Der Kaffee ! Der (schwarze/americano) Kaffee ist einfach ungenießbar. Hier würde ich mir als zusätzliche Alternative einen gemilderten Kaffee wünschen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sind die Gartenarbeiten noch recht „old school“, z.B. wird mit einem Benzin-Rasenmäher gemäht, der laut und stinkend ist, statt mit einem Elektro-Akkumäher oder einem modernen Mähroboter zu mähen.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The hotel is beautiful. The setting is wonderful. Perched on the sea edge and surrounded by mature trees, flowers and grass areas. There are birds everywhere, the grounds are very special. The food was delicious, although I would have preferred more variety. It is the same menu each evening. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The pool areas were great too, and there were plenty of places to relax away from others too. I would thoroughly recommend.
Not having a terrace as part of our room. The beach/sea access. You need to take rubber shoes as it is rocky.

La habitación doble, la catalogaría de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Es un tanto pequeña, no tiene bañera, ni balcón. Solo una ventana que aún sin ser vistas al mar el entorno es precioso. La piscina exterior que supuestamente es climatizada no es apta para principio de primavera, es más fría que caliente, solo para valientes.

We stayed at Can Simoneta for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was exceptional, and both dinner at the hotel and at their sister property next door were outstanding. The area is quite remote, with few nearby dining or sightseeing options. If you're staying for a week, you may want to plan a couple meals off-property to avoid repetition, though the on-site dining is superb. We booked a standard double room, which was perfectly comfortable for a short stay focused on enjoying the grounds. For a longer visit, I’d recommend upgrading to a larger room. The scenery, charm, and calming atmosphere truly make this place a peaceful slice of paradise.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025由于没有连续三晚的同一房型，所以我分别定了三晚不同的房型，酒店在第一晚给我升级了套房，这样我就可以连续两晚不用更换房间，套房无敌的视野和景观配合酒店安静和壮丽的风景，堪称完美。略显遗憾的是，在第三晚更换房间时，进房间发现有两只壁虎，酒店的工作人员认为这不是太大的问题，这让我感到有一些遗憾，作为如此高标准的酒店，我认为不应该出现这种状况，不过这是唯一的问题，除此之外的一切都相当完美，晚餐，早餐都非常的棒。

Der Service am Pool war nicht für eine 5 Sterne Haus entsprechend. Über einen QR Code konnte man Getränke und Snacks bestellen oder auch den Kellner an die Liege bitten. Allerdings wurde sich sonst nur wenig um die Poolgäste gekümmert. Das hatte zur Folge, dass oft leere Gläser herumstanden und benutze Badetücher an nicht mehr belegten Liegen nicht weggeräumt wurden. Das Personal war aber immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im hauseigenen Restaurant wird leider nur mexikanisch beeinflusste Küche angeboten. Das muss man mögen. Wir hätten uns mediterrane und landestypische Küche besser vorstellen können. Auf Wunsch wurde uns allerdings ein wunderbares Abendessen gezaubert, das nicht auf der Karte stand. Das spricht wieder für den Top Service des Hauses!

Kleines Bad wo man in die Badewanne duscht das ist für so ein erst klasse Hotel datiert vorallem ist das Badewasser nicht gut abgeflossen. Wenig Steckdose und nur auf Knöchelhöhe . KEIN Schreibtisch mit Stuhl das fehlt .Keine gute Verdunkelung vom Zimmer. Sehr viel Lärm vom Treppenhaus und Recption in dem Gebäude. Zimmer nachher vorne mit Meersicht war Top .
Personal beim Abendessen war andere Jahren freundlicher. Kleine Portionen. Wenig Service beim Schwimmbad. Selber Tücher hinlegen oder Stuhl verschieben, keiner hilft.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025Wer etwas abseits der Touristenmassen ein aussergewöhnliches Kleinod sucht und Ruhe vor Entertainment setzt, kann auf hohem Niveau nichts falsch machen. Die diskrete (Traum-)Lage in der Bucht von Canyamel, das tolle Team mit Blick für den Gast - jederzeit bereit die Extrameile zu machen, das unfassbare Frühstück mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer, das Restaurant, die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage, die flexible wunderbare Küche,…einfach ein Traum von einem Hotel. Kein Wunsch der nicht erfüllt wurde, was soll man sonst noch sagen.
Es gibt nichts mit „Gehalt“ zu bemängeln. Es ist ein perfekter Ort. Nur kleine Anmerkungen: die tolle Aussendusche am unteren Pool ist leider defekt und wir hätten uns bei dem überall verfügbaren Trinkwasser Flaschen statt Dosen gewünscht - man sieht einfach eingeflogene Insekten besser und kann diese wieder verschließen. Aber das ist in Anbetracht des Gesamtpaketes nur eine Randnotiz ohne Einfluss auf das Erlebnis.
