tasty and varied. There are lot of stairs to get in the hotel and then to the rooms, elavator doesnt get everywhere which was tiring and annoying a bit.

الفيو روعه أما الطاقم تعاملهم سيئ الي بالاستقبال سوى الشاب كويس البنات تعامل سيء وغير ذالك انا حجزت غرفتين بحجز واحد وباسمي وحجزت بالفطور ولما نزلت للفطور يقولو غرفه فيها فطور والثانيه مافي من أساليب التضليل ويقول كلمي بوكينق وكان في غرفتي نمل منتشر وطلبت التغيير وغيروها لكن اسلوبهم في التعامل والله سي وغيروا غرفنا لمكان أسوأ المشكله سحبوا المبلغ قبل مااوصل بوكيت والا كان طلعت منه لفندق ثاني والنت سي مررره مايشتغل يفتح دقيقه ويقفل وماحلو المشكله

It’s a true five-star experience. The service is excellent, and the pools are beautiful, especially the one in front of Cape Sienna Rocks Café. The breakfast is fantastic, and the views are stunning from almost everywhere in the hotel. Free parking is also available, which is very convenient. Kamala Beach is only about an 8–9 minute walk away.

I didn't like the daily cleaning method because the room needed more cleaning.

Utsikten är magisk - fantastisk solnedgång. Maten och dryck mycket bra och varierad. Fina rum. Bra personal - inte Nieni i Vanilla Sky som var fantastisk. Pong oxå väldigt hjälpsam.

Ingenting faktiskt. Dock funderar jag på det begränsade antalet solstolar när det är höghsäsong. Det måste bli ett problem. Vi är tillbaka 5 personer i december - vi får se.

We had a Sea View Jacuzzi Romance Suite. The room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked amazingly. Shower was a great size. The size of the room was more than enough space. A couch that looked out to the balcony was relaxing. The balcony had a great view of the sea, and the best part of the room was the jacuzzi that is tucked away in the back of the balcony so there is some privacy while still having an incredible view of the bay. Breakfast was more than enough for what we were looking for in the morning. Because of the room that we had, we actually didn't even go to either of the pools. Hotel staff and valet were all amazing. They bent over backwards to help with any of our needs. Wish we could be back there right now.

Not much for complaints, but the only thing I could think of was the rooftop bar/food wasn't too flavorful. Honestly, the skewers were the worst thing that we had on our Phuket visit sadly.

The room was great, very clean, view was amazing, and bathtub was big. This is the best point of the hotel together with the pools and view from all around the hotel. Location is great too.

Hotel was in painting at the lobby throughout the day, so the smell wasn’t great and we were not informed of it. Food was not good or close to gourmet. At check in they ask you to select a smell that is not provided. Also food on the floor in the corridors from room services stays hours without being picked up.

The views from the hotel where beautiful, we had one of the romance rooms which was lovely. There was a good selection for breakfast and the food was very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

How disappointed were we arriving at Kamala beach Phuket. Tui’s describes Kamala Beach as a calming location, that has stayed true to its fishing village roots and set itself up as the place to go for a laid-back holiday. This is so far away from the truth. It is a dirty, noisy town filled with weed shops, massage shops and ttitty bars, I was frightened walking down the street. The beach was filthy dirty, with what smelt like raw sewerage. Cape sienna is sold as “Set in a part of Phuket known as Millionaire's Mile, the Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel and Villas live up to the promise of their postcode” This is once again miss selling as the area is so far from a millionaires mile, The hotel had a bad odour especially when you opened the wardrobe which mad the whole room smell. You needed a degree in lighting to get the toilet light on and all other lights offs No usb plugs and really poor quality Wifi. The place mats in the breakfast area were ingrained with dirt, don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. This hotel is far from a 4 star hotel. I think Tui should review the area and hotel and give a true review of what customer can expect

Everything was wonderful, the chef were excellent, the waitress at dinner and breakfast were so nice and helpful, the room cleaner was really good. When I come pucket I will definitely come back to this hotel. The food was magnificent.

It was great value for money, two great pools and a classy room.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful with breathtaking sea views, spotless rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The infinity pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Unfortunately this was a bad experience from start to finish. The staff were cold and dismissive throughout, with zero hospitality. The butlers/outdoor staff were always using their phones and did not even bother looking up when you walked outside much less stand up and greet. Nothing like Thai hospitality ! I once asked an employee who was always posted at the entrance to take a picture of me and my family and the gentleman demanded a tip. To add to it, the air conditioning failed repeatedly and the power went out 4 times during our 5-day stay.

حجزت سكن مطل على البحر وطلبت انه يكون بالدور اللي فوق ورفضو يقولون هذا المتوفر هو صحيح مطل لكن علشانه بالدور الاول يكون قدمك سطح الغرف فالافضل اطلالة تكون فوق بالنسبة للمنطقة هادية جداً البقالة 10 دقايق مشي وبعده فيه مجموعة محلات واكشاك وجلسات على البحر ومحلات المساج لكن يعني تبي اي شي او مكان لازم تروح تاكسي واغلب المشاوير تمر من عند باتونق

Clean large room, beautiful full view of the ocean, and an amazing breakfast! The pool is situated on top of property with full views of the ocean, and also has an infinity spa which is in a perfect location next to the main pool

The pool area was just a superb layout. You could view Andaman sea from the pool and sit back on a pool chair and enjoy the sea views and sunset and easy access to bar. Plenty of shade over pool chairs

The beds were a bit harder than would have liked and hence sore back some days

My sister and I stayed at Cape sienna recently and had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to Kay at the breakfast, very lovely and service minded lady that made us smile every morning!!The reception staff was warm and welcoming everyday, special thanks to the night shift boys for being very professional, helpful and kind!:) The hotel is clean, breakfast selection was great!! Thank you for a lovely stay Cape Sienna, we will definitely come back again!:)

We’ve enjoyed our time at Cape Sienna: The property had an amazing view over Kamala Beach. Service was attentive, breakfast was super tasty. We spent a lot of time at the pool and cafe across the road. It didn’t seem to be popular among other guests, so we loved just being ourselves their at times. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathtub at the balcony during rainy day was a great idea!

Noise from the room above and neighboring rooms. We could hear someone running in the room above at any time of day and night, music, conversations and late parties as well. Hotel seemed to be quiet, so might be a good idea to separate the guests as far from one another as possible. We’ve reported a shower switch being broken, however, no one seemed to check it up until our departure. It wasn’t a big deal as happened in the end of the trip. Communication during the check in and check out process: we’re specifically asked for a credit card upon check in (even though I’d rather provide my international debit card details to avoid extra transaction fees), but at check out we’re hold back to wait for staff to physically go into the room to perform the room check. Why did you ask for the card then? We’ve booked an extra night due to the late flight, so we came to reception to settle the bill and tell them that we’ll be leaving at 6 pm that day. Nothing about the room checks was mentioned. I also understand that hotel typical price is much higher, so I wouldn’t imagine guests would like this type of treatment paying $1000 per night.

Beautiful property and rooms with wonderful views. Very comfortable and clean.

It is a bit over priced, especially dining at the restaurants. But if you have the money then this is the place to stay.

Room was nice, Breakfast was good, Splendid sunset view, Short stroll to Kamala beach, Decent gym. Film from reception was very helpful.

Bar staff need a lot of training and service was quiet bad. Food menu pages were stuck and was a nightmare read and should definitely be changed.

Lovely Hotel, lovely views. Awesome breakfast spread. Also the afternoon tea at Sienna Rocks cafe truly did rock.

Bit of a climb but that's the price for those awesome views .
