Very well situated for shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Breakfast offers everything you need and is generally very enjoyable. However, we do feel that some attention could be given to the coffee service. This was our third stay with you, and unfortunately, on each occasion we have had to wait quite a long time for our coffee. It often only arrives when we have nearly finished our meal and is sometimes already cold.

I liked the view and the location. Breakfast was good. Nearby Husser Grill was convenient for supper. Staff are very friendly.

They forgot to replenish my water and coffee pods. I reported the toilet not flushing properly twice. The pressure was to light. I would have loved to have a cooler duvet. The duvet in the room made me break out in a sweat during the night even though I put the aircon on cold in the middle of winter.

The facility is smart

Member of staff entered my room with out knocking. Phoned manager on duty. She wasn't available. Never returned my call.

the breakfast quality and service let down the side. The quality of food and the hot food service was disorganised. Waited 15 minutres for a boiled egg to be completed and delivered to our table and then without an egg cup requiring two requests. No management watching and managing

Rooms are lovely, terrific view of Table Mountain.

Housekeeping was a little inconsistent - didn't replace hand towels and water regularly. Cleanliness not an issue.

I enjoyed the stay , clean facility, and excellent service from staff. Lice and respect from all the staff from cleaners,staff and management and porters, etc. Thank you so much. Delicious breakfast 😋

Was on ground level with no view. The description also indicated clearly that the room had a bath, but there was only a shower.

Absolutely love the Crystal Towers. I’ve been booked quite frequently for work and opted to book a stay for a personal trip. From the valet parking to the warm reception, to the amazing room with all amenities to the flexible dinner menu. I absolutely would recommend staying here. Consistently world class service, it was great to see Pawan with a big smile as always

Helpful staff. Good room with excellent blackout curtaining. Pleasant shower. Breakfast was excellent & waiters & chefs were extremely attentive.

Refrigerator had glass door & it's internal light lit up the room. Lobby bar is very basic.

Breakfast was exceptional , it exceed my expectation everything i had was super fresh especially the salmon , fruits and the confectionery Yummy . I like how every food item was presented , and in perfect bite sizes . The room was Fresh clean ,spacious . I wish it had a bath option and balcony . The bed was big, comfy and clean fresh .

The toilet seat and entire toilet structure was skew as though broken making use of the toilet very uncomfortable

Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining it daily.

The staff were remarkably unfriendly and unprofessional to the point where even mere greetings were ignored. I stopped greeting altogether after 2 days. This was definitely not the Bonvoy experience we expected. Definitely not worth the money paid. The staff need proper customer care training.

The location was good ; the hotel was fair. Breakfast was underwhelming.

The hotel promised to take into account our prior requests ; they in fact confirmed this four days before we arrived. Sadly although we had requested a high floor room we were allocated a room on the third floor ( out of eight ). When we questioned this we were told we could wait for a room to be cleaned on the sixth floor. When we showed that we were unhappy then a room was found on the 7th floor. No - " sorry that we did not take your request into account " Just an initial this is the room you were allocated.

Excellent stay overall. Breakfast was impeccable. Great location, exactly in the middle of everywhere you want to be. Very clean. Staff impeccable.

Had some issues with the TV regarding channels and SMART TV function availability. An upgrade to streaming services such as Netflix will be great. Or a chrome cast function will work.

It’s proximity to the venue where we were attending the concert. It is a modern and sleek layout which is my preferred living space and the staff were attentive.

1- الشاور مكشوف بالكامل ولا عندهم مجال لتغطيته، ليس بالضرورة كل العملاء سيكونون ازواج 2- تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء في المحادثة عن طريق بوكنق اربع مرات وفي كل مرة يؤكد لي طلبي برغبتي في غرفة عائلة وفي احد المرات قام بالرد علي بطريقة غير مؤدبه وفيها تهكم وفالاخير لما وصلت اكتشفت ان الطلب ما تلبى بسبب اهماله يعني لا هو الي احترمني ولا هو الي رتب لنا الحجز ولولا هالمشكلة والا الاوتيل يستاهل 10 بس نزلت التقييم ل8 بسببه
